The front desk was accommodating when after 10 minutes from our arrival we asked to switch rooms. Our initial room was facing Bourbon street and at 4 pm the noise was deafening. We couldn’t imagine what it would be like in the middle of the night.
The major problem is they only service the rooms every other day. That was not stated in the description when we booked and it was highly inconvenient. New Orleans in general and bourbon St in particular is dirty and we needed to shower twice a day and somehow try to have dry towels. No service also meant no replenishment of room water and coffee which we wanted in the mornings. Plus, when we’re paying quite a bit for a hotel, we expect the to be fresh when we return hot and filthy from spending time outside.

The hotel itself was beautiful! We only ran into issues with housekeeping and getting things we needed in a timely manner.
I was told our room would be cleaned every other day. Our stay started on Thursday and our room was supposed to be cleaned on Friday and possibly again on Sunday. Neither cleanings happened. I called the receptionist and asked for extra towels to be sent on Thursday, never got them. Asked while going through the lobby on the same day; never got them. On Friday, our room was supposed to be cleaned, it was not. We called when we got back and let them know our room had not been cleaned and that we had requested extra towels but they were never received. The receptionist said she would get back to us after she figured out what was wrong & also asked if we had the “do not disturb” sign out-we did not, we did not hear back from the receptionist. So we called back and just asked for extra towels & toilet paper. We did receive them finally and the receptionist called us back to check in at 9:30 PM.
Again, the room itself was nice. Reception staff was nice whenever we saw them and the concierge was extremely helpful.

Very dirty city. Hotel is very old, parking was hard to find. Parking needs to be told that you have to enter from the side street. Hotel staff was friendly.

I loved the location of the hotel. We were within walking distance of everything we needed and wanted to see. As others have mentioned, it can get loud at night if your room faces Bourbon Street, but it didn't bother us. If you are a light sleeper, you should consider getting a courtyard view room for comfort. The room was small but had enough space for three adults (double beds).
A few annoyances:
- The double doors in the bathroom would get stuck, making it difficult to open.
- The valet entrance was a little tricky, as directions for the entrance were not easy to find on the website. (The valent attendants were super friendly!)
This last one is personal preference, but please consider offering lattes and other coffee beverages during extended hours.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Could have been better.
I had called ahead to see if we could have a courtyard room and they said they would note it. Instead we got a parking garage room. When I asked if there was anything else they said for another $100 a night we could change. The room was super small. Not comfortable for 4 people. If you’re traveling with kids you better book somewhere else. Toilet was not flushing so they did come and fix that. Some of the service was great. Anyone working for tips -valet and bartender were super nice. They do have a security guard at night so it felt very safe. Which is important because this is the busiest corner of Bourbon. It’s a bigger hotel right in the middle of everything. So if paying for that is worth it then this is your place. Also don’t eat at the tables poolside, the city rats are bold out there- best just to drink out there and keep it clean.

Great location, the staff were nice, the place is a little worn but that's a given for how many people probably stay there. We had a lovely balcony. The ONLY thing we could complain about was how hard the bed was. Other than that it was a great stay.

We had just come off a cruise and booked the hotel for an additional 2 nights to see New Orleans. They allowed us early check in provided excellent service from the doorman to the concierge wverything was perfect. We had a room facing Bourbon but the music was not overwhelming that wr didnt get a good nights rest. Overall, we will stay here again.

We had amazing time with family and friends for my niece's wedding. It was a great spot to be close to all the hot spots around us.

From the time we checked until the time we checked out, the staff was always available and quick to take care of any needs that we had. This was our second time staying here as we like the location in the convenience of it for walking.

Refused to refund my money for a night I booked but couldn’t make because I had Covid. They asked me to send a picture of my results and my ID to the manager for proof. After sending them requested items I was STILL denied a refund. Why waste my time then? I will NEVER book or recommend staying there ever again. Terrible customer service.

Only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars is because the toilet did not flush properly I had to do the most to flush the toilet I told what appeared to be a housekeeper she told me to call down to front desk but the phone was inoperable. RM 229 Terrible plumbing issues. Other than that the hotel was beautiful and in a great spot ! Mrs. Mary at the bar in the morning was such a nice beautiful spirited person ! The front desk staff was awesome ! Wasn’t too noisy I was able to sleep !

We were there for just one night (mardi gras). They helped guide us over the phone how to get to them since so many roads were blocked for parades. They even let us check in early which was so nice. We were not on bourban st. Side which was actually nice because it was quiet when we wanted to sleep. They have it down when it comes to security, we felt very safe there. Oh and Chris the valet manager was awesome. We had our wallet stolen on the street and didnt have our receipt but didnt need it...he remembered our names and car :) staying again end of april for jazz fest and cant wait!

Beautiful and clean hotel, and great location; but staff seriously need re-train on customer service. We stayed 2 nights here for the new year eve celebration. When we arrived, the valet staff that greeted us was professional and friendly; however, the front desk staff was completely opposite. She didn’t greet as we walked in, didn’t smile or say anything until I stood right in front of her telling her that we needed to check-in. She coldly replied “Ok,” not one smile or a friendly word from her during the entire check-in experience. The check-out experience was not much better, thou the front desk staff this time had a better professional manner. However, when I politely asked a man dressed like a hotel valet staff, who was standing next to the front desk counter chatting away, where can I get to my car, he impatiently point his finger and told me to “go back (to the door) where you came from.” Just before this hotel stay, we also stayed at Marriott Riverwalk during Christmas and the front desk staff actually walked me to the back of the hotel to show us how to get to the river tour boat. She was professional, helpful and cheerful the whole time, making our experience x10 times better. NOLA Four Points need to seriously train their staff better because customer service is essential in this industry.

We have been here 3 times. It is safe, clean and convenient place to stqy if you are going to be bar hopping at night. We will stay here again.

We can walk safe any site in the French Quarter.
After 5pm the party is outside until 3:00am.

I didn’t mind the location however, I was very disappointed when I checked in and received a room overlooking the parking lot after being told, I was receiving a room overlooking the pool in the courtyard. I booked three rooms for three of my staff members and they both got rooms overlooking the courtyard but for some reason I didn’t get one when I asked about it I was told it would be $50 more money.
