Hotel is nicely designed, in a nice safe location. It has the feel of a motel inside another building. You enter the rooms from an open hallway concept that overlooks an atrium. This feature is actually very nice and aesthetically pleasing. However, the rooms and furniture are dated and feel like a 1960's motel. They have painted textured concrete walls, low lighting and limited windows for natural light. My girlfriend also noted that they lacked basic things in the room such as makeup mirrors. The iron left stains all over the shirt I tried to iron. with it. The bathroom was disgusting, it was not cleaned from prior guests. There was urine all over toilet, toilet seat, and floor. Not a little but a lot. I am talking actual urine not just drip stains. It had actual standing liquid yellow urine, clearly visible on the white porcelain, the second you enter the restroom. Housekeeping came to the room dropped off cleaning supplies and advised us they were done cleaning for the day, and that we had to clean it ourselves or wait until the next day. Management didn't charge us for the first night, but I don't feel that is sufficient for us having to clean someone else's urine. I will never stay here again, and this experience is making me rethink ever staying at an Embassy Suites. This has severely tarnished the Hilton brand in my opinion. It's one thing to have the disgusting room, but to actually leave cleaning supplies and say clean it yourself..... WOW!!!!

Really bad experience, the A/C never worked. We called the reception and nobody show up to fixed, didn’t change us room.
My husband and daughter have asma, the carpet was completely smelly as the shower curtain and I don’t even want to talk about the sofas.
Please read the reviews before you book and don’t even get fooled by the breakfast it’s not even worth it !!!

We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool which my kids loved. However, when we go there an hour and a half past check in they told me my room was changed due to plumbing issues. We got a king suite when there were 4 of us. The couch did pull out but the mattress was awful. You could feel the springs. Because the room wasnt ready for us they did give us a late check out which was great. The free breakfast was decent. The other issue was the AC in the room definitely did not work well.

We had a good stay. Stayed here two years ago and loved it. However, this time one set of elevators wasn’t working so there were only two working elevators for the entire hotel. I saw some housekeeping having to wait for empty ones so they can bring all their stuff on. Also, the WiFi/reception was terrible. Barely had any reception on WiFi or using our regular 5G/LTE on our devices. I know that seems minor but if you’re trying to plan things using the internet, it made that difficult. Staff was friendly.

Elevators not working. Weird smell. Aomeone in room service came into my room and knocked once !

My family had a great time in the heated indoor pool.

The quality including custom made egg dishes at breakfast was great. The room is enough to stay for 5 members of family. The indoor pool was great for kids. Because two fourth of elevators were out of order, it was frastrated. It was also frastrated there were no stock of towel in the pool. There were some customers whoes behavior were bad.

Our stay at this hotel was below average. This is my second time at this hotel, and still the same issues the doors slam if you don’t pay attention also at night when in the living area, you can hear peoples doors and people walking outside. Also, the bed was not secured to the box frame, causing it to constantly slide around, making it very uncomfortable for for late night activities. What made the state even worse was the fact that there was only one working elevator on the side that we stayed constantly Taking about 10minutes to get down the floor although the indoor pool is very nice and my kids enjoyed it was the only highlight of the stay the parking was about $12 a night which is not bad I will not be returning back just due to the fact that it feels like there is no privacy due to being able to hear your neighbor kids slept in living area had to put a white noise speaker just so they can sleep and when room service came in to clean because we forgot to put do not do not disturb sign the bed was made, but the cleaner took the TV remote, causing a one hour search party to try to look for it
Since it was already late, we let the front and know when we checked out

This is one of the worst Embassy Suites we stayed at. The front lobby was blocked off. They ran out of parking access card, so getting in/out became a nightmare. There are no luggage cart available, so we have to carry our luggage upstairs in multiple trips. The front desk is really unhelpful. The only service that's resembled Embassy Suites was made to order breakfast.

FIRST TIME STAY IN EMBASSY AND SURPRISE THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING FOR $12 A DAY. THEY END UP CHARGING ME TWICE. THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. THE LOADING AREA WAS CLOSED, SO LOADING SO BAD. I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THE DUMB PARKING FEE AND THE DUMBER I FELT. WHY JUST ADD THE FEE TO THE ORIGINAL PRICE? MAYBE THEN I WILL HAVE PICK ANOTHER HOTEL. IT WAS UNSEANSONABLE COLD AND THE AIR CONDITION UNIT DONT WORK FOR HEAT. THE STUFF BRING UP A HEATER. WILL NOT BOOK ANOTHER EMBASSY AGAIN.

At first its a little pricey, but you also get a great breakfast and happy hour included. Secure parking in a great location. Indoor pool and spa included.

Great for traveling families. You can swim with the kids in their warm indoor pool. Their cook-to-order and buffet breakfast is great. Service people are great for the most part, although there was a front counter lady who was not that friendly and didn’t like her tone when she asked me to show my ID, but she was young and probably learning the position. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. Plenty of paid-private parking. We stayed at two of their accessible rooms and those were clean and well-kept. My family and I stayed for two nights and are looking forward to stay here again in the future.

I really love the set up of this hotel. I have stayed here before so that is why I decided to come back.. From when you walk in and deal with the staff who have excellent customer service skills, genuinely so kind. Such a great facility. The only down fall is that since it is winter, the rooms do not have cold air. My room was very stuffy when I walked in and I tried adjusting the thermostat and all I could get was hot air. I called the front desk and I was informed that at this time of the year there is no cold air, the vents only blow hot!! so I shut it off.. it was suggested that I open the window which was a sliding glass door that had no screen !! The front desk did send up a fan though.NOT A GOOD STAY!!

The staff was amazing and the food was good. We were here for family wedding. The room was very dark as we were right by the elevator. The shower made a horrible noise while the water was on. A few loud noises outside the room but I think it's because we were by the elevator.

Great hotel for a family wedding. Easy to get around.

Great location and hotel. I originally stayed at the Courtyard Marriott down the road, and it was horrible. Old, outdated, and way past its prime. I reached out to the Embassy and they were able to get me a room the same day. The hotel was amazing, and I will only stay at this hotel for now on when I'm in the area.

I came back to the hotel room one afternoon around 3pm. the door was not closed all the way. Upon arrival, the did not take Google pay. Has to be a physical Hilton honors card which I was not notified. They told me the reason being that the card I registered during reservation did not go thru. But I was not notified of that. I only know that my reservation was successful. I even called the hotel to make sure of the reservation. So I spent over 400 and could not get points. The refrigerator did not work. My food was spoiled. They replaced it, or fixed it the day I told them. But it was too late. They should have made everything in working condition. It's not my job to check everything when I check in. I did not notice the broker refrigerator until 2nd day.

Nice looking hotel interior, spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. My only complaint that elevators kept breaking down during my 3 day stay. No repairman on standby to fix.

It was all very nice but their parking lot was gated and the hotel charged twelve dollars a night to park there.

Have stayed here before and loved it, most likely will stay there again. The area is nice with a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel is great. We were there during the week so it wasn't too busy. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast that has a lot of options. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool which is great considering it was so cold outside since we visited in January.

I did not like that they charge you for parking! They should include parking since we’re paying for the room already!

I was given incorrect happy hour hours and not able to chill on my arrival day. I was basically told “too bad, come back tomorrow night”. Then house cleaning entered my room without permission while I was attending a funeral. Shortly after getting back, the building fire alarm went off for about 30 minutes and we were not informed of anything that was going on. We were left wondering what we should do. Lastly, I did go to happy hour the next night and was not treated so kindly when I asked for more cheese that was out for the chips. I was told “we’re not getting more, have the salsa instead”. I’m allergic to tomatoes so that wasn’t going to work. Very disappointing stay at this Embassy Suites and I try to make them my home away from home as much as possible when I travel.
