When I went to check in I was told by the woman behind the desk that they were changing shifts and that the gentleman would assist me. I waited for a few minutes when a woman came to check in and was taken care of by the woman who told me she could not help me. Instead of taking me first she helped the other woman first leaving me waiting for the gentleman to be ready to take care of me. I was not happy to be ignored like that. Also why would you change shifts at check in time and not have other staff ready to step in immediately.

Stayed here befor and was great. This time the towels were dirty/used in the bathroom when we went to use them. When asked the maid, she said no English and signaled no towels.

The staff are great. The rooms near me were loud, maybe thin walls, not sure as I never experienced that before. Overall good experience.

Wifi was out the entire stay, when I called the front desk to extend my stay 2 days, they said it was taken care of, but the next morning they kicked us out! Said they didn't have the extra 2 days down and they were booked.

I booked a king suite with a double sofa bed. The sofa bed was twin size and the staff said they had no bedding for it luckily we had some blankets. There was supposed to be breakfast and there wasnt at all because the starbucks employee didnt show up. Went to wash my families clothes and after going thru a maze to find it a sign said i had to get a token fron front desk. I asked front desk for tokens and was told it was under renovation and couldnt be used but to me it didnt look like it there was no sign or anything that would indicate renovations were being done. The night staff was very short and snappy with any questions we had.

The shower in my room did not work, they stated they would repair at the next day. When I arrive to the next day, the shower still did not work, and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they said the maintenance man lives an hour away so there’s nothing that they could do. They let me shower in a room that was still dirty from somebody else checking out in the meantime. There was no Internet service on all three of the networks that they recommended trying. Staff disappeared several times for 10 minutes at a time when trying to figure out a solution. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience and I won’t be staying at a Marriott again.

Room was very dusty like extremely dusty you could tell stag did best minimum of cleaning, it was obvious they only cared about areas people would Most likely see or use anything above 5 feet off the ground isn’t wiped down or dusted

This was great stay for me and my fiancé. We had a 4 night stay and I don’t have a complaint about it. Awesome area to be in, I would most definitely recommend.

Property is old and not as nice as other Courtyards. Never got towels, had to go down twice and ask for them. They were out of shampoo.

The room was really nice and the employees was nice as well

I'm only giving a 4 stars because the walls are super thin literally felt like i was in the other room listening to them talk. The room smelled like mold. The burger that they sell at the bar/diner in the lobby should not be on the menu. That was the worst burger or lack there of I've ever had. Other than those things it was good stay.

A dirt wash cloth was left in the shower from a previous guest. Needless to say I didn’t want to touch anything with my bare hands after that. Hotel is very very outdated and dingy. Stains on the ceiling and walls. Shower/tub was peeling. Carpet was filthy even to the naked eye. Advertised as a 4 star but definitely not! 2 and at best. Staff were super nice and helpful but would never stay here again.

Just stay elsewhere. For the same money you can get much more value and cleanliness at a Holiday Inn or someplace else. It was literally impossible to get additional towels. Seriously, at a Marriott?!?! Now let's talk about bugs. Yes, lots of bugs in the hallway and in our room. Expedia doesn't have the ability for me to upload photos to prove my claim. Seems to be an older property, but that isn't so much the issue. I still cannot put my head around the fact that we couldn't get more towels. Unbelievable. Marriott Courtyard is now on par with Super-8 and other lower end chains. I can sum this up for other travelers in 2 words: stay elsewhere.

They don't have enough buggies to take your luggage etc out. I looked for 30 minutes could not find one. Had to make several trips out to the car. Place needs to order more buggies for sure

It was ok at this hotel. The fact that the night staff did not know where the ice machines were located was wired. Also the phone service in the rooms were out I was told they were being upgraded my stay was for 4 days. I had an issue in my room with the bathroom and had to go to the front desk if the phone worked I would have called. I will be coming back to Dallas I will consider staying here as a last option.

Conveniently located near restaurants and businesses, it is about a 15 minute drive to ATT Stadium. The location itself was clean, quiet and very comfortable.

The room we were placed in on Friday evening was a handicapped enabled room that DID NOT have a sofa bed. I was charged for the king size bed WITH a pullout sofa bed. When I brought this up with the front desk they said, “Your room DOES have the fold out sofa bed”, without verifying. Then I expressed an issue with the shower on Saturday. The shower handle broke and water was coming out of the side and not the actual shower head. They said “I’ll get someone to check on it!” And this was not addressed. Then the shower handle would not engage for the shower to WORK. Again, I was told that they would send someone over in 15-20 minutes and no one came to fix the issue. Finally, Sunday morning, I addressed the issue with the shower head and took video with me to the front desk. At this point, my wife and I were transferred to a new room. I would like my charges reviewed and potentially credited for my inconvenience and for the staffs lack of communication and completion of the repairs in the room. Very much the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Thank you.

This hotel was pretty decent, clean and comfortable. The only complaint i have was the service at the desk. We were taken care of but she was not very friendly at all. Maybe she was having a bad day
