Very old hotel door to room did not seal up refrigerator gurgled all night Could tell needed lots of attention

Toilet was wobbly you were afraid you would fall off, drain in tub would not stay up so by end of shower you were standing in a full tub of water.

Average hotel. Nicer than expected

The stay was nice and relaxing, but breakfast was the same thing every morning, eggs, sausage and biscuit. Thing were bad when I renewed my stay online then went to renew my key . The man at front desk said he was booked and did not have a reservation for me, even though he never asked my name and never would talk to anyone at hotel.com when I called.

needs a few more improvements. It has water issues.The pool was also closed as well.

it was quiet which was nice as i am in town for work. It was also very clean.

My room was dirty among other things

Walking into the lobby, you would think this place has been updated but when you get into the room it's a whole other story. The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall to land on the floor. Plumbing issues where it's almost impossible to flush the toilet. The smoke detector cover is missing but the cover is in a drawer. The pillows were completely flat and definitely need to be replaced. Wi-fi in my room was unreliable as well, it kept cutting out and I had to go to the lobby for a connection. Worst of all, this motel advertises an outdoor swimming pool, but no water is in the pool! As hot as it is in Alabama, I wanted a motel with a swimming pool, but nothing was offered. Extremely disappointed and feel that this is FALSE ADVERTISING. I don't advise staying here. I have family in Alabama, and I can guarantee I won't stay at the Econolodge in Prattville on future trips.

The pool was not in service. The pillows on the bed were very small and limited (couch size pillows). Cigarette burns on the comforter. Coffee pot did not work. Phone did not work. The room was not very clean. Toilet kept backing up.

The room had a very stale odor.The bed ruffle was stained.Floors were swept but dirty. The first room I stayed in had bedbugs which I received several bites.I was changed to another room.The rooms condition was worst.The mattress was smaller than the box frame at which I found a dead bedbug.The coffee maker leaked out the water before ether coffee was made.The shower curtains were torn at the top.The dryer didn’t work.The security lock on door was broken.I had paid for 12 bites and only stayed 6 bites.I checked out,asked for credit for the unused nights.He said he could not do so.I left and checked into different motel having to pay again.

Of all the EconoLodges I have stayed in, this was one of the best.

Toilet and pillows (bleach anyone?)were not clean. Slim pickins for breakfast.

Shower head had 1 stream and the rest off the water blowing out the fitting tube wouldnt drain first got to the room no towels toilet was disgusting and the the bed sheets had cigarette burns in them floors felt like i was walking on tacky paper ive been to bad hotels before but this one was pretty bad

Well,it was a none smoking room,and the bed spread had 2 cigarette burns in in,the toliet seat was in bad shape,and phone didn’t work,but no big deal,and there was a cockroach trap in plan site next to the fridge,but other than that it was fine

Room was relatively clean but in terrible condition. The shower rod was barely hanging on the wall, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and the toilet paper holder was not attached to wall. The mattress was like sleeping on concrete

This was a simple overnight stay. The room was extremely clean and the bed comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice! Our only complaint was that our fridge wouldn't get cold and the ice machine didn't work.

Convenient location

Lighting in the bathroom was non existent. Clean up room service pounds on your door at 830 am regardless if your checking out that day or not. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and personable.

Room was unfit, ,did not stay. Was on in room 2 min.

The rooms were ok. The only thing is the customer service with the front desk ppl aren’t so nice or polite, I had requested a new Microwave was not working properly so I called and I was hung up while still talking

I liked that it wasn't a continental breakfast. The dining area was clean. The doors to the Hotel rooms looked horrible and nasty. Needs painted. The doors made it look like a bad area or like it needed pressure washed or something. Very disappointed there was NO POOL as shown. I liked that there were food places right in the area. cracker Barrel is awesome. Room seemed moist and smelt musty after the rain. No elevators for 2nd floor. Should have requested lower level or handicapped.

I thought everything was clean and nice ..at check in the guy was unfriendly or helpful..it was storming when we got there and we asked if we could come through lobby instead of outside hall entrance and he acted like it bothered him to be asked a question..the breakfast was a joke literally a few hard muffins and v8 juice

Nice enough room for a good price.

This property is conveniently just off the interstate but also conveniently off the "main drag" off that interstate so it's peaceful and quiet. You have a continental breakfast but if you want more.....Cracker Barrell is right next door!

Don’t stay, not even for a night! Cigarette smell will knock you over when you open the door, small roaches when we opened the door and went in the bathroom, hole in the bathroom door, and I won’t even try to describe the nastiness of the refrigerator. The mattress offered cuddle time for my husband and I…mainly because you couldn’t help but to roll to the middle of the bed to the hole. Guy checked up in was very friendly, that was the only positive to this stay.

Quick one night stay. Was good for the price. Desk guy was nice. Room was clean
