front desk staff very friendly and helpful. entrance had blown in leaves throughout entire stay. bed and bath clean, carpet needed vacuuming. good a/c and minifridge. breakfast adequate but limited. location met our needs.

Lobby didn’t smell good neither did the elevator rooms are really close thin walls the room to the left of me had guest knocking on the door which wasn’t a issue but when they knocked it sounded as if it was my door also you heard every door slam the room wasn’t as advertised and the room light had no cover fixed to it.

The hotel rooms and amenities are simple but suited my needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The air-conditioner was noisy. There was shampoo but no conditioner. There is build-up around the crevasses of the light sockets that really needed attention as well as the bathroom corners. I feel there is a design error in having a desk but no electrical outlet near the desk.
I did not like that when you check out, a staff member has to check your room before received the REQUIRED $100.00 deposit back. The printed sign at the front desk request the deposit in cash as a preference ( Which eludes to the benefit of the owner rather than the convenience of the guest). It certainly downgrades the experience and makes you wonder what the clientele must be to make such a requirement that other brands do not.

My stay was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I struggled to open the door to my room (had to swipe three times and really jam the handle). The room itself was not as clean as I would have liked (i.e. some hair in shower, dirty carpets, smelled strongly of men’s AXE spray, crumbs on the desk, etc.). Bed was clean though with no stains or bugs. My fire alarm chirped throughout the night which was not amazing (I informed staff at departure). But overall I felt safe and it was okay to sleep in for one night. The hotel itself really needs some updates (I.e new carpet, coat of paint, decor, etc). Bonus points for a waffle bar with the complimentary breakfast!

In making my reservation there was nothing evident that said that I had to be the one to check in. Not only would the clerk not allow my wife to check in, he was a jerk to her about it. Then, the next morning while I was in the lobby eating, I heard him be a jerk to two different customers. I'll never use this chain again.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. My only suggestion is our bathroom, while clean, needed to be repainted/redone, etc. The room and beds were very clean and comfortable.

I checked in and went to sleep. Received a call in my room from front desk 10 mins later that I was in the wrong room and needed to come switch because they had that room for someone else. Asked why they couldn’t just give them the other room next door they wanted me to move into. They acted like it was a pain and put me on hold. After 10 mins I hung up. Then they called back again 5 mins later and said I had to come sign a new registration form. 10 minutes after that they called my cell phone asking for a different person and seemed confused. I checked out less than an hour after arriving and asked for a refund. Still haven’t gotten it yet.

The room was dirty. The bed covers were stained. The bedroom was old and looked like it needed to be upgraded a long time ago. The toilet didn't even flush and the shower tub was very dirty.

The staff was great. The hotel was quite quiet. The breakfast was sufficient. The room had some problems though: The bathroom light/fan did not work and the door did not shut fully. There were cigarette burns of the edge of the tub (in a non smoking room). Otherwise the bathroom was clean. The beds were very clean but the carpeted floor was old and had crackers lying by the head of the bed. There was a large burn mark on the countertop and the night table was delaminating. The refrigerator was very loud! The microwave was clean and worked fine.
So a mixed bag. If it weren't for the crackers and burn marks and bathroom issues it would be just fine.

Inside the property was a ran down, walls and carpets were dirty and there was a very bad smell throughout the building. Outside the building people were standing around and police was patrolling the area. At one point there were police, ambulance and firetrucks in front of the building. Other guest were really load making it hard to sleep.

This was on me for not saying anything at the time, but the room was not cleaned thoroughly. When I walked in, it seemed fine but when I used the restroom I noticed there were towels hanging up on the door. I thought they were clean until I touched one to dry my hands. They were used towels and were still damp! I brushed it off since there was a new stock up of clean, dry ones on the shelving. Later on that day I had walked towards the microwave & noticed something sitting inside. There was Wendy’s fries still sitting in the microwave. Again, I understand tight staffing and forgetfulness which is why I did not mention anything at the time. I thought I would share this just to keep you all informed.

The staff was relatively friendly. But the property is of very poor quality. I guess it’s suitable for the price, but overall I would not recommend. I was placed in a room right next to an exit on the first floor. The side doors did not lock, so ANYONE can enter the building without actually having a key. The doors slam sooo loud it sound like people were trying to enter my room. I expressed concern for my safety to the gentleman at the front desk who informed me they were all booked up. I ultimately left the property and checked in somewhere else. I was hoping they would at lease issue me a refund simply because I was a female and expressed safety concerns, but apparently everyone doesn’t think like me.
