People at front desk were extremely rude

My room was on the 4th floor, about 100 yards away from the conference center. In my two night stay, there were two proms and a gospel brunch-- all of which kept me up/woke me up. I had to switch rooms twice. The first switch was after the very late noises of cleaning up the prom and setting up for the brunch, and the very early morning (8:00 am) brunch, where staff began set-up and woke me from 6:00am. The initial room had a broke phone, which I asked about within an hour of arriving, it was never repaired. The second room had a broken phone as well, and the air conditioning did not work. Had to move to room three- which finally worked. All the room moving happened at 11:00pm. I was offered a fee breakfast- when I already had a breakfast meeting. A free night should have been offered. the front desk was very apologetic, but honestly-- if there are available rooms, do not put ANY guest in rooms 450-467 as they are FAR too near the large hall used for events. Better yet- DO NOT stay on the 4th floor. DISASTER visit, with VERY little sleep!

This is not unique to this hotel or brand... I'm not a fan of having a single "door" or half screen on the shower. It is drafty and water splashes all over.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and clean. Only 'complaint' was the fridge. It was a very old model and even on the highest setting barely kept anything even cool. The front desk staff were fantastic and so helpful. The location is close to pretty much everything. Would absolutely stay again!

Me and the wife decided to spice the night up and stay at a hotel for the night. I get there 60 minutes before her and walked into the bathroom amd it smelled like fresh sewer. I called the front desk to change the room before the wife arrived. I switched rooms and we troed to enjoy the night. Woke up rhe next next morning and wanted to continue the evening in the morning while taking a couples shower before we went to work but there was no hot water. We had to check out 3 hours early so that we could go home to shower before we went to work. This experience ruined our moment away from the kids and we dont get many. The hotel didnt do anything except say sorry. We could have just stayed home for all of this.

Best shower pressure. Pool closed for maintenance which is the only reason we came. Have to pay for WiFi and breakfast not included. Also. Side door never locked! We stayed on ballroom floor that had its own entrance that was wide open all night. Anyone could have come in there! Not safe feeling. Decorated nicely.

I really like how friendly your staff is.
Well, I love kids, but there seemed to be a lot of elementary kids on Friday night yelling, playing and screaming near the 4 th floor elevator area. No parent supervision.

Every single staff member was excellent! From the attendants, to the front desk and the bar. Multiple people spoke about their long tenure with Sheraton and about how they enjoyed working there. The room was awesome to boot!

This hotel stay was so disappointing. The room we reserved w 2 queen beds was not available so they gave us a king bed and squeezed a rollaway cot against the chairs. My 5’10” son barely fit in the bed.
The shower alternated between scalding hot and freezing every couple of minutes.
The breakfast we ordered took forever to arrive even though there were only 2 other tables seated.

Check in was easy. Friendly and professional desk staff.
Room did not have safe or coffee pot, desk notified upon arrival. Neither provided. Wifi is not free. Also very thin walls. Could hear neighbors conversations, bring air pods or ear plugs.

Check in was early, quick, efficient. There is a super nice gentleman who greeted us and told us all about the area.
Room was spacious and pretty clean. I saw an old used paper cup left under desk.
Room a/c did not initially work. But maintenance came quickly and fixed it.
Tub drain was slow - we told reception at check out.
Bed was comfy.

Shower didn’t have a door so the water would just spray on the floor. The ac panel fell off the wall and the phone didn’t work. The staff was excellent tho but prolly wouldn’t ever stay here again

We loved staying here. The room was perfect and gave us plenty of space for work areas and sleeping area.

Our room was very nice and very spacious, particularly the bathroom, and the bed and linens were very comfortable. The fitness center, while very spacious, was disappointing--no towels, no wipes to clean the equipment after use, and the very flimsy yoga mats provided little cushion against the hard floors when stretching. The strangest part of our stay was that, after checking us in, and after we'd gotten in bed, the person at the front desk came to our room, knocked once and then entered our room! He said he thought we'd switched rooms, and when I, standing in my underwear, explained that this was the room he gave us, he continued to question me about the room before finally apologizing and leaving. I guess I should have bolted the door. Not the level of service I would expect at a Sheraton.

It was a very nice and friendly place. The the King of Prussia mall is down the street from the hotel. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I would definitely go again.

Called hotel before booking aksed if pool and hot tube works the said yes booked it got to hotel hot tube not working told front desk said the would have the engineers look at it .went to my room only have the heat work told front desk engineer came reset it said it will work the room temp went downto 68 turned up heat never came on very cool all night. Went to front desk next moring seen engineer the main guy he said he would look at it i went out for 3 1_2 hours came back not work at all .went to desk sent someone eles to ck it out said he reset it should work never came on temp was 68 in room .very disappointed also they never fixed hot tube my waife was very upset
So we had a cold room for 2 nights and no hot tube for 2 days 😒
