In general, this was a good price for the accommodations that were available. However, there were several issues that could have made this better - hot tub working (it was out of order), having plugs for the tub (was told they have none), having a lock on the workout room (a suspicious man just came in and stared at me), and having them ask if we want the room cleaned.

We were greeted with An amazing smile and a genuine welcome. The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff met our every need with knowledge and sincerity. I would definitely stay here again.

I believe Kayla was the ladies name working the night shift front desk. She was absolutely amazing and made sure that we were comfortable. We arrived after 10 pm and were completely exhausted and just wanted to sleep. We were unable to do so because of a noisy neighbor. After mentioning this to her she made sure to find us an available room that was much quieter.

Was good. Wish it would say if the pool was open or not. It was closed for cleaning what the sign on door said. But I had chosen this one because it has a pool and I’ve stayed there before. So my family was disappointed . Didn’t pay for the one that is refundable or I would have changed hotels.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The lady working on the morning of the 5th was awesome. It had snowed and she was the only one working for a few hours doing everything herself. Running back and forth from the desk and the breakfast area. Very nice lady

The hotel was good and clean but when i showed up the front dest wasnt there i showed up at 300 and got check in at 330 plus there was 10 pleople wating in line ... the breakfast wasnt updated or fill i went down and the trays where empty but overall the room was clean and awsome

Stayed two nights. The deadbolt lock did not work. The shower curtain rod was broken. The place is run down it shouldn’t be named Comfort Inn Suites. Parking lot lighting was good. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay. It worked for us but would not book there again.

We didn't get the room we booked because of staff not showing up for work and room was not cleaned. Kids ended up sleeping on sleeper sofa which was not opened in a while with crumbs everywhere, stains on the mattress. Shower did not have hot water at all so it was a cold morning for sure! A/C was not working properly either so we were waking up hot all night. Overall the hotel is old and needs serious upgrading. Good thing we were staying just one night.

First off check in was a breeze, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower head was amazing. I was super excited for the pool cause it was heated and the hot tube was actually hot. Overall great stay will be coming back to stay again.

The location is good and right off the highway so it’s easy to get to and from. The place is very run down and falling apart. The beds weren’t the comfiest but they did the job if you are staying short term and really won’t be spending much time in the hotel. We were disappointed the pool closed so early?? 9 seems sooo early. So we never got to go in which was unfortunate. They had breakfast but it really wasn’t anything spectacular. They had lots of parking and I felt safe in the area.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was clean. Minor issues like sink not draining. Obviously an older hotel. Breakfast was standard. And when the unhinged person came in during breakfast, staff handled it quickly (honestly, not a lot they can do about that except what they did). Price was reasonable and easy to get in and out of. If you're just looking for a place to rest your head and will be out and about, this is a good choice.

I am always shocked when looking for a hotel in Albuquerque! A normal 3-star is over $300!
This Comfort Inn was fine for what we needed. We checked in late and checked out early. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

We just came in for a quick overnight while traveling thru Albqueque.
Beds were a bit uncomfortable but it could have been the fact we been on the road for 10 days and just wanted to get back into our own beds

We needed a last minute, pet friendly place to stay while we were passing through Albuquerque. This place was fine. It's a pretty tired facility but it seemed reasonably clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was about what you would expect. Oatmeal in some form would have been appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. That's what we were looking for.
