The food and the staff are on the positive side of this hotel.

Rooms are not cleaned for a single day. TV was not working. Rooms are shabby.

Had Breakfast on both days, and quality and quantity was Great.

1. No person was there at the Reception at Night (imagine some emergency scenario) 2. Extra Blanket for additional Bed is not provided and after asking from the Staff - Got information that, it's night now and other staffs are not available. So he is unable to provide the Blanket and at last also... they have not given the blanket. 3. Asked for Mineral Water, received same response.... it's Night, we can't provide. How can you tell "NO" when water is asked. Though, after begging for 15 mins the staff was kind enough to give us 2 water bottles. 4. Had stayed for 2 days, they have not changed the bedsheet nor Towel. When asked, got the same response.... Laundry has not come yet so unavailable to provide us the same. 5. While Check Out, they have added cost of 2 water bottles that comes under Complimentary Water bottle 1 each per day. Upon cross checking the items, got a deduction of it. 6. Also, no water RO Point is there, so a customer is forced to purchase Bottle Water. 7. Deluxe Room with Sea Side facing Balcony -- Just for Advertising only. Your view is completely blocked by trees and buildings. 8. Need to ask to Switch ON Geyser every time on Morning, Evening. 9. AC Remote was missing, asked the Staff. He never came back with the remote. As I have gone in December so have not used the AC a lot but still...

The location is great. Food is amazing. You have a place where you can chill.

The rooms were not that clean. We ordered one cake for a birthday celebration the staff arranged for us but he charged a heavy price for arranging the cake. He basically lied to us a couple of times regarding the weight of cake in pounds and kgs. Which I was completely aware of. Not a good behaviour.

The hotel itself is in a very nice spot. The access to the beach is directy through a gate of the hotel. The gate is tightly controlled for access by the authorities. It is closed at night and there is serene quietness around. The staff were also very courteous & respectful. The food was great as well. The rooms were squeky clean & service was prompt.

Currently construction of the swimming pool is going on and that kinda blocks the sea view from the balcony. Also the only rooms available are in 1st floor as the remaining 3 floors are under furnishing.

The staffs were cordial. Rooms were overall clean. The ambience was calm and peaceful. Sea is very near.

First time I found a hotel who doesn't provide access to water filter. You have to buy every single drop of water. It's really bad. It not only wastes money but also generates single use plastic unnecessarily. Fish dishes are costly and tasteless. Room with sea view doesn't mean you will be able to watch sea from the room. Our balcony opened to the view of the kitchen. It's overpriced compared to the services they provide.

Services, location, ambience, food. Whatever comes in mind all are excellent. Mr.Dilip Patra is a very nice and humble person. He took extra care of us. As we were with kids Mr.Patra ensured that they gets the priority first. All other staffs are attentive. Overall experience - A1

I did not find any cons as such. I prefer to have the almirah bit more clean and thata it. The Food was OMG. Each item is super delicious. I asked the manager not to let go the cook ever. Its hard to get that taste in food in top quality Restaurents. Again Chumeswari Boys!

Hotel is in great location. Staff's behavior is good. Food taste is good, food price is not over price.

They can look into the bedsheet, It's not perperly clean. Some smell is coming from bed sheet.

Nice stuff nice hotel

1. The staff named Sajal who took care of us from the very first minute, seemed like as if he is hotel management pass out.. So polite,knows how to talk and take care..he is a gem of a person.. 2. Location in front of beach 3. Awesome food, reasonable price

Cleanliness maintenance is needed.. Accumulation of dusts under the bed, damp in washroom ceiling and some walls beneath tiles.. Won't bother u much but not a good sign for future..
