The woman who served us when we checked in was EXTREMELY rude to both my partner and I. We wont ever book there again because of this. Other this, the hotel was actually really nice, rooms are of a high standard. We were very upset and disappointed

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff on reception were lovely. Room and bathroom were both spacious. We loved it and will definitely stay again.

Our room was amazing. The electric recliners and big screen TV were a hit and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. We had a huge double spa that easily fit two large adults.
Food at the restaurant for dinner was fabulous.

We really enjoyed our one night stay but did not like the process for ordering food in the restaurant. It is just not our thing and many places were like this in Australia. We prefer to order from a person not an app.

Burke and Wills is a is beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings and gorgeous design. It's well located to the Toowoomba CBD. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Look forward to staying there again!
