We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool is amazing with a great view of the mountain. Didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the bar was nice, would be better if it stayed open a bit later than 9pm. Room was clean, very nice bathrooms and shower, beds and pillows were excellent.

This hotel is like a paradise set in the Green Mountains - it has the most amazing backdrop for a relaxing holiday. The facilities - swimming pool and gym - are amazing and the staff were ever so friendly and helpful. The views from the pool and the balconies are tremendous and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The standard of cleanliness was excellent and the room had everything we needed with very comfortable beds and excellent Wi-Fi. Will most definitely be back ( would live there if I could).

For us the pool is the draw here, it is beautiful and heated to 90 degrees. Also, very comfy beds.

The cafe and restaurant were not always open when needed. They should have a kiosk behind the front desk so guests can get snacks and drinks 24-7. There was a drink machine but it was almost empty.
The activity room was extremely hot.

This is an exceptional place to stay in the beautiful state of VT. It is tucked in the mountains, has a huge heated pool, and the front desk staff is so helpful and accommodating. My only negative about the place is the restaurant. I would not recommend eating there, the food was expensive and not very good.

Nice swim in pool and hot tubs
Chimney fire closed the best area to hang out after dinner. No compensation for whole stay for this inconvenience.

We stayed a week at Killington Grand Hotel from Oct 18-25 using RCI points. Our entire stay was absolutely awesome...the rooms were very comfortable, quiet, and clean. We used the spa area every day including the outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, and the steam room. These facilities were always clean and well kept. There isn’t a thing we would change next time we come here except extending our vacation. This hotel/resort deserves 5 full stars!

The free Valet was nice but,the Valet guy was tricky to find. Our room was small and bathroom walls were not the cleanest. The soap dispensers in the shower we neat but, no shower gel... For the Money spent we definitely had higher expectations.

We stay here in the Summer every year because of the outdoor pool. It's a gorgeous, large, heated (salt water) pool with two adjacent hot tubs. The lush green view of the mountain ski trails from the pool is extraordinary, along with the lake, bridge and all the activities at the base of the mountain. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the beds/linens are clean and comfortable. The exercise room is top notch with all the equipment you need and it's all in very good shape. The restaurant is very good - (especially since it was renovated) and reasonably priced. There's plenty of room to linger and socialize in the main and lower lobbies or outside by the fire pit. Overall, it's much more than just a place to sleep so if you're looking to stay somewhere to use the facilities and not just sleep - this is a great choice!

The hotel staff, from the front desk, valet and cleaning crew were all soooo friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed quite happy to be there, to work there...which sometimes is mot always evident in the service industry.

When you pay $260 a night for a room, you think you'd be able to sleep soundly without hearing your obnoxious neighbors through a paper-thin wall. We were woken up multiple times during our two night stay by the people in the room next door.
I left my wallet at the front desk (my bad). However, the staff member, despite knowing what room I was in, didn't call the room to tell me she had it. When I discovered I was without my wallet in the morning, I called the front desk and they told me they didn't have it, which led to a stressful 30 minutes of tearing all of our bags and the car apart to find it. I went back to the front desk, and a different staff member opened a drawer and found my wallet. This would have been so much easier if either one of the two I'd dealt with before were competent.
The room itself was nothing special. The carpet in the hallway had tears in it. We won't be back.

The hotel is really great. We stayed in a studio suite, which had a well-equipped kitchen, was really clean and felt big and spacious for two adults and two kids. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Pool, hot-tubs, spa, gym complex were all really great and fun to all.
Fire pit at night was a great experience. And of course, both the location and the views are wonderful.

The amenities and bed were great. We had issues with our door lock not working, housekeeping skipping our room, and extremely loud neighbors and people overhead. Overall it was okay.

Great property! Nice cabin themed lobby and the pool/spa with the Mountain View’s were very nice! My only complaint would be I wish that the coffee shop/gift shop it open a little bit earlier in the morning so folks could get coffee sooner(without having to leave the property)

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice and clean room. Our neighbors were a bit noisy. once they calmed down it was much better...Wish I could afford to stay there again.

Very good location however there is no way to control the heat in the rooms. We had to leave our window open all night and noticed several other guests did as well....
Prestons restaurant.... Was told they didn't take reservations - then we walk up to check in and they say "Several other large groups have reservations so your wait will be almost 2 hours" WHAT!?
We had a group of 9(5 kids) and it made for a pretty negative experience.... Take reservations or don't just be consistent and train your staff better.
Would recommend if the price was lower....

I chose to stay here to be really close to the ski slopes for early season skiing first week in December. Due to a mild winter so far there were only a few trails open, but better than most resorts. Staff was very friendly and was able to get my lift ticket at the desk. Food and bar at the new restaurant, Preston's, was excellent and Bruce the bartender poured a great vodka tonic. Food selection was very good for only being open for two days. Room is nicely accomodated with kitchen and TV and comfortable murphy bed. Ceilings are a bit low and need to be careful or you'll bang your head in some of the rooms. Gym had great machines and free weights. Locker room were a bit sloppy, likely owing the the many kids around and the shower stalls in the locker rooms had broken faucets. Overall it was a comfortable stay, albeit pricey but I paid the price to be really close to the slopes and get the early start without having to drive in.

Can't believe i only stay for 3 nights there, the ovation restaurant in the resort is way too delicious, not to mention the outside door pool, everything just perfect! Thank you.

Hotel was nice. Nothing to do especially if you have kids. Bar is boring. Food at restaurant is ehh at best. Great location. Murphy bed is as hard as the floor. Bring extra blankets. Deck is really cool. Outdoor pool is a little ridiculous unless you want pneumonia.

This is a great little area and a really nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the restaurant/lounge had good food and drink/beer selections. We were very sad to leave after just one night but we were just passing through. I can imagine it would be a very nice place to stay in the winter during ski season.
