We had an AMAZING time at Best Western in Williams. Clean, safe and affordable with excellent service and friendly staff. A beautiful location and secluded from day traffic. Wonderful breakfast and dining experience! 10/10

Brilliant hotel, clean, comfortable, great restaurant and very friendly staff.

Hotel was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom set up was a little weird. The only thing I wish was better was shower. Not a lot of pressure and weird setup.

Stayed there on our way to the Grand Canyon. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and a very good breakfast. Off the beaten trail back in a wooded area.

Great stay except the air conditioner would randomly turn on and off.

Even though all roads were closed to this hotel, they won’t allow you to cancel or chance your booking. They‘ll only take your money without providing any service. Don’t book this place, there are my other ones with better service.

This incredible all roads are closed regarding storm no way to williams and you wouldn’t cancel the reservation! Never ever again Best Western no even a rebooking

Beautiful, peaceful location. Very clean, beautiful decor. It even smelled nice in the hallways. Staff very friendly and professional. I did not eat in the dining area, wish i would have. Nice little bar as well. Breakfast bar was one of the best I have been to, including a does-it-all coffee maker. Outdoor hot tub over looking the woods. Pet friendly for those in need. I'll be back, if for no other reason than to just treat myself to a nice, relaxing getaway for a reasonable price in a classy lodge.

Loved the location, quiet and surrounded by trees yet close enough to walk to town. Stay was comfortable and breakfast a good selection.

I love the feel. It feels like home for a hotel and the staff are great. This has become my permanent hotel whenever I'm in Williams.

My mother, sister, and I enjoyed staying here overnight. I would definitely stay again.

Staff here were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. For the price of this place it’s really great! I wasn’t expecting too much but this place exceeded my expectations by far. The free breakfast buffet had a large amount of items hot and cold to choose from. Not gourmet by any means but it’s free and it was good. They also have a Nescafé coffee maker in the lobby with all the fixings and tea and honey available at all times and a water bottle filling station which I appreciate sooooo much! The restaurant was good and nice to have especially since one of the nights we were there it snowed so much we weren’t wanting to go driving in to the town or anywhere else they also have a bar which is cool. They even had a bucket with ice scrapers/brush to use to clear off our windshield when we left the next day. I would most definitely stay here again.

My family has stayed at Best Western in Williams every November for the past 7 years, it never disappoints. We love that it’s tucked back into what feels like you’re in the woods, the restaurant is always delicious and decorated so cute, and the seasonal drinks from their Kachina Lounge are always fun to enjoy out by the fire.
