Great hotel and good location for horseshoe. I was surprised at how expensive the parking was.

The hotel lobby is very nice, the pool area pretty Rooms are a bit outdated with cabinetry. Bedding very comfortable. Bathrooms need some updating. Front desk staff very responsive. Coffee in room was poor. Great location

Cheryl at the front desk was very welcoming and professional. Cheryl did an awesome job. Keep up the great work!

Stay did not disappoint, Jacquelyn checked me in gave great customer service as well as Karem (Housekeeping Supervisor). It’s very nice to visit a Hotel where you know you’ll receive AWESOME customer service.
2.0
Relative to the expensive rate, a low standard room. The floor creaks and sounds like it's about to break and the shower isn't clean enough.
They required us to bring a credit card even though we put details in the order which made it very difficult when we tried to change the card. Cold and harsh attitude, and even when I stood crying in front of the hotel manager and tried to sort things out, she continued to behave in an unpleasant and cold manner. In addition, they charged me for a bottle of water even though they said that if we registered to Hilton Honors, we wouldn't have to pay for the water.
Expensive rate for parking even though you pay a lot for a night at the hotel and there are no other places to park around so you have to pay to the hotel.
An unpleasant experience. Not good value for money.

Great location right off of I-5 freeway and massive property with pool and patio. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant pricey but we found plenty of dining options within 10 minutes.
Walls are thin, recommend getting a room not along the freeway. Quiet time at 9 is enforced which we liked since the walls are so thin. Property shows some wear but overall good price point with what you get.

The excellence is in the employee service, food and location. The rooms are just fine (beds are comfortable, and room is clean, but the bathroom and HVAC could use a major upgrade - so allergy/asthma sufferers be aware). Also, the bldg exterior is showing some age.

All my friends love this place. They own horses and are therefore very rich and particular. I don’t really like their attitudes and aloofness, but they have great taste in lodging.

Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Great service and a feel good place. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel supervisor Tassio charged me for full stay even though I had to leave the first day with a sudden illness. Completely inappropriate and very bad business practice for what should be a reputable hotel. They have unfortunately lost my business and my company’s business moving forward.

Very comfortable rooms, staff are great and lots of options around town. I think it's time for new carpeting, looked very worn out.

I had prepaid for my stay, however I was initially informed that I had to pay for taxes. It was sorted out in the end, but not a good start to my stay.
Some front staff employees were not very friendly. However found other staff members very friendly

Beautiful place but elevators are few and far between! It would have been nice to have been told elevator locations at check in. Basically handed a key and told to park on opposite side of the building.

The toilet seat wasn’t clean, had feces stains, no water pressure in the shower, the bathroom fan couldn’t be turned off without turning off the light, 2nd day the jacuzzi wasn’t working

Lovely spot. Very close to the music venue (The Sound). Staff was great and food was available until 11 pm. It was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The proximity to our event was very convenient, and the overall appearance of the hotel was higher than the price suggested it should be!

Staff was great but hotel was dated with mold in the window, seemed like the ventilation fan was to small for the room and it seemed “wet” and sticky 24/7 in the room.

Beautiful hotel, clean and very comfortable

Convenient hotel, although it is definitely in need of a remodel. Our room smelled of mold (from the HVAC / AC vents). It took some time and rigmarole to get it replaced (who knows when it was last updated or changed). Replacing the filters, etc. solved the problem immediately.
I have stayed here for 4 years in a row now for a yearly event, but will probably stay at a different hotel next year. It's a nice hotel with a lot of amenities, but it's overdue for a real make-over. Also, every year, for the past four years, the spa seems to be 'under repair'...ridiculous. Staff was nice and friendly, so no fault to them.

Both Hilton and Expedia suck. I reserved the room with Expedia and placed my friend’s name to check in while I arrived into town. My friend showed up and they wouldn’t admit her since she didn’t have the credit card I used on file. They made her wait 3 hours until I showed up. By then she had left and they would NOT allow me to check in since she had left and even though I was the one with the card. The employee with a dark beard thought he was smart. He just close Hitlon and Expedia a customer.
Never again Hilton or Expedia. Nothing crack me up than a low key employee flexing without understanding the consequences.

The front desk staff provided amazing service. I was left speechless with the customer service provided. The main lobby and restaurant are very beautiful and the food was great. Location is convenient since it’s right off the freeway.
Our room had a foul damp smell when you walked through the door. It seemed like they were doing updating construction on the first floor and we were located on the second floor not sure if that caused the damp smell.
Other wise nice hotel, and decent price.

Once we checked in our room, we found one big fly and a lot of fruit flies in our room. The fruit flies were even on the towels.it was very disgusting. The shower door can not be closed either. Fortunately I contacted the front desk and we were switched to a similar room but with much better conditions. At the end, we were satisfied but it was horrible when we first checked into our room.

Enjoyed the property but would liked not to pay for parking and to have someone to bring coffee or towels to our room without searching service. We stayed 4 nights.

The only thing that wasn’t great, is that housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30 am! The reason for our trip was a wedding, so it was a late night.

The front desk employee, Nicole, our cocktails waitress by the pool, and the young lady at the coffee shop were super kind and great customer service.
2.0
Our room was very dated with a very noisy air conditioning unit which prevented a restful night’s sleep.
Upon arrival we noticed our carpet was wet from possible shampoo cleaning.
Bathroom condition, including shower tiles, grout and flooring were damaged and moldy.
Requested room cleaning on the second day never arrived.
Overall we did not feel this Hilton location met their usual organization and standards.

Good hotel, a touch dated.

We booked a handicap accessible room because both of my parents are elderly and cannot walk far distances. While the room we got was for handicap, it was on the otherside of the hotel away from the 2 elevators by the main entrance (and on the 3rd floor). There was no other elevator available, so the walk to and from the room every time was quite a length for them. Aside from that disappointment and hardship, the rooms were clean and the location was great for our trip.
