The check in process was smooth but they did give a room key card that did not unlock my door (a little inconvenient). Our room was clean (not updated) but missing essentials (coffe cups, coffee, creamer- there was sugar and decaf in room). I was told i had to come down to front desk and stock my own room because they couldnt leave the front desk. The shower was dingy and the shower head was not cleaned. The toilet paper holder was broken so the toilet paper was just sitting on back of toilet. The light in the kitchenette kept flickering then finally later that night went out. There were a ton of kids staying in hotel that night without their parents watching them, so they were running through the halls screaming. The free cocktails were a nice touch but the snacks that were served were terrible. There was tortilla chips with cold cheese sauce and salsa. There was some vegetables with ranch, but they were not refreshed and gone within the first 45 mins. Also there wasnt enough dishes/paper plates for us to put the snacks on, so we had to ask bartender. The older gentleman working at the bar Saturday night was amazing and such a nice guy! The girl working beside him, was not very nice and seemed extremely stressed with amount of people at the bar. The crew that was making and serving breakfast Sunday morning was incredible. They were very focused on making guests feel welcome and happy. I will probably not be staying at this location again.

The hotel & rooms are spacious. The hotel needs to be updated, it’s stuck in the 90’s. The furniture and beds look old, rusty fixtures in some areas, elevator was very slow. The area itself is nice but time for some major renovations.

The furniture was a little dated. There was a coffee pot and coffee, tea. But no cups to drink it in. The staff found me a few. Not a bad place to stay.

When I first arrived there were literally 4 people (Employees) of which 3 were Front Desk Workers and not one greeted me and it literally took over 10 Minutes before anyone said anything to me or asked why I was standing in front of them on a line that was only one person on it and that one person was ME! They kept talking about whatever they were discussing. That's a NO NO! One person should have immediately indicated we will help you momentarily at least. When they decided to help me I went to the first room they sent me to and there was a dirty washcloth hanging up like it had been straightened out to look Fresh. Went back to the front desk and asked for a different room and that room was Musty from MILDEW SMELL didn't have to inspect already knew this was not going to work out. The young lady who assisted me upon returning to the front desk was pleasant & accommodating in this instance and I went to the 3rd room. At this point, it did have clean washcloths and towels and didn't smell bad so I settled. (LOL) However, after going out and coming back and settling in OMG. They need to fire some of their Cleaning Staff for sure because they are not doing their jobs or they are not paying their staff enough to rightly do the job. The Vents are Horrendous Hair left behind, I had to clean up more than usual since I always do. I understand it is an older hotel it still looks great a lil dated and needs a little TLC. The Cleaning Staff that's slacking needs to be found and fired!

GREAT PROPERTY AND STAFF

The pool was closed for maintenance and we were not informed until check in. The pool had closed for a while so there was no reason why it wouldnt be posted at least on the website. I booked this hotel because of their indoor pool and I was very disappointed that my children could not swim. It would have been too inconvenient to change our accomodations so we stayed but I was not happy at all.

The room and stay was nice but the pool and fitness room was out of order. They should update that on the website

The only positive thing about our 1 day outing was my check in Rochelle had excellent customer service. Other than that killed 2 small roaches in our room and had small black ants everywhere. Smell of weed was very strong in the hallway

Staying at the hotel was ok. It needs up grading but over all not bad for a two day stay. The bedroom, sheets and towels were freshly clean.

My fiancé and I went for a weekend to ourselves before we welcomed our new baby. The front desk was very friendly and breakfast was great no complaints.

This hotel is so dirty! At breakfast on Saturday morning debris fell from the ceiling onto my omelette. I should have taken a picture. I showed it to someone at the front desk and was told that they are undergoing change in management. Go figure! Could not help myself to fruit covered with fruits flies. The oatmeal was so cold. The coach in our room was covered with stains and the mattress underneath still had sheets from the last guest. The worse Embassy suites I have ever stayed at beside the one in Myrtle beach.

TRULY NEEDS A TOTAL MAKE OVER

The hotel is outdated very dark and dim. The hotel could use updated immediately. The pools were closed, the omlete station was an hour late to start to serve, Wi-Fi connection didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend coming back until things got fixed!!

It wasnt in the best shape. Stains on rug and ceiling and beat up furniture in the living area. There was no ice in the food area and the water and pop were warm. I stayed there three years ago and it was much better. I often stay in the Embassay in Saratoga and Saratoga is much nicer and cleaner and up to date.

The toilet did not flush and shower did not work properly. The sinks were stopped up amd leaked. I was unable to watch the football game because the channel was out die to Negotiations.

This hotel needs renovated, it has 30 year old furniture in the rooms. The lobby is the only place that is nice. Velvet couches that l’m scared to sit on, please do better. The Embassy Suite brand is definitely taken a hit here.

Property is fairly nice, some areas of establishment smelled like marijuana. Teenagers running through the halls It used to be a classier hotel but not anymore

they sold my room, then told me they would walk me to another motel, and I would not be charged for my stay, then they charged me $150.99 after I left.

When we arrived there was no hot water. We were told the issue would be resolved in a few hours but when I showered in the AM it was still not fixed (it did get fixed that day and was good for the remainder of our stay) Only one elevator was in service for the weekend which made no sense considering when we arrived they were all working. On the Saturday evening there seemed to be a lot of unsupervised youth on the property loitering in the common areas and drinking. At point the police were called. While traveling with a youth sports team this is not the most ideal situation
