Bed was comfy, room quite large. It was a chilly evening and the heater was already on which we appreciated. Having a lift to second floor room is exceptional. Breakfast was very good - clean fresh and good choice. Parking near lifts was good. Some negatives: both shower and hand basin water did not drain properly. - so you have a shower with water ankle deep. Waited a while in check in queue. Rooms a little bit tired. But more than adequate.

Outstanding comfortable room and very nice place to stay.
The staff was helpful and informative and we will make it a point to stay here any time we are in or near Kingman.

Overall good. Clean with spacious breakfast area. Mattress was worn and room needed 2 bedside tables. Well kept for an older hotel.

Nice, clean, friendly staff easy to find. My wife has trouble walking and it's hard for her to walk very far to the room. all in all good and i would stay here again.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast was in line with our normal fare provided buffet style. The location was convenient to travelers passing through. Overall a consistent and comfortable stay

This property was inexpensive so I was expecting a less than appealing hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Huge shower which seems newly renovated with nice touches. Coffee pods available, fridge, internet, huge television. Very clean and modern. I'd stay there again and would recommend it as well.

Clean, nicely laid out, good-sized room, with bathroom its own room. We will stay here again next time we come through Kingman.

My only complaint is that the bathroom was pretty small. The room however was large with lots of seating and a comfortable bed.

The staff member that checked me in was very polite and efficient. The hotel appeared clean - all except luggage cart. It probably needs a refresh.

Nice hotel. You can’t beat Best Western’s pillows and mattresses. Very comfy. This hotel appeared to be updated nicely but did have some mold along the caulk line in parts of the shower area. It’s weird because it all looks pretty new!
