Front Desk was well managed, and had an amazing breakfast.

Breakfast was less than expected. Only 2 waffle makers, some cereal and a few pieces of fruit.
No elevator.
Went to the lobby at 12:30am for change for the vending machine, waited 15 min and the person never showed up.
Looked updated and it was clean.

Good clean room for a reasonable price. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Hot tub was hot so is the sauna. Worthwhile to go back if I ever needed to stay in the area.

My only complaint would be that the glaze in the bathtub was peeling and non existant in a large part of the tub. Other than that it was clean and comfortable, especially for the price.

we were on 2nd floor at end of building and there was no ice machine on the floor had to go outside thru lobby to get ice in the lobby. /the bathtub had half the paint peeling off and had 2 pieces laying in tub and threw away also the noise from being right on I75 exit was loud at night.The room was fine with me for the price we paid the tub just turned my wife off of the room. I did not ask for a new room even though she wanted to.

The room was nice. Took long time to get to sleep due to the noise on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was not good. Not much I could eat. The lady's outfit in the breakfast area was so dirty.

Not in good condition but hotel seems to not care about that. Tub was peeling and in poor shape. I didnt even dare use it. The price is way too much for the shape of the room.

I got there about 1:00. The girl wasn’t sure if my room was ready and then said that early check in was $10.00 additional. I thought it was cheating that you would charge $10.00 for a room that wasn’t ready. I left and came back later.

It was ok, except for the man shouting in the parking lot around 10pm and then a different lady pounding on doors and shouting at 7am, dropping f bombs left and right. My kids loved hearing that.

Comfortable bed, clean room; everything we needed for a single night stay. Walls were a little bit thin, as we could hear our neighboring rooms.

Every thing was good except the hot tub. I have a bad back and look forward to sitting in a hot tub and I never book with out one, very disappointed.

The stay was amazing the only complaint was the bed was very squeaky but very comfortable! Also a lot of light came through the top of the window all night. Beth in the breakfast room was very helpful and kind! So was everyone else that was working!

Tub was peeling. Toliet had black mold ring around the rim at waterline. The hot tub was closed due to maintenance. For $300 for 2 nights we will be staying else where next time. Have stayed at this hotel before and we didn’t have issues.

The breakfast was good and the sheets were clean. The headboard had some substances on it. Unknown as to what... there was a fair amount of bugs and spiders in hallways and around the room.(i didnt mind but my spouse didnt like it) the hot tub was mysteriously down even tho it looks like it was working fine. And it might not be their fault. But i had a dog pee on my vehicle many times. Maybe something could be changed there. Orher than that the first lady i had was great. But my check out lady wasnt so joyful. We had made a coffee and it had leaked a little. And there was no want in her heart to help us with proper equipment. So we found crappy paper towels and took care of it ourselves. I probably would not spend money here again. Thank you!

The hotel is clean, beds are very comfortable and staff is friendly. The only issue I have is how other guests were very loud until way past midnight making it very difficult to sleep.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room, I had a suite, was wonderful. There was plenty of room with a recliner, a table with seating, and a small kitchenette. It was close to the outlet shopping too. Overall, a nice place to stay and very reasonably priced.

People were fine it was a quick over night trip to visit frankenmuth. However, went to run the shower and the sink and immediately fills up hair and probs build up kinda nasty you can’t use. Bed had some hairs and stuff on it. Didn’t feel the cleanest but made it work.

Beware, if you want to check in around the late afternoon, no one will be at the service desk to check you in. We waited 30 minutes for someone who was working and do one arrived. Called the front desk twice and heard the phone ring with no one to answer. Rang the bell for service and no one came. Cancelled my reservation and went to the Hampton inn right across the street and received a room right away for 100 bucks.

Check in process is terrible. $10 fee for early check in before 3:00pm, even 15 minutes early. Left and returned at 3:10pm and found 20 people in line. Ridiculous process and now you’ve got an upset customer. Breakfast selection is poor..just give up if this is the best you can do. Window in the room was fogged up permanently and a dirty brown stick laid in the track for security. The room shook with every step the overhead guests took. Overall a terrible hotel.

I guess this was a relatively inexpensive hotel in a popular Christmas-related area. The hotel was very tired. There were some newer furnishings, but the bathroom was terrible. I have never seen a tub so badly chipped. The bathroom was also dirty. The location was not conducive to a relaxing night--lots of truck traffic right outside (the property is on a busy corner).
The staff was courteous.
