Impeccably clean, extremely comfortable bed. Slept like a baby for a good 10 hours. (exhausting road trip)

It was ok. Called and asked about getting the TV fixed and no one ever showed up. There was a bit of remodeling going on on a Saturday afternoon which was a bit disturbing the room was very clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

The experience was very good. The room was very clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. The service we received was great.

Colton and Ruby were wonderful. Colton gave a great first impression and helped me with a couple of issues I had. Ruby did a fantastic job keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked. She was so sweet.

Checked in to the "hotel" that was technically a motel. Construction was being done to the room three doors down until after 9:30 that evening. Ended up leaving the room and returning on my trip. Room was dirty

Definitely not worth the price paid. Toilet wasn’t securely attached to the floor. Breakfast was not properly stocked for the larger crowd booked there. Beds were not comfortable. Toiletries were generic. Only stayed here since it was our convention hotel. Would never stay here otherwise. Lower level hotel with poor facilities. Flooding public restrooms and dirty carpets in public common areas. Would not recommend.

When we got there to check in, Ashley checked us in and she is super sweet, friebdly, and professional. She answered all of the questions that we had quickly.
The atrium with the indoor, heated pool was so nice in the evenibg letting the kiddos wind down and the. In the morning they have a nice breakfast and will make you an omelet.
The rooms are a little dated, but it looks like they may be updating them as they do not have carpet, it is vinyl plank flooring.

If I had not booked through Expedia I would have cancelled my reservation and went somewhere else. I was in Alexandria, LA dealing with an extreme family medical emergency and did not have the energy to even complain about the room. I had Lysol wipes and cleaned the bathroom and surfaces were we utilizing as best as I could
I told them no room service even while I was there, because of the state of the wipes when I was done

The room was quite comfortable. Ample space and was just as described. Pleasant front desk staff, ni e wifi, ac was perfect. Breakfast right across the veranda from us

Room 626 has a loose faucet, blowdryer that does not work, no shampoo in dispencer, alarm clock with no setting instructions, and no USB charging ports.

Several members of our family traveled to Louisiana for a funeral, and we stayed at your hotel and was very pleased with everything, especially the full course breakfast that was served.we will definitely be staying again but hopefully fpr a happier occasion

Rooms on the bottom floor had crickets in the room. Super scary. They did accommodate my room change to a better one on the top floor. However the towels were dirty. Probably not staying there again.

Like the inside pool but to cool needs something to make it a better warm. Like the inside area and there parking area as well

Hotel was decently clean but definitely dated. The heater was broken to the pool and hot tub. The elevator did not work so I had to use the stairs outdoors every time I left my room. No stairs indoors even though I had an inside room. Breakfast was fresh every morning and the omelets were made fresh!

I had better hopes for this stay. Unfortunately the room has a smell of ramaon noodles and old beer. Went to breakfast and they had no food at 7:30am. Went to the front office to complain and they said they were to busy during the weekend to get food. All in i will never get the smell our of my clothes a will definitely never stay here again

Nasty pool. Empty hot tub. Requested towels replacement 1 day, didn't get until the next. Needed room key reflashed to access room and main building, stood at desk over 5 minutes of being ignored but had to leave for appointment. Clean reconditioned room, good full breakfast.

Beds and counters appeared clean. However, the base of ironing board that just sits out in the room was supper dirty. The outside of the tub was pretty dirty, and room has a funny musty smell to it

In a good location for getting to Coliseum and places to eat. Breakfast not served on weekend until 7 A.M. Weekdays it is 6 A.M. Seems it should be at 6 on weekends also. No housekeeping unless requested. Room was prepaid and checkout information was incorrect. Wrong last 4 digits on credit card used. Would not stay there again.

My room was not the cleanest. I had a sewing pin in plain site. I had two crickets in the bathroom and there were several hairs in the bottom of the bathtub. I was not allowed a late check out. The laundry faculty was down one dryer. I needed a bracelet to use the pool when I had to use a key to get in the facility same goes for breakfast, I needed a ticket, when I had to use a key to get in the facility.
