We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Double Tree, Rockland. The hotel was impeccably clean, and every detail was attended to with care. Carmen, who helped us check-in, was simply outstanding. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her hospitality and kindness. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Carmen, and the entire staff at Double Tree, Rockland for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

I had to go to a funeral nearby so not familiar with area but the hotel was great except that you could hear people in the rooms next door and it echoed in the halls.

Great hotel for the night and convenient to where we needed to go the next day. Every staff member was very friendly and welcoming and so helpful when our mini fridge didn’t work! They brought a new one right in and were very easy to work with!

Employees are friendly & hotel was accommodating when we needed to change our room request. Property needs some updating and the room we stayed in needs maintenance. The outlet in the bathroom wasn’t working, the tub stopper didn’t fully work so the water drained, there was a cup of tea in the microwave that was left behind by someone else & in the bathroom there was a sign that said if you forgot something like toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant etc… those items were available complementary at the front desk and I had forgotten my deodorant, so we asked at the desk and were told that it was available for purchase only. Why put out a sign making the offer?

My room was assigned keys to another party, who walked in around midnight and scared us.
This was after we were provided the incorrect room keys and were sent to the incorrect floor.

It would have been super if the hotel’s generator had kicked on when the power went out. I was AMAZED that there was NO credit of ANY kind extended on my checkout for the inconvenience of not having power to prepare for the business presentation I had travelled specifically to the hotel to prepare for

I stay here every year at this time due to business. I’ve been here 4 years in a row. Always comfortable, quiet, and easy to access. The food is excellent too

One elevator was broken. Water leak in the main lobby, our bathroom sink did not drain. Heating system was bad, either it gets too hot or too cold.

Property is a bit old. We had a room with two double beds -- one of the beds slanted so much that we woke up having slid to the edge. The bathroom was clean, but run-down. In general, it's not a fancy place. The lobby is a bit garish -- feels like you're in a 7-11. The staff were nice -- offered us warm cookies when we checked in.

Second floor, i believe i was above heating system or something... ranging sound kept me awake MOST of the night. Its 4am and I still cannot sleep

Super clean and comfy hotel nestled less than a half hour from Boston. I got some of my best sleep here.
Additionally, the staff was awesome.

Nice enough hotel. Biggest complaint would be the extremely loud air conditioner. Dinner menu, while limited was good. Breakfast wasn't worth the cost.

The staff is outstanding espyLakeshia and restaurant staff. The facility itself is so very very gray it is ghoulish and depressing. It is definitely not welcoming and inviting- so very drab . The decorator should be fired! I will be returning to the area in the future and will look for a lighter brighter atmosphere elsewhere. Sadly the hotel is fine but feels like a mausoleum or prison.

The front desk were very nice; but the sheets on the bed had blood on it. We had to call down that night to get new bedding and the staff were not the least bit apologetic. Quality of hotel was mediocre.
