It was ok until I found a healthy cockroach roaming around the bathroom

This was a very nice stay and I am happy with the condition of the room.
There was no microwave for those who need one.
This is Vegas and the hotel is on the Strip so be very aware of your surroundings and sadly 😥, you will see roaches.
But, it's the Vegas Strip and therefore, there are very cool things to see like a 100% LED exterior concert arena.
I had a dead one inside my room at the front door so I'm assuming the outside the area is treated.
Also, there was a very very kind (and attractive) young lady who helped me with some issues and I was very grateful for her help.

This is a very poor run down place. The check in person was very miserable and did not give a good service. This is the first point and should give guests a good feel about the place. Her attitude was bad. The check out lady on the other hand was nice and positive. For the price this is not great value. Very worn out rooms and building. Shower/bath very hard to get working properly. Bed was ok. No net curtains at the window when people walk past your room all the time. I would not use this place again.

Pool was closed, the place is in terrible condition and looks nothing like the photos. The only saving grace was price and location.

We walked into our hotel room and saw a roach that was at least 4 inches long. It scurried into a locked closet that was next to the bed. We left and tried to get a refund but were denied this, and I tried calling hotels.com about it but no way to get through to a person to talk about any issues with hotels, their recording system has very limited options for help or support and none matched my need to cancel the booking with a roach infestation. Will not be using travelodge or hotels.com again.

The room had Cigarette Burns on the counters, windows looked like a rush job on the putty, breakfast looked like someone went to am/pm and bought stale danishes out of a box, apples are stale, . Cleak had a I dont care attitude.

I did not even stay there I traveled 2,000 miles from Dayton Ohio to Las Vegas Nevada and they would not accept my debit card for payment was there was nothing wrong with the card it's just an online banking card and they do not accept online banks and I want to get cash and they said if I pay cash I have to pay a $200 deposit so I turned around walked out and left and even though I was physically there and even though they would not accept any form of payment I had they still charged me for the room they charged me for a room I did not stay in because they would not accept payment now they owe me my money back

The front desk was extremely rude and also they didn't honor my extension of the room. Possibly prejudice

Very rude staff overcharging for late check out and discriminating against me because I am African-American and a woman by myself

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to where we were going. Would stay again for this purpose. However, the pillows were lumpy and the floor could have been cleaner.

Easy check-in and check-out, BUT, the employee working around 8 pm AND the other at 715 am, were very NON customer service oriented. They seemed annoyed when I approached the counter each time. I think they both rolled their eyes at me. I have stayed many times at Wyndham at Belmont and wish I would have went there. Their employees are awesome. Those girls at Travelodge do not understand customer service or they really hate their job. And I was polite to them. Please give them a pep talk! There are people out there that need and want a job. Other than that, thank you for a clean and quiet stay.

For a low-end LV location, I have 2 complaints. First, the Internet service was poor, and the hotel gave a bogus reason. Second, one could hear guests in multiple other rooms during the night (and day).

Saw two large roaches run loose, were chasing and able to kill one, but second run under the bed. Happy hunting.

Run down. Decently clean but poorly maintained with broken drawers, safe, window. They collect a $100 cash deposit that you must prepare for in advance.
It’s an ugly motel but the price was very low via Expedia.

They asked for a $100 deposit in cash only, but their atm was broken so had to walk to a nearby hotel to get the cash. And they charged $8.99 for me to take out cash. Who asks for cash deposits???

This was a nice property only thing I didn't like was the loud ass maids at 8 or 9 am and the smokers outside

The location was excellent in the center of Las Vegas strip. We requested a handicap room and both rooms were not handicapped accessible. These rooms need to be upgraded for people with wheelchair and or disabilities there are no handrails in the restrooms or in the shower they're not walking showers they say they are but they are not. The hot water does not last maybe 5 minutes not happy about that. I will not be coming back to this place.

I had to pay $100 cash for a deposit, I forgot to get and they won’t send me the deposit back…Expedia needs to take that place off there site.
I would not recommend that place to anyone.
I’m happy I didn’t get bed bugs from that place

It is a horrible place for Las Vegas. The attendent when I checked in was rude, they required deposit in cash. The room was clean but old, the shower was dark and small. The savings does not justify.

THERE WAS A 3 PM CHECK IN SO I HAD TO GO AND KILL TWO HOURS. WHEN I CAME BACK BEFORE 3, I FOUND THAT THEY WERE IN FACT CHECKING PEOPLE IN BECAUSE SO MANY HAD SHOWN UP AT THAT TIME. THIS WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME. IF THE ROOM WAS NOT READY I COULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN OUT READY ROOMS WITHOUT DEMANDING A FEE OF $30.00.

The only 5* I could give to this hotel is the location. For an event at convention center it’s a perfect location about two blocks away. For anything else it’s way too far and need a cab ride.
As far as the room, it need major refurbishing and not worth the price at all,
maybe $50 at most.
Heater made a lot of noise, floor was cold tiles, bathroom window was broken, and to top it off I had to take my valuables with me every day cause they didn’t have the key for the safe.
Shower was dark without light.
Bottom line, the entire facility needs to be turned down and take advantage of the lot to build a new hotel.
But is the last resource if you cannot find a decent hotel in Vegas at a decent price. This is an ok place to stay.
I also requested a non smoking but they would not change me.

Property is well maintenance in comparison to other options of cost, comfort and location.
What surprised me was a $100 cash only deposit requirement on check in !
In todays age when we are all digital, a cash requirement seems unwarranted
Located just across circus circus, if you don’t care for creature comforts this is an amazing deal

It took forever to check in and check out with a mandatory cash deposit. Door keys didn't work which wasted even more time. I can't recommend this run down poorly managed motel. Ken

Unfortunately I did not have the best stay at this location. The location only had 1 check in person and it took forever (35 minutes) to get checked in. Also, the following day our cards for the room got deactivated and we had to wait in another long line (45 minutes). They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. They had several employees just walking around in the office and no one to help the 1 check in person. Not the best experience for me.

Loved that end of the Las Vegas Strip, being walking distance to big hotels, but staying within a budget. We bought bus passes and there are two stops right at the corner by the Travelodge, which was very convenient. The housekeeping staff was very nice and accommodated our wishes not to clean the room for the 3 days we were there, just to change out our towels and garbages once on the 2nd day. We spent quite a bit of time at the Circus Circus casino and enjoyed the free trapeze show, right across the street. We also explored the new Fontainbleau Casino right across the street.

The good: Parking is free and plentiful, and the price for Saturday night in December was as cheap as the Vegas strip will get. Bad: The $100 cash deposit, the staff acting like enforcers or bouncers at a bar and not servants, the lack of hot water in the showers, and the poor wifi. I don’t recommend this Travelodge unless you can’t afford anything else. They won’t make anything convenient for you

Dirty. Sketchy area. Noisy and had to keep going back to the service desk the room key stopped working every time I go to get in the room

Is center but not worth it, I got a smoking room I don't smoke, I got a room with the worst mattresses everytime you move they make a noise not to mention when I request a charge of the room to none smoking I was denied because there were sold out and I saw empty rooms, when I wanted to check in early I was told I would be charged $10 extra, last this property requested $100 in cash which it made my money short to have money for food or even gamble, so NO I am not happy nor ever comeback here!

Showed up to check in and this place looks so run down and shady. I went inside to check in and was told since the reservation was prepaid I had to put a cash deposit down. I said I would use a credit card and was told no it had to be cash and there was an atm behind me.
It felt like the desk person was just finding a way to pocket some cash and I’m sure if we would have stayed we would have been told some reason we wouldn’t have received the cash back.
At that point I just said cancel it and we left.
