I had an amazing experience with this Hotel. The staff was friendly, prompt and the house keepers did an excellent job of keeping the hotel clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in this area. Plus it was close to the train station and local shopping and dining area.

Nice place to stay with friendly staff and a clean area. Not extremely walkable to anything but not far from subway lines.

Exactly what you need if you’re spending all day outside. Daily cleaning with robes and slippers. Kept clean and tidy all the time.

Staff would always greet you. About a 4 minute walk to the train station and restaurants were all in walking distance. They even accommodated us with a late check out. Service was excellent

The customer service is good ! Conveniently located close to the river, trainstation, and waterfront. This hotel was ok only. The lighting in the room is too strong and two different colors :( the room seemed very cramped. The entrance to the bathroom is dangerous. It feels like I am hopping into an RV bathroom :( . There was some electronic device that i could here every couple of minutes . Could not identify its location. I would not recommend this place! Sorry to say!

The bathroom needs ungraded, the bath tub need sealing, water went inside the tub make it smells, overall I'll give 3 and half stars

Disappointed that we could not get extra pillows. Confused about the breakfast token system which wasn’t explained but seemed we could not get breakfast if we wanted. The area has decent surroundings but breakfast options are limited. Hallways and lights in room were dusty. Bathroom didn’t seem fully cleaned before our arrival.

Very comfortable room. Queen sized bed, powerful AC, and lots of space to move around compared to hotels in Tokyo. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower wasn't strong enough to my liking. Would come back and recommend this hotel.

In my experience thus far, you cannot go wrong with hotel MyStays. This is a clean hotel with easy access to both a nearby subway station and a train station. They also have English speaking staff here, which is always a big plus in my book.

The washers were broken. Stayed for a week and maybe due to Covid-19 they were still not fixed on the last night. Mold remains in the bathroom could have been cleaner. Groceries, drug stores, convenient stores are conveniently nearby. A river with lots of Sakura blossoms could be seen in front of the hotel. Overall happy with price and value.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and most of all clean. Staff was polite and attentive. I was very impressed and will strongly consider coming back.

The room are smaller than I thought, the window are no where consider a window (block nothing to see), but the place is very clean, front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I did not like the room with a terrible view No seating downstairs for a lounge no facilities were arranged to help with typhoon. Stuck in room. And thrown out of only seated area downstairs. No flexibility by staff

Excellent location only 3 mins walk from nearest train station and only short ride into Yokohama. Good updated room with all necessary facilities inc. bath. Helpful staff with reasonable to good English.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. 4 beds room was surprisingly roomy. The hotel staff were polite enough, but I would not give them 5-star rating. The breakfast buffet was decent, but I wouldn't buy it next time as there are many cheaper (and better) alternatives around....
