Hotel is tired. First room smelled terrible. Second tryvwas better. Cost did not match quality.

Close to El Paseo without El Paseo prices. Good accommodation and friendly staff. Includes breakfast, which is not the greatest, but that’s to be expected. Otherwise, great value.

Great stay at Holiday Inn Express in Palm Desert ! It was a golf vacation , good location easy to Uber to the golf course, easy walk to many restaurants and stores. Staff was great ! From front desk to breakfast ladies to cleaning ladies. I had a short conversation with a manager about the bus system and he was very helpful. If you get a pool view just overlook the electrical station and you have an amazing mountain view !

Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is not new, but is well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was as always plenty and freshly prepared. A minor concern was the slow wi-fi and a TV with a somewhat blurry screen.

Stayed here for 2 nights while doing bathroom construction at my place. Easy access and free parking. Good rates. Very comfortable beds and linens. Somewhat nice rooms but dates carpets, and old bathrooms. Small vanity with very limited counter space. Rooms is spacious with room for luggage. Walls are thin and guests talking at 6:30am Nextdoor was a bit loud, but had earplugs so I was able to return to sleep. There’s a pool but didn’t need to use. Left $5 for cleaners, they did a very nice job there. Many places charge for parking, so the free parking sealed the deal for me to stay here. Also, walking distance to grocery and a couple restaurants, and one bar made it convenient. Good for budget, however if you want something nicer you’ll have to pay a much higher rate somewhere else.

Clean and well lit

We stayed (family) for 4 days while we explored Palm Springs. The staff was so friendly and helpful with any of our requests. A mix of couples and families with children. The breakfast selection was like ordering out and it very, very clean and restocked constantly. Hot coffee all day long!

I liked everything about our stay there, my geandson who is 11 yrs.old stayed there with me. We liked the spacious size of the room, the cleanliest of the hotel,and the delisious breakfast.
