Clean and comfy. I’m not a fan of carpets so that is my only complaint for my allergies. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast so much to choose from. Popcorn and fresh baked cookies were a big hit with the kids. Thank you for a great stay.

Here for a one night stay. A show at Brockville Art Center (amazing!). The room was clean, bed was cozy. The only thing was that the coffee machine didn't work, put water and pushed button, but no coffee! (we told the front desk when we were leaving, due to the fact that there was water in the machine). The shower pressure was not strong, but at least there was hot water. Location was awesome for restaurants and shopping!! Would go back again. Thank you and stay safe!!😊

So I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast is good. The location is excellent. We used the pool. It was lots of fun. They even have cookies out and a water dispenser when you come in.

Stayed here during a girls hockey tournament. They had a staff member recording girls in the pool, asking how old they were, where from, etc. Yes cops were called and took over 5 hours of statements by 6 officers - one being my grand daughter. Whats worse, a joke at $250 a ngt for a 2* run down shady hotel. You should be ashamed of yourselves! You heard EVERYTHING in hallway. Not even the slightest attempt to seal doors. Doors SLAMMING non stop until at least midnight. NEVER again using Choice hotel.

Clean and comfortable. Had a pool and snall gym area. Excellent value and cost. I like the little extras... fruit water and popcorn, fridge/coffee/microwsve in the room. And breakfast was included. A good breakfast at that. We liked tge ease to travel and find, with lots of available parking.

Good price, nice hotel with kids. One downside was the concierge staff advised us a wrong breakfast time, so we came to the canteen almost late and missed out some food.

Good value, however we were told breakfast was served till 1030 by the young man who checked us in only to be told in the am it was only till 9. The woman cleaning up breakfast was annoyed, like arriving late was our fault and the food was crappy, so don't stay for breakfast-no juice-machine broken, eggs and sausage could not be eaten even bread was lousy

The hallways smell like weed, the 2 alternate doors don't work so you have to enter the hotel by the main door. So if you park in the back you have to walk back to the front to get in. It is a very convenient location though so I almost always stay here.

Closeness to all amenities. A little noisy due to the night traffic on the Hwy. #401 West; however not too bad. The staff went out of their way to help with anything I needed. For example, one staff member provided a warm housecoat when there was none in my room. As well, cookies and popcorn were provided in the evening for a seniors' group that was away for the day. Attention to detail and especially the hot breakfast in the morning was especially nice! Thank-you so much! Your kind and considerate staff were so very much appreciated!

My room key did not work. I went down to the front desk three times as each time she said it should be fine it did not work.
I had to be irritated before she would give me a new set of keys which finally worked. This was 1am and I really wanted on my room. This was poor service. No one else was around she just couldn’t be bothered to rectify the situation

We thankfully got an early check-in to be able to change for a wedding, but as soon as we opened the door to our room, we got a whiff of dirty mop/wet carpet/wet dog. It was absolutely disgusting so we opened the window and ran the fans while we were gone. We got back around 10pm and it was still as bad. I told front desk who said they had no other rooms to put us in and no other solution offered up. If you’re going to clean carpets, use something that dries them quickly, and if you're going to mop the bathroom, use a mop that hasn't sat wet for weeks!

It was very noisy overnight from the traffic on hwy 401. The ability to run the fan continuously on low speed, on the a/c heater, would provide white noise and be helpful.

I liked that the property was near the highway. Ten staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The pool was nice to have. The continental breakfast was also good, I thought the food was delicious. My only complaint was that when we first entered our room it was not as clean, there was some hairs found around the sink and the carpet had some stains on it. Overall solid hotel.

We appreciated the freshly popped popcorn, and the ice cold lemon water when we arrived.
The room was fine, but could have upgraded their desk lamps in the room to include USB connectors to allow charging of our cell phones, etc.
The air conditioner was noisy, and we had to turn it off to sleep, uncomfortably.
Our room was situated above the outdoor tables and chairs, and many people dropped by over time to have their cigarettes and marijuana... and the smell came in via the air conditioner... another reason to turn off the air conditioner.
Our room was handicapped accessible and provisioned, including bathtub grab bars.
The free breakfast left something to be desired... the scrambled egg concoction were tasteless (I'm not sure they were real. The optional hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator were also tasteless and rubbery... perhaps they've been in there a few days too many.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and everything you could want in the room, including fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Good breakfast included. There is also a small pool and workout room in the hotel. Would definitely stay at this location again.

The staff went the extra mile to accommodate me and my wife on our trip. They helped us with an issue we had with frozen food in a cooler, made us feel welcome on every level. I know it’s just a comfort inn, and I know most of these kind of hotels are the same, but thee staff was excellent. I will stay here again.
