Great room!! It was way More than I was expecting for the small price. Will stay here again! Sink and dressing area separate from the shower and toilet. Made getting ready a lot easier for the family.

Great room and staff. Trash from prior occupant not removed. Thermostat not working. Breakfast was average at best. Excellent location. Nice hot shower.

We arrived 2 hours after we were suppose to check in and the room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. There was never anyone at the front desk to help us. There was no bedding in the room for the sleeper sofa. The staff acted like I really put them out asking for a blanket for it to go along with the sheets. One of the rooms keys never worked during our stay even after it was replaced.

It was a little loud. But that’s not their fault but lots of running and screaming all night. I think someone was recording an album in one room and you can’t hear it down the hall lol It didn’t bother us. But it might bother some people who are sensitive to sound? But what hotel has good insulation? Room was mostly clean. Dishes in cabinets needed to be rewashed. And there was only a half roll of toilet paper. Bathroom could have been swept again. But honestly overall it was clean enough to be comfortable. We will definitely stay again despite the little things. Staff was friendly and helpful with all issues. I would recommend to anyone who needs a more apartment like long stay.

I loved the room we had. Witha kitchen small livung room woth pull out couch and a bedroom. Very cozy and comfy suoer nice loghting and tall ceiling and ceilong fans which is awesome! Loved my stay.

Pool was down for maintenance and I had kids with on the trip and they were very upset.

Booked this hotel as a mini staycation with my family from StL for the pool, I have two grandkids. Pool was closed and I wasn’t notified or was it noted on the website. Also, my room accommodations weren’t available due to a broken A/C and my family was in different parts of the hotel. Total waste of money! Plus the night manager was extremely rude.

Pool is out of order!!!! We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool only to find out AFTER we checked and went to swim that it was closed. The temperature was 100 degrees. Otherwise decent hotel. Lobby and breakfast area was clean. Breakfast was good, no waffles. Our room was also decent and updated, but the hallways, elevators, and stairways were dirty and dingy. One factor was likely that housekeeping only comes every 5th day so people put their towels and trash out in the hallways. Great location close to many amenities.

Everything was very clean and the rooms are always very well laid out. The staff was super friendly and this location in Chesterfield is close to a good amount of shops and restaurants.

I had booked 2 rooms. One room there was a dirty sock still on the floor and was a bug as well crawling on the wall. So therefore that's telling me housekeeping isn't very good.

We ended up setting the thermostat at 85 degrees, and it still wouldn't get above 69. And it felt colder than 69 degrees! I think it was more like 65. I asked for a space heater, and they had nothing.

The tub could have used a good cleaning. The beds are extra firm if you like that but i do not. But my stay was great otherwise

Great customer service, great overall experience, the only thing that would have made it better would be a heated pool and hot tub lol. If that's my only complaint then they must be doing something right!

The hotel was nice but there was a lot of Marijuana smell in the elevator and hallways. There were a few things in the room that were not as clean as i would like.

We felt there was a lot of deferred maintenance in our specific unit (heavy dust on the ceiling fan, bathroom fan didn't work, doors between bedroom and living room didn't close well for privacy, and so on). The staff was super helpful, though. Everyone we encountered helped us with whatever we needed--towels, mini golf, etc. Shout out to Terry for being the king of breakfast efficiency and service! His cheerfulness made each morning very pleasant and he anticipated needs/kept hotel guests well supplied.

This is my 4th time at this hotel and the first time bringing my whole family. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the pool area is so nice. I love the breakfast and the location as well.

Overall hotel was in good condition in a newer area. Staff was friendly, but special call out to the gentleman running the breakfast operation - hustling, friendly, and engaging - give that guy a spot award or bonus,
Recommend the STL Zoo - It's FREE (just pay $15 parking), City Museum, and Arch. Book your Arch ride ahead of time to go to the top which has a cost, but the Museum under the arch and park outside is free.

Our room was nasty when we arrived. Not clean at all.
Trash was left in the room. There was hair all in the carpet. It had not been vacuumed.
Then while we were there we had to ask for towels.
Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay.
Air didn’t cool room well.
Pictures were nice but room was dirty.

When we got ready for bed, dog hair and human hair all over the bedding and pullout was so stained and Coates with candy and hair it was all absolutely disgusting!! They did provide newer bedding but overall didn’t enjoy any of my stay except for breakfast! They make sure that breakfast l area along with lobby is perfect but main focus should also include rooms and bedding!! I would have demanded to be moved but was told all rooms were full and after paying $230 I wasn’t about to leave. I expressed to the front desk my disgust about the room and told them to please let manager know!
I’m not one to complain about stuff but this was bad!!
