My stay was amazing. The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, little highway noise, but I manage to sleep through it.

Property dated. Bathroom door was creaky. Wifi was very slow and cuts off all the time and you have to enter password constantly. Behind the building was were all the semis park so very noisy at all times. Owner called my room to basically kick me out when check out was 11am and it wasn't even 10:30 yet. Very annoying.

It was a last minute check in. I was only here for one night ..The host was great. The room came with a microwave and fridge which i didnt know that was a plus. The hotel is surrounded by resturants another plus ..beds was confortable and room was clean. Staff was very friendly

Got their late, the attendant took forever to attend because the night bell was out of his hearing range.

Was good for the price. Near a truck stop off the interstate. Seemed safe and clean enough. Would stay again if on a budget

It's a fine place if you are looking for somewhere to lay a weary head while traveling. I didn't feel particularly safe having the outer door fully accessible to the outside. You didn't even need a key to enter the property!

Location was easy access to highway. Building is old but staff was nice and rooms were clean.

Overall, it was a good value for the money. It was close to the highway when you need to stop for the night on a road trip. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is kind, it’s just on an exit with several truckstops, so it’s not particularly scenic. Great place to get a clean safe night stay.

Property manager was great but the property was a little sketchy. Truck stops surroud it so its a little noisy. Dont know about the safety of the area?

I do not recommend this hotel. Sheets were dirty, the entire place smelled of smoke, the appliances were dirty, refrigerator didn’t work and there is only 1 channel

Fine as a layover but nothing more

Beds were very uncomfortable & sides must be made of steel as extremely stiff so feels like your on a roll to the center of the bed. Couple issues with the room, my husband notified front desk so we weren't be blamed for destruction if property. Such as scrapped-up wall, arm of chair cover ripped off & toilet all wobbly like it was going to fall over. Stated free breakfast, no breakfast provided, office locked up tight at 7am, no employees. Had to leave door key in the room. Pictures of pool in the line-up for photos of the hotel, but not listed in the amenities. I called the hotel & spoke to receptionist who said it's not open that's why it's not listed in the amenities. However, we looked at the pool. It's disgusting, not in use for quite sometime now. Probably never will be again under this management grouo. Should have tge pool pictures on the website removed, very misleading. Overall, dissatisfied and wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Property matches description given. Economical, very clean, convenient to interstate, friendly staff. Perfect for a nights rest on a long road trip. Plenty of security measures.

Never even get to step foot in the lobby. You end up talking through a window in the area between the double doors. Do they get robbed a lot? Room was spacious and clean. Good for a night of rest.

The bathroom was a little worn, dated, and dirty, but overall a good room.

My husband accidentally left his Apple Watch when we left. We called the hotel and Nick said that he found the watch on the floor of our room. Because we were already 4 hours away we asked Nick if he would send it to us if we sent a prepaid postage box. He was so honest and helpful and we were so happy to get the watch back. Thanks Nick. American Inn is lucky to have such great personnel.

Hotel need amenities or an update. There is no elevator, the vent in bathroom was extremely loud and you dont have the option to turn it off. No breakfast offered and the side door is broke anyone can gain access with or without keycard. Ck out is 11am we got a call at 930 asking if we were checking or staying another night. We only booked 1 night because thats all we needed.

Extremely complicated getting in and out. No real restaurants, only fast food. Good value though. Very clean.

The property is ok for a single night on a long journey but be aware that there are NO dining options in the area except the truck stop down the road. The rooms are very noisy as it is located very close to the Interstate.

It was alright for a quick overnight stay. Close to food and gas. The staff was nice. We felt safe.

It was quite clean for a low budget hotel. The staff was friendly but had to pay a extra $5 fee for each room that was not expected. Overall a pleasant experience.

The room smelled, the coffee maker overall was dirty, the fridge was outdated, barely worked, the beds were terrible, as were the pillows! There was no comforter, just thin sheets of material on the bed and it wasnt washed, the light switch was dirty, rusted lamp, stained carpet, noise from others through thin walls.

Bathroom not fully clean or stocked when we arrived. Tiny bath towels. Location is a bit noisy. Otherwise ok.
