The service was absolutely amazing! The parking area can be a little challenging if you do not pay for the valet parking! The room definitely could’ve been a lot cleaner, it just seemed as though they did maintenance cleaning and not really any deep cleaning, as there was buildup in the corners of the room. The rooms are a little outdated, but still comfortable!

Our room was serviced one day with fresh towels but they didn't make up the beds or empty trash either day. Valet was great. Breakfast was great. Ladies at the front were great but both my friend and I had a room and when I tried to cancel with well more then 24 hours they wouldn't let me cancel but she was able to cancel her room. Her room was 400 for 2 nights mine was 1300 for 3 nights so you see why I wanted to cancel.

It was not very clean. Carpet was nasty with a bunch of stains. Bath dirty tile.
Bed was horrible. I asked for new sheets because there was something big and nasty on them. They did bring different as they were putting them on I seen blood stains. So nasty.

The staff is always extreme helpful and friendly. The facility though nice is starting to appear a bit warm… for example the waterfall that was not running in the lobby in November or March, and regular ware such as scraps etc. The major problem we seem to have is the cleanliness. In November we were moved rooms because our room which had clearly been cleaned was still dirty. Last month we decided to give another try and my 18mo found pretzels under the desk… we didn’t have pretzels. It’s unfortunate because the location is wonderful and the staff is excellent, but their cleaning crew can’t seem to get the rooms clean.

My room was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable however for $125 a night the staff could make sure the fitted sheet was on the right side. I kind of thought maybe it wasn’t changed, just turned over.
Also, the shower head is horrible. It doesn’t move. I am very tall & I got blasted in the face & hair with cold water when I turned it on. Shower head needs to be moveable.
Staff was very nice & helpful. It was a good stay overall.

The occupants of the room adjacent were slamming doors, and screaming all night. We finally called the front desk at midnight and pleaded that they do something about it. Hotel management didn't address it and the party continued until 3:45 am. Horrible experience.

The hotel was very accommodating to our group. The beds were really comfy. My two suggestions would be that they offer a complimentary breakfast and put microwaves in the rooms. Its pretty inconvenient that you have to go to the lobby to use the microwave.

Easy to find. The lady that checked us in was good. The lobby was nice but that's where the good ended. The room was not what I paid for. I booked a double queen room but what I got was a king and a sofa. There was trash in the trash can in the bathroom and the floor was not clean around the HVAC unit. Towels were also limited. Overall not a great experience.

Excellent hotel in every way. A wonderful location in the heart of downtown, walkable to Pullman Square and other downtown attractions. No self-parking but valet is only $10 with unlimited in/out privileges so can't complain about that. Our only issue was Housekeeping skipped us one day, a bedside lamp was burned out, and the conditioner dispenser was empty in the shower so they might need a little more focus on room-ready status. Hotel bar closes early (10pm) but lots of nearby options. No lunch service and the dinner is pretty much a sports bar menu, but, again, many walkable options. Highest recommendation for the friendly, efficient, and welcoming staff - to a person.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had to be at St. Mary’s Hospital very early, and the hotel got us as close as we could to the hospital.

The stay was good. Comfy bed, warm shower with good water pressure. I didn't love the breakfast. Good selection just not the best tasting. There are limited free parking spaces. Otherwise you have to pay for valet or park on the street. Street parking is metered but free until 8 am.

Unfortunately, this is the second time my bed was dirty. First time I thought it was a one off. I called the rectified it quickly so I didn’t leave a review but this time they were actually blood on the sheet pretty disgusting!

It was fine, i got there at least once a year. This time around the room fridge did not work and they couldn't get me a replacement, so i couldn't store foods and drinks. The reception team also did not pick up calls from the room phone 90% of the time, resulting in me having to request my car at the desk leading to wait times.
They did give me breakfast for free due to the fridge issue~
