The hotel overbooked itself and gave away our room I reserved for 4 people. They tried to give us a room for 2 and then gave us a room with 2 double beds. It was not a comfortable stay. Now I need to call back when the manager is on duty to get a refund for our suite they gave away.

Fantastic value and location. Parking garage is convenient. Windows can be opened for fresh air. A short walk to Rittenhouse Square and the Academy of Music

Overall nice stay and good service. Only thing I didn’t like was the hard mattresses.

Staffs were great, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was lovely, and quite nice. The only problem was that there was an empty Snapple bottle left from the previous guest that was missed by housekeeping.
Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Check in was delayed about 2 hours for almost every hotel guest, which jammed up a lot of plans. Small room. Wasn’t worth the money. I will definitely look into other hotels next time.

Easy self-parking. Easy check-in. Spacious room. Great location! Kind staff.

It is a shame that such a Warwick hotel ir’s been renovated only to “cover appearances” by the lobby, but the room where we as guest spend more time, being so neglected. Our room smelled humidity, the carpet it was not on the best condition. The bed were not made properly and the sheet was on the outside and the comforter on the inside, we all know comforters are not wash as frequently as sheets in hotels.
There was not a AC controller, so we were cold with not choice to regulate the inside room temperature. Our room was a double, but inly ONE towel for all. I called reception/house keeper to order more towels, but no answer. I had to go downstairs to request them in person, just to be told that someone will bring them later to my room. I had to wait about 30 mins for 2 towels. Also, at check in I was not inform about any specials or credits to my reservation. At check out, a different staff member told me I did not use my $10 credit to spend on snacks. Communication not the best. Some ladies had the worst attitude. I definitely wont come back to this hotel.

This is a terrific hotel in the historic Rittenhouse Square section. Spaces lobby with lots of seating extremely comfortable beds clean room. Francisco, the doorman/Bellman is extremely helpful even lending his personal umbrella pouring rain always with a smile. The other gents at the door, Dave and Bobby are attentive and helpful as well

Had a great experience at this location! Staff was very friendly, and the lobby was very nice and clean!
I will say that the rooms need a little love! Little outdated, even though they’re going for a vintage look. Furniture in my room had a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom amenities could improve!
Overall a great experience!

Great hotel and location.

The hotel was wonderful, but the people at the front desk were amazing. Especially David who helped us when we thought we lost our passports. And Hope who was equally helpful. A great experience!

Room was very beat up. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Chairs in room were horrible.
2.0
The towels were as rough as hair brushes.
We each had one bath, towel, and one washcloth but no finger towels. The toilet was extremely loud. The decor was average. There were no USB portals in the room and the refrigerator was almost unable to open because it kept getting stuck on the carpet.
There were no coffee stirrers, and there was only enough cream and sugar for one person.
There was, however, Starbucks, coffee, and a coffee maker.

Had a great time staying at the Warwick. Location was perfect. Everything was walking distance. Only complaint is one of the double beds had a stain on the mattress

The lobby is beautiful and it's so nice to have the restaurants attached. However, the room we stayed in had an odd smell, they gave us one hand towel which is weird, and the room had a bunch of outdated aspects. From the outside of the hotel and based on the location you might think it's a beautiful hotel but the room was just average. Regardless, it was a good stay and honestly the service was excellent (valet parking, help with our bags, front desk staff, room service, etc. all excellent). Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Booked a room with 2 beds and requested a roll away during the process.
We arrived to the area early, but early check-in was not available. After returning at approximately 4:40 (check in starts at 4), i was told we'd have to wait for a room to become available. This took about 15 minutes. When i asked about the roll away bed, i was told that the room i booked did not support one as it was a fire code violation. While i am not sure if that is true or not (the room is more than large enough to physically accommodate the extra bed), they did not offer to help in any way, nor expressed any concern or empathy for our situation.
We had 3 guys for 1 room. I ended up sleeping on the floor. We took a chance that a roll away would be available, but would have booked 2 rooms if we knew it wasn't even an option.

Location of hotel is great. We have stayed before and had a great rate! The rooms are in need of some upgrading as furniture shows wear and tear.

Hello all, I pride myself on displaying authentic reviews to allow others to make the best choice possible. With that said let’s begin.
My stay at the Warwick was, in my opinion, great but not excellent. I stayed two nights. The curb appeal and lobby area was very attractive. The front desk person during arrival was friendly but wasn't welcoming if that make sense. The room was beautiful and clean but did not stand out from other hotels I have stayed but I also only paid 300 dollars for 2 nights in center city Philadelphia. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who don’t wanna break the bank but have a decent hotel to stay at. I do want say they hotel person who checked me out of the hotel push the overall experience to a 5 star rating with short, witty and professional humor.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities vintage mix modern decor in lobby…I had a king size bed room a corner unit good size clean and comfortable but one negative was the parking issue expect to pay a lot for parking at the hotel or find a local parking garage

Amazing stay. Weekend in Philly and we could not have picked a better hotel! We were warmly welcomed even before we entered the building. Large, accessible lobby, plenty of elevators. Check in was a breeze, the room is large, comfortable and clean. Self parking is around the corner at a garage, we opted for valet parking (the alleys are right and the entrance to the garage seemed challenging).
The hotel has several restaurants, and a place to buy snacks and sodas/beer but there are many restaurant options around this very walkable neighborhood.

The hotel is not bad, but it is not worth the money charged. The lobby is lovely, and having the coffee shop inside was wonderful. linens were clean. however, the rooms are very dated and in need of some serious upkeep. the carpet in my room was stained. the desk wood was flaking off, chair leather was too, the bathroom floor was not very clean, bathroom ceiling had water in a pocket underneath the paint. overall, it needs a lot of work. I would have rated this higher if it was cheaper - i don't mind paying more for a nicer room, and I don't mind a rougher room for less money, but i felt a bit misled by the price and online pictures.

Had to wait many hours for check in. Was told room could be ready early. Due to internet issue had to wait until 4 pm for a manual check in. Consisted of a paper form to fill out, seemed it could have been done earlier. Roomed smelled awful, like freshly smoked cigarettes.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick. The room was spacious and matched the website description. Bed quite comfortable. Room was quiet with no traffic noise (11th floor).
Breakfast cafe (Bluestone Lane) food was excellent and service impeccable.
Parking garage next door with hotel access. Attendant parked car. Had to leave at 5am last day and attendant retrieved car in about 3 minutes.

Clean rooms and great customer service! Delicious little cafe for breakfast, too!

The location is good. We arrived after a long day of travel and found the room adequate but there were no towels or toiletries. House keeping was responsive but this is basic hotel accommodations. Clean, needs a bit of updating, but all things considered it’s average and the price is right.

My room had old food in the refirgerator . I told the front desk but no one came up to the room to remove it.
