Mariah was evening working and she was super friendly. Gave us room we requested and was helpful. Breakfast was good with a few different options. Would stay again.

Mariah was wonderful! She was kind, helpful, and personable. She greeted us warmly and made us all feel like old friends. Everyone else working there were great making sure other guests respected quiet hours and were warm and welcoming. I would stay there again!

It was a great stay, I liked the management checking in with us during our stay.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and updated with nice mini fridge and microwave. On the other hand the breakfast was below average with few quality options like fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, fresh pastries, and non fattening options to eggs and sausages. A good name brand coffee would make up for the low quality options. Moreover the main reason for the average score was because we paid for a standard queen room and were assigned to an accessible room. We wish the manager would've discussed our room options before assigning an undesired room.

This property is basic but very clean and the staff was very nice , i dont know if i remember her name right but Mira was great , we had a mistake on are game time so we were early and she helped us with check-in , the place is not fancy but its clean and the breakfast was good , for the price it was perfect , thank you to the rest of the people that made are stay comfortable

We came for the weekend to celebrate a family 50th wedding anniversary. FIRST SURPRISE...This hotel has NO elevator! When the clerk first issued us a room on the 2nd floor, I immediately requested a 1st floor room due to the amount of items we wanted to bring into our room. SECOND SURPRISE....This hotel has NO ammenity or place to unpack your cloths.(so I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're planning more than a few days) because you will have to live out of your suitcase. We used the iron board to place our soft bags on. Kudos to my partner for that invention. THIRD SURPRISE room was musty and smells of a once used smoking room. The hotel is no smoking" but at one time(being a former smoker,) it allowed smoking I can tell. If you want ice? (No more surprises) their one and only ice machine worked very hard to spit out a half of bucket of ice before giving up and providing nothing else. On our intended last day (Sunday 10-1-23) we went to have their complementary breakfast and started pouring coffee which looked very strange, (mud like) other guests walked in and said the same thing."there's something wrong with this coffee". I walked over to the front desk and told the clerk on duty (later finding out his name is Milan) that something is wrong. He seemed in an extreme hurry and frustrated and said " In one minute someone will come on duty and help you" he then left. Meanwhile others walked in and out of the room. No coffe...

Everything about this trip, from check-in to check out, was amazing. We had six rooms and they were all excellent. We will definitely be staying here when we travel into the area again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. The property and rooms are well kept and very clean.

Probably one of the best places we've stayed. Will definitely come back to this hotel for next trip. Night staff very nice and morning staff very cheerful and courteous. Pool was very nice! Kids enjoyed it! Room offered lots of space (2 queen beds). Stocked with mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Breakfast was stocked with lots of options and the staff kept checking on it to keep it fully stocked. Definitely the place to stay. Price was very reasonable. Keep up the good work! 👍

Overall, a very nice stay. Pool is small but not bad. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Staff members were kind. Room was clean and spacious. Will use this hotel again when in the area

Room was disgusting, went and bought cleaner for the room, sheets had giant stains on them if there was another hotel available i would have quickly ran out of there.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. There was a hiccup with the travel site we used not sending our booking information to the hotel but the manager was very thorough and helpful. He gave us a room at the same rate that we were to receive via the site. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay felt very private and cozy.

Breakfast wasn’t good no real options. Bed was okay but pillows were horrible to thin.

Difficult to get in and out of

The first room we received had stained sheets and some white substance that I pray was inorganic like frosting or something on the bedspread. It was disgusting and gross. They offered us a different room but I had them replace one of the bedspreads in that room because it was again dirty. When we opened the bed couch we found potato chip crumbs all over the bed. I could at least understand how that wasn't cleaned off if they didn't know it had been used but after everything else we were frustrated.

Weekend guy on 7/8/23 was a dick Sent me the wrong way to my room, called him on it and he laughed at me! Opposite end of the building. 2nd floor Asked for fresh towels every morning, 3 times, never got them, no garbage pick up. Did have the exact same breakfast every morning. Rubber omelets and sausage lumps

Very nice staff

I did not get a warm welcome when I got there, they did not stand behind the price that I booked at. I believe that the conformation number that I had should state the price within it. Our room was dirty, (floor, dead spider in bathroom squished on wall) our room flip lock on door was broke which made me not sleep well. The pool was dirty from the water level up and the bottom felt slimy. The Breakfast, the eggs were cold, coffee was bad (tasted like they ran 2 cycles of water through, my daughter state apple juice was not good. (Tasted watery). I was insulted when they stated that I needed to pay up front before my stay. I felt like a number!

They make you pay a $100 deposit, that’s more than the room costs, for incidentals. There’s no way to accrue incidentals unless you can charge the vending machine purchases! My room smells like feet. We turned the air on high and left for 6 hours, I smell @$$feet. GROSS and PISSED
