This property's rate per night is way too high for the quality of the stay. Value for price paid was significantly out of pro-portion.

They don’t have any outside plugs for bass fishermen and the parking lot is super small. The lady at the front desk had no clue of the properties amenities.

I didn’t realize the hotel didn’t have an elevator. Initially when getting there, a hold for half the stay + the $50 incidental fee was placed on my account. At checkout a charge for the remainder of the stay was placed on my account. The NEXT say a charge for the FULL amount was placed on my card (I had 3 separate charges on my account) I called the hotel and spoke to someone (could never get manager on phone) they said they email me my receipt, I NEVER received it although they emailed it “four times”. I had to wait 3 days for all of the extra charges to fall off of my account.

I was disappointed in my stay. The young man at the front desk was most unhelpful. Upon checking in I was informed that I was on the second floor but that there was no elevator. I had injuries on both feet and asked to be moved to the first floor but was told nothing was available. So we went to the second floor room. It wasn’t going to work in my condition. I called down and asked to be moved. The young man at the front desk told me that, yes, he had a double room available and that I should just let him know when we arrived. I reiterated that I was already present and had just checked in and he suddenly said that he had nothing available. I continued asking what he was about to give me when he misunderstood that I wasn’t at the property yet, and he kept telling me only that he didn’t have anything and that maybe he could move me once some truckers left. It wasn’t until my mother went and talked to him and reminded him of the liability of having someone with an injury and no elevator on the second floor that a king room suddenly became available and we were moved. Also, after the hotel charges were settled, a $193 charge showed up on all 3 room accounts. I called the front desk and the young man was, again, unhelpful. I’m still awaiting a call from the manager he continues to reference. Overall, would not stay again.

Could do with some upgrades. Price was high for where it was and the condition of outside. Found 2 wads of hair in corner of room. Sink needs fixing. Bed and pillows were decent. Ice machine needs to be replaced.

No issues to deal with whatsoever. Good place to stay and hold your stuff while you're out and about.

Great customer service

The property was ran down. The parking lot could be redone. The hallways was dirty. The room smelt like mildew. Bed was hard. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone or stay there again.

Decent price

The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. Both sides where it screwed to the wall were pulled out, leaving the whole thing almost falling in the floor.

If I could give the staff 6 stars, I would! We had a slight issue with one of our rooms and they made it right quickly! We will stay here again FOR SURE in the future! Breakfast was great each morning.

The door to the room was difficult to open as it wasn’t lined up correctly so I had to push and pull for it to finally bust open. It felt unsafe as I didn’t feel like the door was secure enough. Upon entering the room I noticed how dirty everything looked. Stains on the walls, hair in the bathtub, brown substance on 2 of the towels, there was an outlet cover for the cable tv that was just hanging loosely out of the wall, all linens felt moist including the towels and the bedding, the lights were very dim at the maximum level so it had a very dark vibe. My son wanted to go swim in the pool and it was dirty and there were no towels provided outside. I went to take a shower in the am and there was very little water pressure and most of the water remained at the spout instead of switching to the shower head, and also the shower curtain rod was installed upside down so it was slanted down so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed and just kept sliding to the middle of the rod which made water splash all over the floor. Not a fan of this place and wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel was terrible. The first room we given smelled like mildew, the carpet was soaked by the window a/c. We were moved to the room next to it. Got up the next morning and no hot water to shower with.... frustrating! Would not recommend this hotel.

Biggest complaint is the shower. Curtain didn’t fit properly and coming apart. The shower head had no adjustment and pushed the shower head towards the wall of the stand up shower. No shelves to use your own bath products. It had two small shelve corner that might be wide as 1 1/2x 3” enough room for the guest soap but it was sloped and wouldn’t stay on the tiny shelf. I will not be staying there again without inspecting the whole room before I decide to stay. I was not impressed at all.

Clean facility; friendly front desk; offered to service room without having to ask -- need to upgrade fitness room by adding at least another treadmill; ALSO MOST DEFINITELY NEED TO ADD AN ELEVATOR.

Enjoyed my stay here! Really liked the fact that I took some late night walks with my friend and my 4yr old daughter and didn’t feel unsafe doing so. Really a great area to stay that’s close to the highway and close to other necessary things. The staff were always very friendly and laughed when my friend and I joked with them and even felt comfortable enough to joke back. Will definitely stay here again, next visit!

"NO ELEVATOR" Had we known there was no elevator we would not have stayed! Wyndham through a coat of paint and a few very minor improvements on this pig's ear and call it a nearly 2 hundred dollar stay! "DISAPPOINTMENT at it finest"

We stayed in May 2023 and found it to be very clean, courteous staff and nice location since we rented a car. We actually liked being away from downtown. Only complaint was the tv remote wasn’t working but I never mentioned it to staff because we weren’t in town to watch TV. It was probably a simple fix like some batteries but we got one local station and that was enough for us.

Held a car accident before i got there and could not cancel my room and they billed me for the trip....

This hotel was terrible. We reserved it expecting a nice stay. When we walked in they were painting the entire front area and everything was covered in plastic, Tape rolls and wet brushes were all over the place, there is no gym or workout area as advertised. When we asked about the free coffee and drink area we were told it was under plastic and may be available at 8pm. the receptionist was rude and did not make any effort or apologies. We basically spent one night smelling paint, no workout area and our bed linen had a stain on the side

Took a little bit to get checked in. Problem with persons reservation in front of me.only one person at the desk. Waited over 10 minutes to check in.

Very nice! Easy Check in and check out. Nice comfortable room at a very good price.

Second time staying here. Convenient and close to family in the area. Will stay again. Just wish they had queen beds.

The building/room was outdated but seemed clean enough. Sadly, there was a homeless fellow on the back door asking for money when we went in and out. The only nice thing was waffle house was a 2 minute walk for a quick dinner.
