Good gym but way too warm for comfort especially when working out. It was next to pool which apparently regulated the temp in gym.

The room is small, so as to bathroom. The beds are very low. Bed sheets are not only very thin but also have holes. The room is dark. A/C is very loud. The room was assigned us had a problem with the toilet which didn’t flush, so we had to change our room. It is odd that toilet flushing issue wasn’t detected before letting guests check in. The overall quality is way below 3-star.

The convenient location relative to the airport was the best part along with the ease of parking. The relative quiet was a bit of a surprise given that planes were taking off and landing very close by. The dinner the second evening was surprisingly good (a reasonable portion of salmon and simple vegetables) and not all that expensive, while the breakfast the following morning was the reverse (the scrambled eggs especially tasted weird). The signage on the surrounding roads was confusing, especially in evening darkness (suggestion: paint road names in the road near exits, that really helps); and the fact that the swimming pool was out of commission was a disappointment. On the whole though, a reasonable value for the money.

The food for the buffet was cold each day. The staff checking in were pleasant. The beds were comfortable and although we were near the airport it was super quiet. I felt safe and secure the entire time I was there.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable and shower updated. Staff was very pleasant. But no complimentary water bottles for guests and bathroom could have been cleaner.

In this day and age housekeeping should be notified of checkouts instead of kncking on the door. Have been disturbed by them maybe twice in my life, this is the second

Despite being sold out and having several parties going on in the bar that night, I was only one floor up and my stay was very quiet. I was able to sleep soundly as a light sleeper. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Being a woman sitting at the bar. .well I'm a bartender. I try to pay special attention to the ladies. I'm so tired of not being taken care of like the men. That's what I saw at this property. I've worked for Marriott. Things need to change

If you like the outdoors the grounds around are great for a hike. The control tower is visible but you don’t believe it’s as close to the airport. Very quiet throughout and they seemed pretty full. The interior and rooms are well appointed, clean with an understated luxurious feel. I asked when it was restored and was told 8 to 9 years ago and they really need it again, Well, I could not tell. Guess they pride themselves on taking good care. The staff are excellent and very friendly The few negative reviews I think are just people that enjoy complaining. Very nice property and a good value for the rates

All was fine for the price except for my bathtub which it was clogged-it accumulates the water during the bathing.

Disappointed that this hotel no longer offers free parking when you stay at the beginning and end of your trip. This cost me $200 in parking fees and made it no longer economical to stay there. Advertised airport shuttle is not a Marriott service - their bus is parked outside the lobby but you have to use the airport shuttle service.

We arrived around midnight. When we got to our room our King reservation turned into two double beds. The TV didn’t work either. It was late and we were tired so rather then drag our luggage to another room we went to sleep and left in the morning.

Your website says they have long term parking. They stopped this 4 months ago. I could have stayed somewhere cheaper. Now I have a higher hotel bill and airport parking charges!

I am so glad I was able to book with Marriot. They were clean, cozy and provided me with whatever I needed. Quick response to my needs. They also have great lighting in the bathrooms with little noise between rooms.

I arrived on the 10.00 pm plane from Atlanta to GSO. I had been in airports since 20:am beginning in St. Thomas. The plane was late and I was exhausted. I went to the desk and they had my room, gave the key and I went to my room, brushed my teeth and fell into bed and slept till 8am. Breakfast was good and my ride arrived and I came home. Victoria

Rooms are immaculate!! I’m big on carpet in a hotel room which is why I chose this hotel. Thought room came with a fridge and some complimentary water, but it didn’t. Overall I would back again.
