Needed a place to stay for the Iceman Cometh MTB race. This house is close enough to walk to restaurants and worked out well for our needs.

We combined a work conference with a family weekend. The property was in a great location. Parking very easy. The house is old, but spotless. Would definitely stay again.

we enjoyed the amount of space that the house had and we enjoyed having a large outdoor area to use on the nice days.
the one thing that was missing was a hairdryer. Also we arrived late and the alley and house had no outdoor lighting.

Had a great time, location was perfect for getting to all side trips wanted - able to walk downtown and to the beaches. Lots of room and just as site stated.

Really enjoyed our time here during the week of the cherry festival! The space had everything we needed and the location is perfect. We found the hosts gracious and responsive!

We took a girls trip to Traverse City and this house was the perfect place to stay! The house was a short walk to downtown and perfectly located for everything else. The house was very clean and perfect for our trip! Highly recommend!

Nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. The location is the best. It was an easy walk downtown and the price was fantastic. I asked Anne 100% questions and she was patient and quick to respond. Only suggestion would be cable TV and that really was not even an issue - just a suggestion. I would absolutely stay there again.

This is nothing fancy but it had everything we needed for our stay. Anne was quick to respond with answers to our questions. Perfect place if you want to be in walking distance of downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip to TC for NYE. Roomy and comfortable for a family of 5. Home is located right near the downtown area. Good stay for the price point- would look to stay again when coming back to the area.

Perfect location for walking to town and local bars and restaurants. Clean with old town flavor. Lots of room and space to spread out. Very friendly and helpful manager. We had a great time!

Our stay was nothing less than amazing! We were able to walk to Downton TC to all the restaurants, shops and bars. The grocery store is very close too! With the full kitchen, we were able to cook breakfast and dinner some nights! Anne was amazing with communication and offering to even bring an extra mattress since there were many of us staying :) Next time I travel to TC, I will definitely be booking here!

Spacious two bedroom, one and a half bathrooms. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to town. Window air-conditioned in one bedroom only. Could use a bigger one for the house and another in the second bedroom. We enjoyed our stay.
