Overall, it is a nice place to stay. We did have an issue with room heat, but it was promptly resolved. The other reason for my rating relates to the changes for food from the Hilton. I felt it was an excessive fee for breakfast.

It was black mold on my tub show dish hang off the wall to me 5 times to finally get some to look at the shower then i had to move rooms because of the black mold an the women at the front desk told me it wasnt an i was wrong then her people told her. So we moved rooms an for are inconvenience gave us free breakfast that we didnt us or want but thats all they could do for us. No very good at taking care of there customer. But live an learn

The room we stayed in had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke, despite being a non smoking facility. I had to go out and get Febreeze to neutralize it. There are no microwaves in the room, so my two children and I had to use the one microwave in the lobby to heat up food. We were on the 6th floor, so carrying trays of hot food back and forth was not ideal. There was a huge process to get onto the wi-fi, which the woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful with. I perhaps needed to give more due diligence, but the hotel had a very "college kids on spring break" feel to it, with music blasting at the pool at night. It wasn't the right fit for me and my two kids (9 and 11), who booked the room overnight simply to get to Logan the next day. We left at 3 am to catch our flight and I can't say I'll book here again.

I’ve stayed here many times and the staff has gone above and beyond every time. Everyone who works there truly understands customer service and satisfaction. The restaurant and bar remain pretty busy at night and the bartenders are more like mixologists. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant and the dinner options are limited but all top notch. I didn’t find the breakfast nearly as good but overall my experience was great!

The pool area, restaurant and bars were all great. The room was clean and perfect for my visit. Staff were nice, although on two separate occasions I felt could have been more willing to assist me. One was with finding a place to order pizza for my daughter and her friend, and the other was when we called down to see if someone could assist us by bringing a luggage carrier to our room, we were told no one could and we would have to get one ourselves. Not the biggest issues, but definitely felt they could have more than likely make those requests possible. Overall great hotel, and amenities.

Nice looking restaurant. Otherwise, the hotel was well below standard. My first room the shower curtain must have been poorly affixed so my bathroom floor was flooded when I got out. That and I had to use shampoo since the soap dispenser empty. When I checked the dispensers in room #2, BOTH the shampoo and soap were empty. I ate at Matadora and the 2nd appetizer took about 45 minutes and was somehow overcooked....they did take it off the bill. The next morning I woke to a coffee machine that did not work. After all of this, they did not provide any compensation other than offering a free breakfast for which I could not stay. They could not, for whatever reason, provide a voucher. Really a bummer as I had high hopes.

Also, I’ve stayed here week to week… the pool is unpredictable as far as time of closure each day.

When we checked in they gave us the wrong room and then our door would not work so we couldn’t get into our room and it took forever . Overall place is really nice room was very nice

From the outside it looks like a rundown place. Then you stepped inside and it looks a lot better. Some old features for sure but very clean and comfortable. The place definitely needs a little tlc pronto otherwise it will remain empty as it was this time. The surrounding areas were a bit sketchy and some undesirable activities were taking place in the parking lot but nothing that will make you too umcortable,just more aware of your surroundings. Keep your eyes open and park near the front of the entrance or in the parking garage.

The Hilton was the best stay I’ve had! It was absolutely beautiful inside. We got there and had one issue and they fixed it quickly! Staff was super polite and friendly. This is one of many reasons why the Hilton is the best of the best!

Beautiful hotel away from the city but with all of the glamour of a boutique hotel! This was THE BEST hotel bed I’ve ever slept on! EVER. The restaurant downstairs has great tapas! The drinks could be a bit better, but still great service from the bartenders.

The pool area is great, my son loved it. Lots of parking available and the area felt safe. One downside was that the toilet was extremely short. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a toilet so low to the ground before, very awkward.

Had issues with the shower but the staff showed up promptly to address the issue although it wasnt exactly resolved they were able to make a temporary fix but had to come for the same issue on the second morning but again temporarily fixed the issue.

Area inside and out were very clean. Most staff members were very friendly. Checked in late Thursday night, staff member was new and in training. The training staff member was unhelpful and uninformative. Charged me twice and said it was fine.

The room had bubble gum smashed into the carpet and the hallways were never cleaned the entire weekend we were there and when you went to leave the room in the mornings the staff were all congregating in the hallways and wouldn’t move to let you past basically had to push thru them
