Absolutely horrible customer service from the manager and all workers except the graveyard front desk attendants. Assistant manager was nothing but rude, most front desk day workers were very snide and unhelpful. Food alone is awful, I only met a couple wages that were not disrespectful and unwelcoming. Don't even waste your money and just go down the street to Denny's.

Older but very well maintained facility...larqe, comfortable, quiet accomodations and friendly staff. Beware, no elevator for upper floor. Welcoming to pets for fair fee and provided a goodie basket so the fee counts toward a tangible. Easy access to center of town although restaurant on premises is clean, good food quality and quantity for cost. Easy interstate on/off but traffic and train noise is negligible to none. Great stopover enroute to longer destinations.

This was my second time staying here. First time was better as this time some of the guests and parking lot was loud at midnight and then again at 5:30 am. Too loud to sleep. I mentioned this to the front desk and no action was taken.

It was comfortable stay. The room was adequate, but the restaurant was EXCEPTIONAL!

Office and inside is very nice. Coffee is great too. Rooms are alright. Bathrooms might need updates a little. Easy in and out..very cute motel!

The check in staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and restful. We stayed in the king room with vaulted ceiling. The deck was large. The fireplace a nice touch. Pricing is extremely reasonable. The food and wait staff in the restaurant are top notch. I won’t hesitate to stay at this property again. In fact, I’d consider a vacation in The Dalles just to stay at Cousins for a few days. I highly recommend it!!!

Food at the restaurant was great. One server (Joel on the dinner shift) was absolutely fabulous ……. Unfortunately, the female waitress the next morning was surly and did a lousy job, so only 4 stars.

We liked the food at the restaurant. The coffee in the room was good. Beds were comfortable. Would have preferred a room closer to restaurant and on ground floor. Reasonably priced.

Place has great potential. Loved their dog food fundraiser and that they are pet friendly. Gave poor rate for cleanliness because the bathe towels were dirty, possible makeup stains. We exchanged them, they didn't question or acknowledge the reason. Room is a good amount of space, good shower pressure, nice gift for our dog. Most staff were friendly, others indifferent. Restaurant was disappointing. Very slow. We were looking forward to our meals but they took over an hour. No sign of food so we told waitress it's taking too long and we just want to pay for drinks. She said on the house... No reason or apology for our wait... coffee and cookies in the lobby are good!! The blinds in the room do not close flush so street light shines in they the slats. They could add drapes... we do not try pool.

Expected better food in restaurant. Cinnamon rolls however are a ten. One roll weighs more than a loaf of bread. Rooms dated and way over priced. Area congested and dense with mix of industry and retail. Won't go back

Cousins Country in was clean and affordable. All staff members were polite.

Love this place, fun, Clean and always inviting wonderful staff.

Nice spot to stay. Affordable and clean. TV connection was spotty and the water heater control is set high enough that you will burn yourself at half heat.

Close to family and downtown. Great portions in the restaurant (enough for 2 meals!!!). Fun gift “store” area. Always pleasant staff.

We enjoyed are stay. I would suggest a bit more up keep on the room. Our toilet seat wobbled and the bathroom sink handle was a bit unstable. I would go back. The staff was friendly. Just needs better up keep on the building.

We really enjoyed this old fashioned travel motel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rate was very affordable. And the adjacent dining was fabulous! Best part of our cross country trip. We will definitely come back.
