Booked a room with a king sized bed, ended up getting a room with 2 queens. Blow dryer didn’t work in the room. There was no ice bucket and the ice machine wasn’t even working. Not a good experience at all.

I arrived at 630pm and the room was not prepared so i had to wait another 20 min. It seemed like cleaning and repairs were ongoing. The phone was not working well and the door to the closet was broken. Outside, there was some kind of repair supplies, a cleaning cart, and a full garbage. I had to ask for shampoo. I realize this is a discount hotel. It would just be nice if things were better maintained and run.

It was nice and clean, very easy access to the fast food nearby and the Walmart. Heater was quite loud though, bed was okay, little too stiff for me. Rooms were extremely spacious though, lots of room and a big bathroom. Staff was friendly, free breakfast, good price for what we got.

The room was fine, beds were fairly comforyable BUT when we arrived to our room it was freezing. We had to sleep in our clothes the first night. When we called front desk the explanation was that heating units are old & take awhile to get going. The room was fine the next day. Otherwise, the location was convenient & the price was affordable. Staff were pretty good as well.

Actually i asked the faculty to cancel my reservation and refund my money because i am not coming there but they didn't give me my money
I booked this hotel in December and trying to cancel my reservation in December also and my reservation is for 13 February but they didn't cancel it and my money is all they take

The room I had was equipped with the fireplace, which didn’t work. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, and the room was littered with extension cords all over the place to allow for the TV and cable box to work. The hotel is very old and need a Major renovation

I stayed the night of Saturday the 7th, book on Expedia with payment at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they had charged my credit card without consulting my authorization for use, because I wanted to pay by debit for my stay and also the deposit.
So I paid in debit and it was charged to my credit, paying twice, the old lady who served us did not know how to use the system properly, she could not move the money from the credit card.
Then, when we arrived at the room the floor was dirty and also whe moved the lamp for conect our charged and we found trash in the back.

I was very disappointed with this Hotel. While the service was ok. I do have a couple concerns with this place. The lady that checked us in charged my credit card twice, when approached the next morning, stated that there was nothing they could do about it until check out.
The room was disappointing, the inner door frame was broken and came off, not much good for security.
Not a place that I will stay at again.

the room and bathroom was not cleaned properly, it had dirt and hair at a lot of places and the toilet paper holder was broken and the ventilation fan area was simply an open hole.

Amazing location! Stores close by for all your needs. Close proximity to Jasper National Park.
The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable!

Even the napkin I was going to use at breakfast was full of dust in the folds! The room was dirty - we were too tired from travel to ask to change or find another hotel. So I cleaned the light switch in the bthrm from visible crud, cleaned someone else’s toothpaste & soap scum from the sink & counter & wiped down the doorknobs. You know, the basics!

It was a dirty place, I can't expect a hotel that dirty even if it's zero-star. They cleaner entered the room without permission while we were in the room.

Expedia canceled our booking without our permission. We are really fed up because we didn't get any stay. Its so dark and we even don't get any other reservations on time. This is really unexpected they canceled it without told us

The room had bugs all over . No hot water. The general manager walked away from me while having a conversation with her about the condition of the room. It overly smelled of bleach and pinsol. Like they were trying to hide something. Broken tables. Bodily fluids all over dressers and furniture. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to any one.
