It was very dirty everything is falling apart personally it just needs shut down will never stay at another Wyndham again

This property was in poor condition. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off in two places. The carpet needed a serious vacuuming. It was musty and smoky smelling. (It seems like they've had a big problem with people smoking when they're told not to.) There were simply not enough staff. We stayed four nights and didn't get any service at all during that time, not a single "do you want clean towels or sheets or just for us to grab your trash?". There were two of us in the room and one towel. The second day I went down to the desk and waited a while until I could ask one frazzled worker who was on her way out if I could just get a couple of towels. She said, Look for a housekeeper. I said I hadn't seen a single one in the halls. So she led us down to the laundry and asked the one woman in there to grab us some towels. Just an unpleasant stay.

The hotel smelled strongly of weed. People were smoking weed in the rooms and walking the halls to get to my room was just horrible. You could even smell it while in my room. It was disgusting. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles on the counter were also empty, as if someone had used them already and they were not replaced.

They kicked me out & accused me of going in a room I didn’t go through & tried to say I had my room door open && stuff just a terrible stay && he walked in my room without knocking

Pro: I was able to check in late. Cons: they wanted $100 cash deposit (I wasn’t told prior), the first one I got toilet didn’t have a seat & the second room the toilet wasn’t fully attached to the floor, breakfast- coffee creamer selection was LIMITED only thing available was half and half (which made me sick to my stomach for my last leg of my trip), when I went to check out he didn’t even speak to me just grabbed my key walked away & came back with my $100, the vending machines only accept cash & there were roaches I seen upon leaving.

My stay was wonderful, very clean, quiet, and smelled good. Good location, and the convenience of near by stores and restaurants were definitely a plus for me!

The staff was very friendly and had no issue letting us check in an hour early. The entire hotel smells like pot and/or strong food odor at any time of day. It's rundown and in need of updating. It was clean enough considering the condition. The room had a strong mildew smell but everything worked. We only spent about 7 hours in the room to sleep before driving home. We skipped the hotel breakfast based on looks and smell of the hotel.

There was little to no cleaning being done anywhere in the building. The breakfast was well below parr. The front desk person was nice.

Check in was easy. Staff was nice. Beds are small but comfy. The overall room was OK. My room had a weird smell. Some staining on the pillow case and staff claimed they didn’t have any more pillows to give us a clean one. For under $100/night it was fine.

There were bugs in the bathtub. Although the breakfast was supposedly available until 9:30, upon arriving at the area by 8:40 we found most of the items gone: there were no eggs or meat ( containers were empty), there was no orange juice, and the batter for the waffles was gone along with the syrup…very disappointing.

It served the purpose of a place to sleep. Bedspread had stains and the tub was filthy so we were not able to yale a shower.

The sink did not drain so they shifted to the next room, where the bathroom door does not close. The previous occupant's rubber bands and bindis were on the floor. Betel spit marks on the wall by the waste bin in the room. The bathroom did not have a waste basket. The reception person said he would take care of it but never came. When we were parking in the night a woman started screaming at us and in the morning was roaming around the car park area barefoot, still screaming.

Don't stay here!! Dirty carpet, crumbs in the chair, no phone -only wires on the floor, toilet not seated correctly-clanked loudly when sat upon, absolutely NO handle present with which to turn on the shower!!!
The bed and bedding were the only clean items in the room.

Not the cleanest. Cockroaches found in the bathroom. Door key would not work, had to be moved to a different room, from king size bed to 2 queen sized beds. The breakfast was not the that good. They had closed the pool for renovations in the middle of the summer! It looked good from the outside.

Overall the hotel was nice. A few things that needed improvement. Safety bar should be in shower for all rooms and some kind of slip prevention in shower. Just for safety. Room also smelt like smoke but it wasn’t really bad. Would stay again.

Not a single redeeming factor. The only way to improve would be demolition. For Expedia to even list this property diminishes Expedia as a provider of hotel services. There are many health and safety issues - from loose carpet in the hallway where my wife tripped three times, to exposed splintered wood on a poorly cobbled bathroom door, to a toilet so short it would not pass code, the swimming pool under renovation, coffee pot missing, bath tub faucet control hanging on by pure luck, the phone flashing that there were messages but when dialed gave a busy signal,…

The place need to be updated and is in very bad shape. The beds are lumpy, the guests service is beyond bad because I I was told they just don't care they already have my money. The phone voicemail didn't work, the vending machine somewhat work, there was no change machines or front desk wouldn't give change. No "Do Not Disturb" signs and every morning early they are knocking on your door. The worst stay I have ever had. But the worst thing is when my roomie went to clean the hair out of the tub drain, a FISH hook got stuck in his finger. Someone must have been cleaning fish in the tub and the Non-smoking room definitely had smokers in it and attempted to cover the smell with strong air perfume. I don't normally write reviews but this was so bad.

The property felt dirty. The elevator was missing buttons and the lights constantly flickered inside. We were assigned the wrong room and the housekeeping staff let us in to what ended up being an occupied room. When we finally were given the right room it reeked of smoke. The final room we were given only one of the 3 keys worked some of the time.

Where to start: hotel was hot, the hallways were hot and humid, the lobby was dirty and stained. The breakfast was sad and old. Ran out of eggs and refused to get more. SAFETY ISSUE: the elevator had no emergency stop button. It has been removed!! The keyless entry cards failed over and over. We had to ask for new entry cards every single time. Ugh!! The bathroom shower was wonky and extremely slippery. The toilet seat was broken, TV has no menu which made it hard to find a channel. The pillows were tiny, we had to ask for towels and sundries such as diapers and shampoo.
The carpet in the halls was sticky and dirty, the floors in the lobby has the same shoe prints all over during our entire stay. They left nasty plungers next to the water fountain. There’s goose poop EVERYWHERE!! Never again!

I waited in line for 10 minutes in the lobby and finally had to ask a front desk attendant to check me in even though he was standing there the whole time. The parking lot was filthy with chicken wing bones and cigarette butts all around. The hotel advertised a working pool which was “under construction” when we arrived, but I saw a note behind the desk that said pool was permanently closed. The rooms were adequately clean, but there was very little toilet paper (no stocked replacements) and the shower was clogged and didn’t drain. Finally, there is a $100 “security deposit” requested at check in that wasn’t advertised. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay as the advertisement didn’t match the reality. I’d steer clear of this particular Baymont.
