Clean and inexpensive.

Room was clean, overwhelming smell in the room bothered my allergies. Room decor extremely outdated.

The toilet was overflowing and when I called the front desk for help at 11pm they told me they would out a work order in for maintenance but they wouldn’t be in until 8 am. When it happened again, I called the desk they told me to put towels down. When I told them I was out of towels they said I would have to bring the towels I used down to the front office before they could Give me any more. I told them I literally had water from the bathroom to the front door. I asked if they could come and take the old towels and bring me New ones - since it was now 11:30 pm and I was in my pajamas they said no. He did tell me that I should turn the water off to the toilet. He also informed me that there were no other rooms open for me to move to. I believe that no matter what kind of hotel you stay in, a functioning toilet is a minimal requirement. I’m addition to that, the room was dirty and pretty beat up. The Kleenex box was stuck to the bathroom sink and the refrigerator had dings all over it. I’ll never stay at an extended stay again

Out of all the extended stays that i have stayed at in the last 3 years this one is the cleanest one around in the chicagoland area very well upkept and maintained very clean the halls dont smell at all either great staff very helpful.

They double billed me, had to wait an hour to check-in.

The room was not clean. The bathroom and kitchen floors were not clean. The couch had a hole in the arm. The outside of the property was clean. Looks good from the outside. check in person was very nice.

This place is very different from a typical hotel - apparently a converted apartment complex. The rooms are really old, floors not clean. The front desk staff did not seem 'happy' to receive guests. No mention of the breakfast, and we realized why the next morning. The breakfast area is closed and there is no heads up at check-in. (Expedia still lists "free breakfast"). We were told the luggage carts are inside each 'building' but there are none. There is not even an ice machine in each building, you have to go to the main biulding to get everything. There are no utensils that come with the room, but need to be requested and picked up. Then the utensils are of very cheap quality. The fridge in the room, did not break (so technicallyl still working) but it is not at all cold. At this point, we stopped asking for anything. NOT RECOMMENDED for families that especially think that they can treat this stay like a home and not have to worry about anything.

Too expensive based on how the property is.

Room was OK, but in an area that was being renovated and was a mess. Advertised breakfast included with room. Breakfast essentially consisted of a coffee and a couple of muffins.

Terrible customer service. No help at all. In no type of way tried to resolve an issue. Alberto front desk is terrible and rude.

I love the front desk. Meriam was lovely not sure on the spelling. I will be back. The best part is this hotel has ovens! Not only that but the hot water is to die for.

I was not allowed too stay the night. Manager lied about me not making it on time.

There were people fighting in the room right across from us screaming at eachother!!!! It was scary!!! We couldnt stay there!!!! We left!!! I want my money back

The bed was absolutely UNCOMFORTABLE. The room seemed very dated but was mostly clean (outside of some bugs we killed). I would not stay at this property again.

The evening staff were not helpful at all. We received dirty dishes and he did not want to give us towels. The ones he did give us were hand towels verses body towels. We had beg bugs in our room when we brought it up he was irritated that I asked for. New room and he offered nothing else. The second room we.got was bed bug free but the doors were bolted together and the windows did not work. We already has a long drive so we went to sleep. The next morning the staff was amazing they gave us fresh towels, dishes, and bedding. She was kind but they still did not address the bed bug issue. That was disturbing. Probably won't be staying there again and I can not recommend this place to my family or friends. Especially those with kids.

I made a reservation a few days in advance. When I showed up, everything seemed to be in order. My wife and I were told we cannot stay there because she had no identification. I am a United States Army veteran and was turned away from your establishment on Veterans Day. I will be sure to voice my opinion of your business, in West Dundee, Illinois, at every opportunity. My reviews are sure to be very, unfavorable.

We didn’t like the smell of the rooms

Very dated. Claims to be smoke free but the room smelled like an ashtray.

The people on the front desk are very professional and friendly, the only issue was in the shower drain was clogged and the TV remote didn't work but is nice place to stay

very pet friendly. good place to stay with a dog. groups of people talking outside in rear parking lot at night. security door to building was not locked
