Great stay

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Heard a few planes overhead while trying to sleep and also had some noisy guests with doors opening and closing and voices around midnight and later. Did manage to get some sleep anyway.

Check in went well. Our room was very comfortable.

Very nice place to stay. King size room with couch was spacious and had plenty of usb ports and a large flat screen TV. We were on the 1st floor and ice machine was located on the 2nd. The ice machine was quirky but an employee was in the area and helped figure it out. The hotel was conveniently located just outside the city. We would stay here again.

The faculty is pleasant, relatively modern and clean. The restaurant seems to do little business and looks deserted even when open. The location is reasonably close to Amherst and less costly and parking is free.

Love staying here. Close to my family, breakfast is great. Surprised by a $7/day parking fee but I will definitely call this home away from home. Love the rooms.

We got upgraded to a room that was very nice, we especially liked the bathroom, it was larger and had a bathroom door that closed properly. All rooms should have bathroom doors that close for privacy. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay celebrating my birthday.

The hotel was quiet clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Just think it’s ridiculous to charge for parking. And $6 for two small bottles of water is exorbitant. But did enjoy the breakfast area, especially waffle maker.

The lobby itself was nice, elevators creaked going up and down and you worried if it was going to make it. Temp in room hard to adjust. Pillows were very small for a king size bed. The towels were paper thin. The bathroom was clean but door was a flimsy sliding barn door which came off the slide multiple times, no privacy for when you are trying to go to the bathroom. On Christmas day my husband went downstairs at % am to get coffee and nothing was set up. The night clear who was barely awake said they gave the staff the day off. there was a sign in lobby the dinning room was closed for breakfast. My husband and I went out at 5 am and found a 24 hour Dunkin donuts open to get coffee and something to eat. ON the was past the lobby desk the night clerk was literally in the corner sleeping. Later as we came back down to go out to see family we noticed the restaurant downstairs was serving continental breakfast. Nowhere was it noted that this was a possibility and according to night clerk everyone was off. it was 2 days before we could have clean linens and our trash emptied which was overfull in the room. This was under the Mariott umbrela and we were very disapointed.

I was impressed from the minute I pulled in the parking lot. The lobby was immaculate, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were perfect, right down to the temperature. All in all a Very Enjoyable Stay, I will be back.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room.

They charge $5 a day for parking… This not a high end property. Staff friendliness was a mix. Two were kind of grumpy and one was friendlier and nice.

Unexpected $250 deposit fee at check-in not brought to attention at time of booking. PM manager was abrupt at guest check-in but thankfully the room was welcoming and the AM attendants were very cheerful and welcoming.

Was recommended this property from a family member for a family funeral. The area was convenient to all our needs. The hotel staff were professional from the moment we stepped on the property until we left. From the hotels cleanness to complimentary breakfast and housekeeping was exceptional. I feel that the cost of the motel should have included the parking fee ($7,00 a Day). It is hidden in the brochure and is the vary last SMALL line in it. I feel it is a hidden fee on PURPOSE.

The staff were good, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. There were just some really annoying aspects of the hotel. First the elevators were as cold as outside the entire time. The parking (charged for) lot is small relative to the hotel size and was hard to find parking if you were coming back after 4 pm. I got back at 5 pm one night and there were about 5 spots left at the very bottom of the hill in the lot. There is a sensor on the thermostat so that the heat doesn't run if there is no motion in the room. Do you know how fun it is to wake up to cold blowing air and a room you set at 72 being 65 degrees? At one point I had the heat set to 80, felt the cold blowing air and watched the thermostat go down from 73, 72,71, 70 and never had any warm air. A technician came and disconnected the wall thermostat from the unit and I was finally able to maintain it at a comfortable temperature. The final annoyance was the lack of tea options with caffeine. Most days I didn't find one at breakfast and had to ask for it. There was tons of decaf options though. I would not stay again.
