It’s clean and the bed is fine but our sleep was constantly interrupted by the very noisy elevators.
We asked be moved , but no other room available.
We’d be happy to receive a 20% discount to compensate for this rough night. We think this is a fair resolution and prevents further complaints regards our stay. Thank you.

It wa Quite convenient and breakfast was excellent. I love the added feature with the waffles and the mini pancakes. I do wish there was more fresh fruit.

Great breakfast cozy room but shower was dirty and wasn’t hot enough but other than that it was good .

Comfortable, claen and spacious room. Bathroom exhaust fan loud and runs 24/7. Have to close bathroom door to ease the noise.
One of two shades in room inoperative. I told front desk and they said it would be fixed. When I returned to room shade was not fixed and no maid service to room. Asked why and I was told I had to request it. I was not informed of that.

1. The water pressure in our room was so terrible that, at times, we were unable to get anything but air out of our shower. The faucet also frequently only dribbled water. 2. The train was so close to the hotel we were certain we were living through MY COUSIN VINNY. 3. Whomever thought the motion sensor lights were a good idea clearly never stayed in the rooms. If one of us got up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom (and we're older - so that happens frequently), the entry light would come on and wake up the other person. REALLY bad idea. 4. When the heater clicked on in the middle of the night, there was a loud clanging sound. Not fun to wake up to that. 5. The staff, however, was very friendly.

The hotel was clean, great breakfast, comfortable. BUT, it was noisy. Every room door that closed in the hallway, from other rooms, was sooo loud. Also, at 8 am a groundskeeper with a mower or blower, very loud worked right outside our room window

Although this is "pet friendly", there is not a designated dog area so you need to walk the dog on the streets. The property is across the street from City Hall/Utility District and there is some grass. I was told there was a park about a block or two down the street but didn't go there.
The staff was very nice, the common area lovely, and the room was big and clean. I would stay there again.

The shower and the toilet were not operable they had plumbing issues. I had the staff on duty come to our room to take a look at it and they did give us a 20% discount. The discount wasn’t worth not having a shower or a bathroom.

Second time staying here while traveling from out of town. Staff is always friendly, hotel is clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming into town.

My time here was nice me and my boys really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is when I went to take a shower the water pressure was Soo low it was barely coming out. But other than that, it was an awesome time there

On our last night stay, they were tiny roaches roaming around the desk, behind a painting and on the TV stand. It was disappointing because we tend to stay here about 2x a year.

I’m very happy to find a pet friendly hotel that’s why we stay here 3 days 🐾 but you should put signs around the hotel area to ask for pet owners to be responsible for the dogs poo they just left the poo all over cross street grass and around your hotel.
Just my personal opinion to prevent neighbors getting mad or complaining about this situation.
Or setting up and potty space for hotel guests. Encourages people not to leave their pets poo went they check in at your hotel.
We have really great front desk staff service,Hotel staff was friendly we definitely came back again.

Have been staying here frequently over 6 years. Bathrooms are showing some wear and tear but always clean and excellent staff

My room was nice and comfortable, but I couldn't get any rest due to other guests on the 2nd floor being very noisy. They kept slamming the doors whenever they would go in/out.

- Concrete (not wooden) floors - great for sound suppression
- Close to Hwy 99, but not too close
Disliked:
- Water pressure was kind of low on upper floor
- Automatic Bathroom faucets were hard to activate
- Automatic Window blinds were broken

Stayed here to break up our drive from Norcal to Socal. Conveniently near freeway, included breakfast was nice, and the rooms were clean. The bed was really comfortable and we had a larger room so the space was great. Enjoyed our stopover.

Poor customer service due to booking through expedia. Super loud elevator noise and refused to move us.

There was an open sewer area in the bathroom by the toilet and roaches came up. I complained and the staff said they don’t have roaches and don’t get complaints. They kept refuting until I showed them a video. The staff told us we can just leave and they would refund us after driving 6.5 hours to see family for Thanksgiving if we didn’t like it there. They moved us rooms after I told them where am I going to go in the middle of the night, the day before Thanksgiving 6.5 hours from my home??
Brown water comes out of the bathtub and you have to wait for the water to run clear. The gym equipment is out of order. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work. There is homeless people all over. All near my vehicles and by every entrance except the front. It was very sketchy especially with my kids. I would never stay her again.

The HVAC squeaked all night, the water pressure was horrible. Awful smell in the morning. Door to the stairs slammed closed and opened all night and morning.

Stayed here for one day and check in was quick and easy and the lady at the front desk even let me pick what floor I wanted to be on

Who checked us is I believe that’s her name was amazing absolutely loved her and her energy the only thing I didn’t like was we asked for a late checkout in the am we asked to check out at noon but was told they don’t offer late check outs
