I requested and received a nice firm mattress. We slept very well and appreciated the customer service. Our check in was a little rough, after 11 pm at night and with a less than customer oriented front desk person.
When we got in our room we noticed Advil pills scattered around the room which made us question how week it has been vacuumed. The morning front desk person was very nice and overall we would stay here again.

You can see the terminal building of PWM from the parking lot. Airport is 2 minute drive away.

The hotel was fine but it really needs a refresh. The decor was worn and dated. I think it undermines the brand of Hilton.

The shower curtain was dirty along the hem. The air vent in the bathroom was filthy. The easy chair was soiled. The pillows and bed were comfy.

We stayed one night due to a late flight arrival and enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Mark picked us up at the airport quickly and had a pack and play ready for our child. They also texted to ensure that we had everything we needed, which felt like service above and beyond. We had the hot breakfast and enjoyed eating in the new lobby, very cozy. We plan to return when we need a place to stay on the way to northern Maine.

We stayed on the first floor several rooms from the pool. The kids were very loud until around 10:00 when the pool closed. Then they ran up and down the hall until after midnight. The rooms were in need of repair. The third floor was closed for upgrades so maybe the other floors will follow. The door seal on room 125 was completely worn out so you could hear every conversation going up and down the hall.

The property is clean and convienient to the airport. The staff is excellent. Room 336 door was broken and required lifiting the door to close it. One of the dresser draws would not stay closed. It would glide open after closing.

This property did NOT live up to the Hilton reputation; Bathroom had mold; heating thermostat was missing; TV was inoperable - could not even get one station; furnishings were old and in bad shape; bed was clean but the chair in the room was soiled; the drape had food stains on it; the carpet was well-worn; I was very unhappy and will not stay in this hotel again.

The front desk person was rude and rather off putting when we had paid to keep our car in the lot for the week of vacation. He snapped at me for my key not going to fit on his ring. Which they shouldn't have needed to start with. He went as far as to complain about my keys to the person next to him while I was still standing in front of him. Not professional at all. Very poor customer service.

Very clean and quiet in spite of being only a mile or so from the airport. It was a great place to spend the night so that we could get to the airport at 4:30 a.m. Their shuttle service was great!
