Check in was great and so was the customer service, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the bathroom had ants. I'm glad it wasn't roaches, but i wasn't expecting these unexpected guests.

So far i love this property! Super clean and the receptionist was nice. Only thing is that the parking lot is small but besides that its a good room.

The guy who gave me our room key was nice. Even when I asked for extra towels, he was kind about it. Its just a bad area. Lots of activity. The A/C went off around 1 am and it was so hot in the room. The pillows and mattress needs to be updated as well. Not to mention the fan in the bathroom, my husband cleaned himself.

There were many people outside the rooms and in the parking lot after 10pm when we went to our room and some still out at 3:30am when we left.

I liked the fact that the staff was very cordial and helpful and the room was very clean and nice I stayed one night but I have stayed here before in March for 2 nights and it was the same nice quiet and clean and that is why I chose to return.

The owners have completely remodeled this property with nice touches. Our room was clean and comfortable, had solid tile floors which were spic and span, and very commodious bathroom. We will definitely stay at this property again on our next trip.

I liked the area…that’s my biggest concern when staying at any hotel/motel. As long as it’s quiet and safe. I stayed here on a Saturday night so I was expecting possibly some riff-raff but was the opposite. The room was clean and the parking was great. Only issue were that the phone in the room didn’t work. But other than that a very pleasant experience especially from a cheaper motel AND they don’t do the deposit fee in case something goes wrong with the room. Will definitely stay there again!!

I stayed for one night for work, it was good, probably will book it again.

Staff were great. Rooms dirty and missing stuff

The hotel was very dirty. The bed was stained and smelly. Every lampshade had different types of stains on them. The only chair in the room was also stained and tattered. The ironing board was stained and hanging on the coat rack hooks. The bathroom only had one towel on a rusted rack. The A/C smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There were at least 5 drugged out people walking around the room entrances watching me and my family unload the car. One of the staff walked in the room without knocking or announcing his entry. The front of the hotel looked decent but it was very run down inside our room. As soon as we set down our luggage i started looking for another place to book for the night because I did not feel safe or comfortable staying in that room. I went to check out within 20 minutes of being there but was only given a refund for one of my two days since I already checked in. I am still irritated they took my money for that day since that room was completely unlivable.

The owners take pride in their property and it defintetly shows. Day 1 check-in the women at the desk understands customer service. This is a perfect example of holding each member of thier staff to a very high level of standard. Quick to respond, easy to approach. Room was very clean, 3 weeks making the hotel rounds till our place is ready has been very difficult ,gross and depressing. I do undsrstand that cost is affecting our experience, so on a hunch my Girlfriend found it but the reviews mirriored a disgusting property about mile away. On anothers post from March 2023, I decided to roll the dice. I know this area and its tough and unsafe after dark. Just use your commen sense,dont be lazy and think a 4 min walk to grab food will be fine.... Long story longer- everything is up to code, clean, works and white glove clean (finger above headboard,lamp shades). Im a germaphobe! Exceeds expectations. G.F called it, " Diamond in the rough "!

There was a portion of rooms tucked away on the back but there weee some individuals that were sketchy. It made me feel unsafe and it was hard to sleep. The sheets also had stains. Yuck!

It was convenient to where we were going & comfortable. My main issue was cleanliness. Looked clean to the eye, but I had to actually wash my bare feet before putting my socks on due to the dirt from the wood floors.

I liked that there was a fridge/microwave, but got a little tense, when I started to see a baby roach, everything echoes here. People walking very heavy and noisy from other rooms, low pressure in toilet bowl. Shower was perfect. Before I left, a roach showed it's self, with an egg sack in it's behind. That tells me They need to fumigate this place.

I like the staff and the rooms were nice. The only thing I didn’t care for was all the homeless people around but it seemed to be like that everywhere in Corona

The motel is located on a prostitute strip, bad location, bit a family place at all. Room stunk so BAD from smokers, just plain disgusting. Requested a refund but figured greed was greater than fairness. Karma will hit back

Clean bedding, shower area was okay, bat could use some upgrading, too old. Bath towels smelled like spices of some kind, a fresh detergent smell is highly recomended. Lady at reception was very nice and friendly Price for the room should reflect a little better. Good over all

The pics were not up to date they had people living there and was not clean. My kids found a old molded food in the microwave in a pot do not recommend at all
