We love this hotel. This was a repeat stay due to the pool & view from the pool. We also booked a room with pool view for a couple bucks more. But the pool was under reconstruction. No mention of it when we booked or checked in. After we checked in they told us.

Everything was great but the rooms smoking detector kept going off every few hours.

Room was very wet and humid. Mirrors and tables were wet. Also I was double charged for room and staff was not helpful in listening to me or evening making the corrections to my bill! Hotel stole $534 from my bank account.

The property is being remodeled. The rooms that are remodeled are spacious, have amenities (shampoo, conditioner, hand cream in bottles, and blowdrier); as well as coffee maker with coffee and tea and fridge. The view from the pool is great and we had a good time at the casino.

I love the renew rooms, its fancy and cute, very quiet and staff very helpful. I could stay again. You NEED a car to do shopping or eat outside. But they also have restaurant, bar, casino and a pool.

Good hotel, amazing view! Our family just stayed one night to be close to the airport. Hotel was in the middle of renovations but it was clean, beds are great, staff was very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I reserved this property for my mom and her friends. Everything was excellent except for the mini fridge that was damaged and although it was replaced on the second day they lost all the food that they had saved. My mom and her friends were told by the staff that they were going to try to do something to see if the food could be replaced but nothing was done.

The chech in was not too good. The staff of bar and restaurant area are very nice and pleasant. The cleaning staff excellent. I love the new decorations rooms. A little noisy during the day caused by remodeling. At the end my family had a great stay.

Coming back to my home town was very happy,sad.Carmen one of the staff worker went above and beyond to keep hotel to it's standards. She cleaned our bathtub.She made sure the complaints were told to person in charge. So, would I come again or recommend someone else to come in and enjoy a safe and calm place yes I would.Breakfast was very good .Thank you.

Too many noise on under my room, they make some constructions on the building I try to make some (Office) working but it’s was imposible… for the noice.

Everything was good except the noise from 9:30am - 5pm during the weekdays(Hotel is under renovation)

Extremly pricey, service was horrible, loud construction, elevator was not working, and it smelled bad. Some of the staff were nice but the miscomunication between manager and workers made it very difficult to solve problems. Overall a horrible experience, we will not stay there again for sure!

I loved my view! Did not like how we didn’t have any hot eater even after they said the issue was fixed. Did not like waking up to all the noise from the repairs being done and not getting any warnings and did not like how some of the housekeepers didn’t make sure they restocked on certain things and had to ask front desk for them, and they could definitely clean a little more. There was old dust around and the pool was dirty. Overall the stay was ok. The beds were comfortable & some of the staff was great!

We had issues with our room but the staff came up and moved us right away, gave us free breakfast for our trouble and made us gain confidence again. I would come back if I had to.

Love the new rooms after the 4th floor renovation. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Wish bar and restaurant were open more time. Can’t wait to see after renovation ended.
