Running water was cold both days, on day and both nite somenoght

The rooms had no blankets no heat with the water. They wouldn’t even change my room for me! I went two days without a shower

Jump out the window while you still can. Didn't even ask for a refund, just got out safely qs fast ad we could and booked a room somewhere else. Management spent zero dollars on this place in the last 20+ years and it shows and smells terrible. Heavy drug use inside and right out the front door of the Inn. The Health Dept. would shut this place down in a second. We would not stay there if they paid us $10K each because we couldn't breathe m. A bit of Filthy would be an improvement on this sad shack. No hot water and rust throughout. The chair was so stained, ripped and filthy that we wouldn't sit on it even if we were in a sanitary balloon suit. Never in our life have we felt like we had to leave as fast as possible. A trip to the hospital as soon as we packed out of this nightmare gave us some fresh oxygen which is the only thing that is keeping us alive at this time. The nightmarish image of problems at everything thing we looked at seemed to dissolve for a second when we turned on the small TV but the smell brought us back to the notion that we had to run for our lives immediately or face health problems for the rest of our life. We recommend staying in the dumpster just outside the dump as it'll save you a few bucks and will certainly be more clean than what you'd find inside this death hell hole. Drug use and dealers and screaming kids rule this area of town. We are still so shaken up that we've decided not to ever return to the whole area around the sad sad sad pla e.

Online photos are a lie!! Room was filthy. Nail clippings on the floor. Stains absolutely everywhere! Cigarette burn hole in sheet. No comforter or blankets for the bed. A piece of toilet paper was in the bathroom vent to keep it on the wall. Tape holding the carport together in the halls. Stains on carpet everywhere. Hotel wreaked of marijuana ! Staff was nice.

we checked into our room and the first thing i noticed is it appeared that someone had tried to bust the door down before, the wood was cracked. also on the door there was blood! went over to check the beds and the sheets were stained and even had a footprint on them. went to the front desk to get clean sheets and out of the 4 he gave us 2 we’re clean and not stained. i wouldn’t recommend staying here. not clean and kinda sketchy.

The bedroom was so dirty. I am used to travel and have stayed in Hotels/Motels that were quite rundown but have never seem so much dirtyness. You could see that the bedroom has not been cleaned for a while. Towels and sheets had been changed but all the rest was left as other tenants would have left it. No hoovering, all surfaces (tables, bedside tables, TV stand....) were dirty with traces of food a&nd other things. Kitchen microwave and surfaces were dirty. Shower was dirty.......

Dog kept barking through the night which made it hard to sleep at night. No hoy water in the shower. Cigarette wholes in my blanket. Blue tape on the carpet with carpet stains. Staff at front desk very rude and I’m professional. Police was called because someone’s doing drugs in the parking lot. No microwave or refrigerator in my room. I told my staff at the front desk that I can microwave when I check.

Everyone was pleasant and sweet and super helpful.

The property is rundown. It’s older and understand that but the beds need to be changed. Definitely my bed was broken. The swing shift front desk lady was amazing she was very respectful helpful and accommodating.

I like the location of the hotel only and this hotel has a great potential if they update and the entire hotel!!! The hotel property is dusty, dirty, carpeting in .lobby is old dirty and ripped with open seems showing. A picture in my room had a rip in it. This property needs a quality control personal to take are of the property!! Of if their is one they are not doing their job!! Our beds seems clean but the pillows makes noise every time you move. I believe it is made of plastic wrapped? The entire wood planking flooring needs to be cleaned? The tile floor in the bathroom needs to be steamed cleaned to remove dirt stains? I believe they clean the floors but it needs to be cleaned better! I didn't feel clean walking barefooted in the hotel room. I like that the hotel didn't charged a high amount for dogs staying. Expedia should not recommend these kind of hotels to their customers!!! Felt like I got ripped off!!

It's a good place to stay the best to me the front desk are very helpful very courteous the head manager is a very nice lady always attentive and always caring about the gas maintenance maids excellent I thank God for this place save my life more ways than one thank you.

The room i was given was dirty. Bathroom floor, shower and sheets all had visible dirt and stains. When I pulled back the bed sheets to look for bedbugs, I found blood on the matress cover. Not a stain but actual dried blood. I have asked for a refund but havent heard back. We ended up leaving after driving 10 hours and looking for a new room in the middle of the night with my two kids and two dogs.

Horrible place, I paid to stay for four days and ended up only staying 30 minutes there, broken toilet, holes in the walls, really bad bed, worst place I've ever stayed in my life! Not to mention that it is totally different from what they showed on the internet. I will never stay in this place again in my life!

Check on was easy but the beds were not very comfortable there was no blanket olny a top sheet so sleeping was fairly difficult.

I want to say this place was nice but it wasn't at least my room wasn't it looked nothing like the photos I got one of the bigger rooms with a jacuzzi tub and the tub was out of order and everything was just janky looking. I went to get a soda at the vending machine, they didn't take cards so I had to find whatever change I had left I barely had enough, I had to exchange 20 pennies for two dimes @ front desk, the girl was pretty rude to me. The machine ate two of my dimes, and when I notified the girl she said there was nothing she could do I asked her if she could spare $0.20 since that's all I had on me and she basically said go f yourself in other words of course, so I had to go out to my car in the cold with limited clothing on, as I was getting ready for bed. I went back and gave her extra change and told her to keep it for any other future guest that may need it. 😉

The hotel is in need of maintenance. Paint is bubbling in the lobby and room; the shower curtain rod was following off and the curtain would not stay closed, only a sheet on the bed no blanket or bed spread, and the pillows were small.

Different from the reviews. Uncomfortable bed and room was not up to par. For a cheap price, you are getting what you pay for.

We chose not to stay at this hotel. It was dirty and service was not helpful.

The HOT tub was cold. the carpet in the halls was wrinkled and dirty (almost gooey). the toilet was the smaller sized and did not flush properly. They had repaired water damage in the shower cieling that looked like a kid tried to smear playdough to cover it. The tub faucet was close to non functional. And what is this extra $30 charge when you arrive??? For the price it was tolerable.

This hotel should be shut down for health reasons. The first night the room was completely dirty and unclean from the dirt of the floor, animal dander, stains on the walls to the caked on dust in the ac vents holes in the bedsheets and stains on the towels. We had to check in to Another room because there was nothing available at the last minute. That room also was unclean, holes in the sheets, dirt in the shower and there was a musty smell in the room which affected my allergies and asthma. I would never stay here again because I also didn't get refund on the first night as requested even after taking photos and due to the inconvenience. This hotem also looks like it violates various health codes.

The place is very dirty all around (outside, inside the building and the room and very noisy!!! I'm very diappointed. I'm really surpised you sell this hotel without knowing all these. If I ahd known I wouldn't have bought this. Pls remove from your list. It is a reflection of Hotel.com .

The pool and hot tub were not working. The lobby walls, counters and carpets were dirty and worn. The shower was barely warm (hardly comfortable). The curved shower curtain rod was drooping so the curtain would only hang in the center, leaving the sides wide open. Water from the brief show sprayed all over the door and floor. As a result, the hollow-core bathroom door was falling apart from being wet so many times. The tub drain was black and nasty. There were no soap bars, only tubes of body wash (including for hand washing at the sink). The door security latch that you fold over the door was missing the piece it locks into on the door, rendering it unusable. There was only a very thin blanket and a bed sheet. The toilet would run about every 15 minutes and shut off. One of the lamps didn't work. The walls had stain/spots and many holes from previous items hung then removed. The curtain for the exterior window had no outer privacy curtain, only the inner one. There was an iron holder, an ironing board, but no iron. The carpets weren't filthy, but could use a shampooing. There was a homeless guy sleeping by one of the doors near my truck when I checked out in the morning. When I checked in and complained about the pool and hot tub not working, the clerk didn't care at all and attempted to do nothing. Reporting these may other issues would do nothing. This is the best place to report them. The travel sites should be ashamed to be associated with this place.

Bad smell and confused staff but ultimately generous with late check in and early checkout, conveniently next to restaurant and stores, and very affordable. Minor damage to various appliances like cabinet handles and bathroom doors

Are room was a non smoking room but there was cigarette ashes everywhere!! The toilet was broken and I ended up fixing it myself. People were blaring Hispanic music and talking on the phone so loud I could hear it with my door closed and the tv on!!

While my friend and I had a fine stay over two nights, I wanted to share an honest review, as the photos and a lot of reviews do make it seem like a nicer place than it is. Our room was dirty (dusty), the sheets… we slept on top. Had cigarette burns and old hairs on the sheets. There were other stains on the walls, as well as a very musky/ moldy smell mixed with cigarettes that stayed on all our clothing and luggage after we returned home. We also had our key card deactivated after the first night, even though we had booked the room booked for 2 nights. Overall it was a fine stay as we didn’t spend a lot of time other than sleeping at the hotel, however it was not enjoyable to be in the room. The staff were all very friendly and kind, and we appreciated the water cooler in the lobby to fill for our water bottles.

It is freezing cold only a sheet if you want a room run as fast as you can away from this dump
