I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way my late check-out request was handled on 11th May . After a long flight and a late check-in at 3:00 am, I confirmed a late check-out by 3:00 pm with the staff during booking and again at check-in.
Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I had to leave the hotel for a few hours in the afternoon. Upon returning around 2:45 pm, I found my room locked, which I understand. However, when I politely requested access for a mere 10 minutes to freshen up before leaving, the receptionist flatly refused.
This lack of flexibility, despite the confirmed late check-out, was completely unacceptable. Being offered to have my luggage brought down instead of a quick freshen-up added insult to injury. This experience significantly impacted my stay at your hotel.
While I appreciate general courtesy, basic guest needs like freshening up after a long journey should be considered, especially when a late check-out has been confirmed. This incident has definitely made me reconsider staying at your establishment in the future.
I urge you to review your late check-out procedures, particularly for guests with confirmed arrangements. Perhaps offering a short grace period for freshening up, even if a full late check-out isn't possible, would be a significant improvement.

Property was very dirty and poorly maintained, more like a 2 star place. Staff scammed us with a taxi deal saying there were no other options. Don’t stay here.

The hotel is located next to the airport. I got a quiet corner room, and requested a late check out. They let me stay until 3pm. My room was very spacious and elegant, the bed and pillow were comfortable and the blackouts were great, no light came in.

Beautiful hotel close to the airport. Fantastic food and facilities. Staff however at the restaurant were slow and had to be reminded of orders which was frustrating.

The stay was good. However if we were told about the new year parties, we would have booked one. There was nothing available at the last minute. Infact I did search online earlier and couldn’t find anything. So it will be great if such kind of events are publicised on the website.

They need to change their name to business hotel and not mention luxury for the sake of it. The service is horrible. Expect the person that helped with the check out , all the staff were very to the point no warmth or customer service orientation.
The shower in the bathroom was clogging and the hairdryer is a 100 year old.
At breakfast no one cared to ask if we needed something. There was no water on the table , no cutlery etc.
I was hoping for a much better experience from a brand and pricing as theirs

Rooms are well kept, towels are scratchy, water pressure from the bidet is brutal, nice toileteries, below average breakfast options, very welcoming staff, airport pickup drop service is very expensive.

What a bad team there.
1) Only 1 un-sealed water bottle in the room - at time - if you want a refill - they will take that bottle first and replace it with another un-sealed water bottle.
2) What a bad and seemingly discrimiative approach at Peshawari - are 2 people NOT allowed to dine-in. Is that too small to ask for.
3) We asked to make a reservation for us 8:45 PM on 01 Oct - Mr Satyanaayan declines entry, asks us to wait elsewhere and not in front of the outlet, does not call back for the table, upon this discriminative approach - asks us to call whoever made our reservation there.
4) Peshawari cannot get worst in its offering / approach to diners.
5) Upon approaching other team mates of the outlet - Mr Satyanarayan intervenes and does not allow me to speak - like a street fight.

Had requested room with special access, but standing shower wasnt functional on both days and as an amputee the guest had to risk jumping over the bathtub which was a scary and very unpleasant experience

After waiting for an hour and half for check-in we were given a room which had not been cleaned after the earlier occupants checked out. Bed was not made - half eaten food and plates were all over the room. They have turned themselves into a wedding hall with multiple wedding parties, long lines for check-in and check out and unmanageable crowd. They allowed late checkout for wedding guests resulting in chaos at the reception and no -availability of rooms for guests checking in during the normal check-in time. They don’t care about regular customers. We finally gave up waiting and left without checking-in and have asked for a refund. Not at all what you expect from a 5 star property.

Very friendly and helpful customer service all around. And it is extremely nice to check into a nice warm cozy bed within an hour of landing from SFO.

Nice hotel with very good restaurants and pool. Unfortunately my door was very thin and did not close properly why there all night was noise from guest and service personal.
