Excellent hosts, very accomodating and friendly. Beautiful breakfast every morning. Great location, short walk from the main town and never drove more than half an hour to an attraction. Would absolutely stay again.

I loved the room and the central location. This was my first time in a B&B and I’m glad I chose it. The host was really lovely and very accommodating as I brought my daughter with me and she even asked if she wanted anything different for breakfast (as I had just entered 2 adults on the booking form). We both had a great stay!

Mandy, the host, was exceptionally pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable and made us feel extremely welcome in her beautiful, immaculate home. The breakfast from the extensive menu was so fresh and tasty cooked to perfection by our host who even goes that huge extra mile to produce home made very tasty bread for her guests each morning….who could ask for more! We would go as far as to say it’s the best breakfast we’ve ever had. The bed and mattress are top quality and give a great, restful sleep.

The room was beautiful, beds were super comfy and kindly arranged as a twin for us. The sea view out over gardens was a real treat. The shower was powerful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Ordering the night before was helpful too. We loved everything, especially Arthur the puppy! Mandy, the owner, could not have been more helpful.

we had a lovely stay at holly tree house. it was everything we needed..the bed was comfy and the bathroom sparkling. the breakfast was also beautiful. Mandy was so friendly and welcoming, her partner also dropped us at the wedding we were attending that stay which we really appreciated ☺️ we pre ordered breakfast before 8pm the day before…was great after a long day the day before that Mandy had it all ready for us. it was a really lovely stay and we will definitely be staying again our next trip to the island.

I would seriously recommend Holly Tree House. Mandy the owner cannot do enough for you. The choices for breakfast were excellent. The en-suite was absolutely beautiful, large and very clean. Bed was lovely and comfortable.

Having to leave 😒

Stayed in the yacht haven room. Really spacious, very clean and just a great room. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom had a really nice large powerful rain shower, nice bath and a double sink. Area was quiet and slept very easily. Quick 10 minute walk into Cowes, and there’s actually an electric scooter parking bay just around the corner if you want to have fun by whizzing in and out of town on those. Mandy was super friendly, helpful and replied to any texts quickly. Mark’s full english breakfasts were superb! We’d stay there again next time we’re in Cowes!

A great place to stay. Lovely host, big breakfasts, clean, ideal location for exploring the island. And excellent value. Would definitely recommend.

However, we were in Bonchurch, which was such a small room that the kettle was kept in the wardrobe. Also it had no view. Mandy and Mark, the hosts, are lovely

Excellent breakfasts including porridge, delicious fresh berries and greek yoghurt and delicious avocado and scrambled eggs on toast.

Nothing. Mandy was a very welcoming host and even produced a pot of tea for us when we arrived soaking wet on our bikes and also gave us some banana bread for our ride home, not to mention drying out our trainers for us!

Comfortable, very pleasant room. Quiet overnight despite being next to a reasonably busy road. Delicious breakfasts with lots of choice. Easy to walk from property to the seafront, shops and East Cowes. Fast WiFi.

We had a fantastic stay at the Holly Tree House. The facilities, breakfast and service were excellent. We really appreciated how accommodating Mandy was - she really went that extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. I couldn't recommend this place enough.
