We were there to go to our daughters graduation first the room we were staying in the tv didn’t work the faucet was very loose !!!!

Wingate appears recently renovated, beds comfortable hvac good, clean room. We were pleased until 1130 pm when a large loud group began blasting music and had a party in parking lot behind our room 201. When we tried to call downstairs there was no answer..even when we called from our cell phones. Ended up having to call police twice.Desk clerk was worthless in helping. Said her phone was broken. Still only running a loud fan app on laptop allowed us to get any sleep, as music was turned down but voices still way too loud. Clerk never once offered to move us. We lost hours of rest because of Wingate mismanagement Desk clerk at check out was, as well no assistance..saying nothing at our report. Would not stay again or recommend. Also they need pest control. Saw med size roach by desk in room 201. We own vrbo properties and would never treat our travelers so poorly.

We got assigned a room ŵhere the sink was broken and the pipes were leaking. Went tell the front desk and they could not get in touch with maintenance.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff (especially Kalen at the front desk) was very nice, overall it was just a good experience. Honestly the only thing that was less than stellar was the fact that there was a ton of people in and out due to some type of tournament but that was absolutely in no way the hotels fault.

Stayed one night on a longer road trip. Staff were all very friendly. Interior and exterior were neat clean and well maintained. Every area we used was nice and clean. The breakfast was good with a fair variety of hot and cold food served and dined in a very clean breakfast area.

The hallways were pretty noisy from other guest and our room was never serviced by house keeping but the desk staff and management was perfect!

Needed a solo get away night and figured I’d try a different hotel. I’m super glad I chose Wyndham

Very clean and accommodating! Staff was so nice. Breakfast was very good clean area! Smelled good in the lobby. Would definitely stay again!

The only reason I gave it a 3 is because the toilet ran for about 30 minutes each time you flushed it

Teenagers threw an after prom party on our floor while we were staying there. The screaming and loud music kept my family awake on and off throughout the night. Nothing was done by hotel staff to keep the peace. We would not recommend staying at this specific location.

Parking wasn’t great but everything else was excellent! Super clean, all staff we encountered were friendly and happy to help. Room was comfortable and clean. Convenient location!

There was no stay, I arrived and at the reception they told me that there were no rooms available and that the explanation should be given by the Hotels application since everything was sold and Hotels must be updated I find it really bad, I constantly use their application and I stay a year in many hotels and this is the second time they do this to me

Receptionist was extremely professional and kind ! Staff was helpful on directions. Room was clean

Hotel was clean and appealing. My only complaint was there was no rod in our room to hang any clothes. Not sure if someone broke it at some point. When I checked out the person at the desk was helping someone with something and I didn't report it. Also they did not have an ice machine or ice bucket available. Ice was available by the cup from the Breakfast area which was ok. I'm sure many abuse the ice situation.

I’m a stickler for cleanliness and it was very clean- the tub was clean and the bottom on the toilets- it smelled fresh upon entering! The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very nice-

Peanut butter and jelly bar is an excellent idea! No other hotel I know offers that. I think it set your hotel apart from the others

At first I though was nice and clean but when I got to my room i notice the sheets were dirty and hasn't been change because they had a bad smell of sweat ande amd my husband were itching as soon as we lay down on them, other guests were very loud and we could hear everything was talked on the hallways and slamming of doors.

From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted with a smile by Ms. Sims. Ms. Sims has great customer service and made us feel like we were the only customers. It was a great experience from the check in to check out. The only negative was the toilet seat was not clean .

Familiar with it through a sister Wingate by Wyndham property. Stayed at another sister property last night in Ridgeland, MS. It was excellent. This is a sister property apparently under same owner. However, I was surprised to be charged an "incidental" fee separate from my room booking charges, supposedly the incidental free is like a security deposit in case I damage their room. I was not aware of this when booking the room through Expedia. I do not think Expedia would have known about it either. For me to accept the room, upon my check in, previously not knowing this, I was forced to accept the incidental fee in order to get my room. I was so tired and exhausted, I went ahead with it. I am told that, after someone checks my room after I check out, they decide if they will hold my incidental fee or not. If I get my incidental fee returned, it may take 2 to 7 business days for it to be credited to bank account. This does not make me a happy customer. Maybe this is a new practice. Maybe they have had some recent problems from guests who damaged some rooms. How come I have to be penalized for their acts? I don't think this business practice is going to last long or they will have many customers complaining about it, and their business sales will drop. They need to find a smarter solution in my opinion. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I was really looking forward to staying here tonight, but not with this unexpected news.

Just a great stay! Our family enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the breakfast (with bacon, always a hit with the kids!) and the genuinely friendly staff! We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Our entire stay overall was good. It was in a great location of restaurants and the interstate. The staff was courteous and professional. My room was ready when I arrived. The only problem was the water faucet for the shower in RM 424 not working properly. I had to troubleshoot to get the hot water to work.

The staff we got to meet were all amazing and made us feel very welcome (they deserve an award).

I went to see my daughter for her 21st bday. It was fun .. stay was nice Loved the asst mgr attitude…. Great experience..

Many good places around area. Issues with staff in maintenance room beside my room being loud at night.

Only 1 towel set when checked in. Called guest services for more. Was told they didn’t have any. Then was told I could have 1 set but it was never delivered. False advertisement- No PBJ bar during the first night. Paper thin walls. I did not get a good nights rest either night. I heard EVERYTHING! Breakfast availability was limited. Customer Service needs improvement. Desk receptionist remained on the phone while taking care of guests.

The coffee and juice machine did work. The breakfast was horrible. The Thursday night front desk clerk was no help, she didn’t have access to anything or so she said. There was no body wash in the room after changing rooms because the heat did not work in the first room.
