Beach access to an amazing swimming spot, covered deck with a fantastic view, sunset view, beach towels, water mask and shoes, option to use kayak, free dvd rentals. Also enjoyed the fresh fruit, tuna, water and milk provided on arrival.

No air conditioning but there were fans.

Very well located, quiet neighbourhood. Close enough to restaurants and markets without being in the busy tourist section. Good snorkeling right off the beach-lots of different species of fish, rays, moray eels etc. Free use of kayaks, snorkelling gear etc. House was well appointed with just about everything you would need for a stay on Cook Islands. The host gave us some freshly caught tuna which was very kind and delicious. The villa was very clean throughout and as is customary in Cook Islands, the hosts had left large bowl of local fruit, plus there was tea/coffee and milk. The funrnishings have a retro 80s feel, serviceable and comfortable. Wifi is available but you have to pay for internet access. Lovely views from the balcony for both sunsets and sunrises. Very good value and a lot more freedom without the rules of a resort. Would definitely stay again despite the heat.

The lack of airconditioning or at least fan coverage in the living areas and balcony. The 30+ temps and 80% humidity and lack of airflow from cross ventilation made the villa at times unbearably hot, especially at night and despite the high speed overhead fans in the bedooms. There were no fans in the living room or on the balcony and at night it was not possible to leave the main doors open to get cross ventilation because there were no fly screens available which meant the house stayed hot all night. Providing additional fans in the living area or on the balcony would improve airflow and livability during heatwaves.

The villas are roomy and have everything you need for an independent holiday. The views are spectacular. You can sit on the deck and see the fish swimming past. Then you can jump right in with them and enjoy the very safe snorkelling. Don and Mae are fantastic hosts. We had fresh fish and fruit on arrival. Love this place and will go again for the third time ❤️

Amazing Hospitality, Beachside Location, the Accomodation (Villa) was fully stocked with everything you need including complimentary Snorkeling gear and Kayaks. Outdoor BBQ area was a nice place to meet your neighbours in the other Villas. Wake up to the Lagoon just metres from your door, nice amount of privacy. Everything was perfect. We had an amazing stay and these Villas will be our go to Accomodation when in Rarotonga. Our hosts (managers of the Villas) were accomodating and so hospitable. Nothing was ever an issue for them. We felr very well looked after. Highly recommended.

Perfect for self-catering holiday makers! Fantastic hosts who were ready to assist at a moment's notice, but also happy to leave you to your peace and to just chill out, if that's what you wanted. The villa couldn't be better set up. We couldn't think of a single thing we might have wanted that wasn't supplied. In fact we took a few things we thought they mightn't have and were pleasantly surprised to find we needn't have done so. Fantastic location with close-by shops. Great snorkelling right off the deck, with snorkelling gear provided even. Superb value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.
