Due to a flight delay, we arrived at Sea-Tac after midnight missing our connecting flight. So happy we chose to stay here with their free 24/7 free shuttle service. Front desk was very welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good (and hot) with scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, etc. Kudos for using regular plates, bowls, and flatware instead of foam and plastic. Shuttle service in the morning was every half hour. Excellent stay overall and will return if need arises.

It was as expected. Friendly desk clerks, room was clean, bed comfortable. Pillows are not great! Breakfast was very nice, many choices.

Flight cancellation meant I was a day late in my commute to Seattle. Checked in via phone and secured room. Showed the following morning to find my room had been given away. A bout of confusion on the part of the front desk staff, and I was eventually offered another one. Quick commute from this location to downtown for work and more cost effective than staying more centrally located. Refrigerator in room did not keep temp. Woken up just before 9AM on my first day off with housekeeping looking to clean room. Would have been nice to have a courtesy reminder the day prior or an ETA known in advance. Nothing overly negative about this experience. Would consider the location again as its easy commute to downtown and Bellevue’s many offerings in the close vicinity.

We got in late and while the shuttle picked us up, our shuttle in the morning was full. When asked if there was a way to add a shuttle since the hotel is less than 5 minutes away from the airport and so many people needed it we was told brusquely that “No, we only run on the 1/2 hour”. No options- no problem solving. The elevator not working wasn’t a deal for us because we can walk up 3 flights of stairs. The lamp by the bed didn’t work and the heater was so loud you couldn’t use it. I guess adequate is all you can expect these days. We had stayed here before and will have to think really hard if we will again. Too many options in the area to settle for this. It was late or we would have went elsewhere.

This is my second time staying at this particular Hotel. We picked this hotel because of all the amenities it’s offered. We utilized the pool, gym and breakfast. The only downside to this visit was the elevator being out of service the entire three nights we stayed, other than that no complaints from us. The staff was amazing, the front desk staff were very friendly and the breakfast staff were helpful. This will probably be my go to hotel whenever visiting Seattle.

Room smelled musty.Bed was too hard,pillows too flimsy. The towels were thin. Breakfast was ok,lots of options. Eggs not good...powdered. We traveled with family, they put our 3 room next to each other which was great. But upstairs neighbors could be heard at 5:30 in the am!

We stayed here on both ends of a trip to the Olympic Peninsula. The room met our needs and was well appointed with lots of outlets for charging all of our devices. Service was friendly. Breakfast was included and was pretty standard.

When we went here.. the reception executive informed us that the elevators weren’t working, however upon knowing that we had a 6 months baby,they gave us a room on floor 1 that’s the ground floor. The stay was nice, super warm staff, the pillows could be a bit more firmer but that’s just my opinion.. overall.. definitely a good recommendation! And will stay here again for sure.. my 6 year old and 6 month old had a lovely time in the swimming pool and in the room shower tub ! They splashed and had such a fun time..

The hotel and breakfast were good. However, the accessible room for my 95-year-old father wasn't what I would have expected.
I normally leave the bathroom light on to aid him when using the restroom at night. Unfortunately, I was unaware that it was motion detected. I found out the following morning. There was no indication of that in the bathroom wall.
So, I opened the windows curtains to allow lighting from parking lot to aid him. (unfortunately, no privacy for us)
Next, the walk-in shower didn't provide a pull down chair for him to shower. Again the following morning, I found out I had to call for a shower chair.
With the cost of the accessible room I'd expect more.
Otherwise, the staff were pleasant and apologetic.

Decorated tastefully, everything feeling fresh and new. Staff very friendly. Room gorgeous. Housekeeping efficient. About 3 minutes from airport. I looked at the fancier hotels first but their ratings were disappointing. This one at the time was about 91% 5 star so I gave it a try. It was wonderful! Beautiful.
