Stay was great, the parking fee per night took me by surprise though. Room was clean. Bathroom needed a bit of a touch up, some broken caulk in the tub. The water pressure was terrible in my room but my co-workers said theirs was fine. Services were great. Breakfast was reasonable and filling. Would stay again.

The hotel was a little dated and could use some maintenance, however that being said i would stay here again. The hotel was clean, comfortable and all employees where happy and helpful. Plus you cannot bet free breakfast and parking. Not too far from major attractions like downtown, zoo or stadiums.

We were in KC for a sporting event (several days) at the Convention Center--hotel was easy to get back and forth to the Center for us--clean, breakfast was good, staff super nice and helpful. Only slight downfalls were that breakfast on Saturday (when we needed to be at the center at 8am) was not until 7am when it was 6am during the weekdays and it was running a bit late that Saturday with no meat or etc put out until we had to go around quarter after 7. There were other sports people saying there too so we were waiting for breakfast in order to get going for the day. During the week when we could have stayed and slept later it was 6am-9am so we had to worry about missing it--so maybe longer breakfast hours and start on Saturday also at 6am--again minor thing for the most part-- Our room overlooked a busy street and traffic noise was a thing, but we had a pretty nice view otherwise--the pool is a small one and no hot tub so chose not to use it. Overall it was a nice stay.

breakfast was lovely. the desk could have been more on top of things there were a few mixups. room was very nice but there was a smell in the room couldnt get rid of. and the sound in of the fan in the bath room was very loud.

Clean room. Available when stated. Had trouble with door lick and bathroom ceiling was dripping water. Had been patched in past and leaking again. Expensive price but not expensive nice!

The card key never worked; I had to have it rekeyed every night! They only cleaned my room once—after I complained! The hotel isn’t close to anything and has no food available after breakfast. Finally, my room had a funny smell.

As a single traveler I felt very safe staying there while a family member was in the hospital. The ease of adding nights was a breeze. Breakfast was good and staff was always so nice to me.

The rooms were clean. Could use some updates. Paint chipping on the ceiling. Other than that the room was cool. The floors in the hallway are loud. I loved the location and they had a good breakfast with enough options. The staff was polite and helpful.

They need the times for breakfast posted as the night staff said 6 am and so did the wake-up call but it was really 6:30 and that’s when I needed to be at work. That was disappointing.

Outdated rooms with scratches/scuffs/rust along edges. Rooms are small and the bathroom was small...the door almost hits the toilet when opening. Staff wasn't welcoming...almost rude at times. Location was ok if you're wanting to be close to Crown Center/Power & Light without being in the middle of it all.

The gentleman working the front desk Thursday 12/14 and Friday night 12/15 was amazing!! I didn’t get to catch his name, but he was beyond polite, kind, and professional, GIVE this man a raise!!

I traveled to Kansas City to visit the World War 1 Museum and Memorial. The hotel was located within walking distance. It only took 20 minutes. The breakfast that was included was very nice and had a good variety. The staff, including the breakfast attendants were all cheerful, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this Fairfield Inn without reservation.

It was very clean, staff was very friendly and surprisingly it was very quiet for Kansas City. We were there for my grandson’s yearly appointment at Children’s Mercy so the location was perfect!
We had to leave early so I can’t comment on the breakfast

Hotel located in a residential neighborhood. It blends in so well we drove pass it! Convenient to nearby park for walk/jog and dog park. Hotel room average, could use a bit of update. Side chair very uncomfortable as it had lost its support. Breakfast fair, very crowded.
