Great stay! The only thing I recommend is rooms with joining doors to other rooms should have another lock on them so we know for sure that the door is locked.

Everything about our stay was great. The only thing that we didn’t like is there are no room darkening shades. We woke up with the sun blaring through our window at 5:10 am. I’d highly suggest in installing shades 🙃Other then that our stay was great!

In my room: empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers.

When I complained, I got sympathy but no attempt to make it right. I had already booked another night and wanted to cancel it but they wouldn’t. I stayed somewhere else and simply lost the money.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Internet service in the meeting rooms however, was not good! Our Zoom attendees had a hard time hearing what was being discussed because the internet kept going out and then back in. We even tried rebooting and nothing worked. Highly recommend that you install signal boosters in the conference room area.

I love staying at this DoubleTree. The location is ideal, the hotel is nice but the best part is the Front Desk Employees. They are welcoming and always helpful. I do appreciate the Shuttle service. They didn't service my room during the 4 days I was there. I put my trash outside, and had to ask for coffee and sugar daily. One time when they delivered the requested coffee they brought me clean towels. I didn't really need daily service, but I did need daily coffee.

I booked a king bed. Customer service at the hotel gave me a twin bed room and refused to help with. When I asked why they weren’t willing to help and why they were rude they refused to help and then said I wasn’t being allowed to stay. Security was called and I was asked to leave. I said I wasn’t leaving until I resolved the issues. Security was called. I resolved issue with hotels.com and ended up needing to book another hotel at an extremely high rate.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted a nice room. There were several children literally running around the 9th floor slamming doors until around 10 o’clock or later. The room had open gaps at the bottom of the windows and the bathroom was so small we could barely get into the shower due to the toilet. We expected more from a King Suite. There wasn’t an ice machine on that floor nor any indications where to find one.

The kids loved the pool and we spent quite a few hours enjoying it. The room was clean and comfy, but it was a little loud. I could hear everything in the hall and in the rooms next door.

Was really good. We have stayed here a bunch of times and always enjoy. Only issue we encountered this time is we requested a 1 hour late check out. The front desk person stated the new rule is no late check outs are ever permitted going forward. Other than that it was enjoyable.

Pool was cold, room was cold and there was no wayto turn up the heat, bed was dirty/sandy, coffee pods were left in coffee maker, did not have continental breakfast. I will never stay at the double tree again, definitely will not recommend anyone stay. The only thing I liked was the shower.
Honestly, I expected so much more from the double tree and was severely disappointed. I'd think with all the competition you would at least want to be on par with the other chains. Apparently not.

The shower was not supplied with either body wash or hair conditioner. We called for replacement and they never showed up.

As soon as me and my son got to the room it smelt like someone had smoked cigarettes in it! Food all over the floor and under the bed! Desk was dirty! Checked out 10 minutes after checking in!

Good- conveniently located. Lots of close shopping. Many food options close by. Parking. Pretty cheap.
Bad- pool is absolutely disgusting there was clumps of hair touching us and fake eyelashes floating by. Pool water was also really cold. Elevator was past inspection date and a sketchy ride to the 5th floor. They also charge 13.50 for breakfast buffet which would be fine if the buffet was anything more than a normal free continental breakfast.
Overall will not return to this property

The bedroom was cleanish. The staff were nice. The pool was very cold I was rather disappointed. For being a hotel I stay at all the time, it’s definitely going down hill.

The friendliest staff anywhere! What a wonderful stay. The only reason I didn’t rate a 5 on service and cleanliness is because there wasn’t daily housekeeping (which is fine with me) and trash from neighboring rooms was left in the hallway for two days. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Not ample parking!! Cigarettes, all over the ground with an overflowing can full of them trash on the ground. The front desk people were extremely nice. Cookies were amazing. We’re giving an early check-in and a late check out and an upgraded room. Got up to our room and tried to get settled in only to find hair all through the shower on the toilet and in the sink in the bathroom, cobwebs on the ceiling, dust and dirt in the drinking water cups, even though they were covered ??The art hanging on the wall, had, splatter stains all down it, Although the bed was ginormous, the mattress was comfy the linen seem to be clean. Unfortunately, the pillows were so soft flattened immediately after cleaning the shower, the water was hot very refreshing and absolutely loved the provided. Shampoo conditioner, and body wash.!!! overall, we had a great experience wish it would’ve been cleaner, absolutely loved all the extra cookies and extra fresh towels!! Would have been nice to have two robes provided. Not just the one fortunately for me, my husband was willing to go without as we had forgotten our comfy clothes,!!!! Even though we showed up later in the morning for breakfast, the hostess/server, was very kind, offered us fresh food and to go boxes and gave us a discount!!! like I said, overall a great experience we will come back. Hopefully we won’t find dirty bathrooms and cobwebs.
