Hot tub was out of service which is the only reason I chose to stay here. The side doors to access rooms from the back of the building did not work so I had to walk from the main entrance to the end of the building to get to my room every time. Bed was clean but floors were dirty.

Wasn’t told that the water slide and hot tub didn’t work when booking this hotel

Bianca was exceptional at the bar/restaurant. She was pleasant and helpful in other areas as well. Personally I felt like she was exceptional and the place needs more friendly smiling faces like hers. The disappointment came after the room was already booked and paid for. The pool area was cold, the hot tub was down, the slide was under maintenance and my 13 year old daughter was stuck in the elevator and after the fact again the guy at the front desk said oh yeah that’s been happening lately. The website basically ruined my grandson party because we were lured in under false pretenses. That info should have been available to the customers. Me and my family traveled here from Muskegon only to be put in a basic room with half the amenities listed on line. And to top it off the breakfast was good but very small portioned for the price. I am very disappointed and if it wasn’t for Bianca I would have left that hotel. Honestly I can’t say that I’ll ever return or even tell my union workers to ever lodge here. Management may need to speak with the workers on the frontline more to get a feel of what the customers want because last night there were a lot of upset families.

I didn't have water in the hotel over 24 hours. And that was very bad experience.

Everyone was friendly and nice. Overall for the cost for two night was perfect and affordable and I. Good location and good service.

the waterslide and hot tub at the place has been out of service permanently and has been for over a year. Expedia knows this but refuses to take it off of the hotel's add. took the kids to Dave and Busters, rented 2 rooms one for us and one for them.. big let down with the hot tub and slide.

We stay here for the pool, the slide and the hot tub, as we do a family Christmas with grandkids. Upon arrival, we were told that the hot tub was out of service, didn't know when it would be fixed. After getting to our room, we saw netting on the slide. When we inquired, we were told that the slide was non operating. We ask why we didn't know this, she said that Expedia should have told us. We believe you need to tell Expedia for them to tell us. Another family there for a birthday party went through their own website and were no informed. We got at least three stories as to why it was non operational. There is heavy dust in doorways, by the door jambs. Poorly rigged door guides for the sliding bathroom doors, using pieces of tin and screws, sharp edges sticking out. Poor maintenance, poor customer care.

Easy check in procedure, very nice lobby, spacious room, would definitely stay here again!

No free breakfast

My husband I and stayed at this hotel 7 years ago and came back now with our family. The experience we had with the staff is amazing! Very kind, helpful and just such a great experience. However the lower mark comes from the fact that in house items for sale are really expensive and the water doesn’t heat up for a bit. Overall though a great experience and it comes down to the amazing staff that make it such a great one.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Delta Hotel. We were there for my father's funeral. Was originally at another hotel which turned into a nightmare. Moved to Delta and every employee we encountered was personable, professional and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable which is a rare find in a hotel.

Very pleasantly surprised! Will certainly be back!

Some of the fixtures have been updated, but the hallway carpets were gross. Same in the rooms. The thermostat read low battery and error. Thankfully, we were able to control the unit on the register itself. One bath towel for both of us. Breakfast was overpriced and convenience store style. We won't stay there again.

Hotel was nice, front desk was very friendly and allowed me to check early with my 2 kids. Water slide feature was closed during our visit. Hotel shuttle service to the airport was also friendly and courteous. Some parts of hotel looked a little rundown but it didn't bother me. Great for walking distance to mall and lots of places to eat!

Tons if mold in the bathroom, Stairwells, hallways, filthy. Pool was scummy, disgustinf, clearly hasnt been cleaned in months or years. Walls are paper thin. Do not recommend

The woman working the desk could have been more friendly and inviting when I checked in. My son and I were disappointed to see that the slide was closed as the hotel is removing it, had I known this when I booked our stay I probably would have booked elsewhere. The room was clean enough but nothing above and beyond like I had expected for what I paid. The vent in the bathroom was disgusting, it definitely hadn’t been cleaned/dusted in a while. I knew that breakfast had a surcharge but I thought the price for what you got was too high.

The bed is super comfortable

It looked like it used to be a top notch hotel but hasn't been well maintained. Our bathroom door didn't close and some mold on the ceiling. There was no breakfast available because someone didn't come in. It was near the airport, easy parking, nice TV and comfortable bed and cheap price.

Parked in the lot and their Delta van with the windows knocked out in the lot. Garbage on the pavement. Had no tissues and told they ran out. Never made our beds.Don’t think they have a vacuum. Needs a top to bottom cleaning. Property getting tired.

Chose this place due to it being Marriott and stays at various Marriott have been good until now. Booked with hotels.com then got charged the full price again! They immediately canceled transaction removing me from the system. Which in turn removed my reservation. The managers didn’t know what was going on as they were questioning if I should be there at all. I was told I would get a call from a manger after this crap and be given 3 free days. Never happened. The shower was broken so couldn’t use that until maintenance fixed it. This was absolutely the worst experience I have had at any Marriott and won’t be going back to one anytime soon.

Bed was comfy, a/c very noisy. Pool looks pretty tired and fun water slide permanently closed. Bar and bar menu were nice although many items on menu were not available. Airport shuttle was wonderful driver very helpful.

When we got here check in was fine however I was charged $50 more than my reservation said. Went to the room to find the pull out bed was broken and there was no bedding on it. Called house keeping and no one answered. Went down to the front desk where no one was working, waited thirty minutes for someone to show up and give us sheets. The room is a dump, stains, dirty vents, broken cabinets, and the list goes on. When checking in the guy told me this was one of their nicer rooms.
