Got sick my last day of a 3 day stay and had to stay longer do to all my children getting sick the room wasn't cleaned before we moved into the room and more than likely got sick from the person who was in the room before us

There was one front desk staff member, who was rude.

Its quiet.

It was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Price was reasonable. But, the toilet/bathtub room was very tiny and there were no USB ports for our phones and tablet.

We were denied registration because my disabled son didn't have ID. It probably stated the policy in the fine print, but who reads that? The policy should be prominently stated before making the reservation.

Great people make the difference. Also rooms are super clean. Portland, though, so be extra careful.

Great price - especially given how close it is to Lake Oswego, the interior of the hotel is clean and felt safe, clean rooms, loved that ours had a small fridge and microwave for snacks, and restaurants, Bridgeport Mall, and groceries at Safeway are all walkable.

Not your typical model 6! This is a HOTEL with enclosed lobby and secure access.

Staff was awesome and deserve a bonus/raise.

Motel said non-smoking but clearly the hallways and our room wreaked of cigarette smoke or something else. Our room smelled like the cleaning solution they used, tried to mask the smell of the smoke and it was very overwhelming. It was difficult to breathe and did not felt like we were breathing clean air. I do not recommend.

With all of the rain, it would have been better for the drainage to work in the parking area. Big puddles to wade through between our vehicle and the motel entrance.

Good enough

I liked that the doors were on the inside. I'll definitely be staying here the next time I'm in the area.

The staff was concerned about room cleanliness and it was appreciated.

We were denied our stay at check in because my 20 year old daughter didn’t have her physical ID to stay in the same room as myself. We did not know this was a policy with Motel 6. It was not listed on any of our reservation information. Two other Motel 6 in the area said it was not their policy. We ended up staying at another hotel for twice the cost. Also, the front desk person advised us of their policy and never returned.

It was clean and comfortable, we just didn’t feel like we were in a safe area. We’re both from Oregon, but we didn’t know the area super well before booking. I don’t think we’ll be staying here again but it was good for the price. Also on the second night the people above us were doing the deed all night and the next morning and it was hard to sleep. The bed creek a lot and all the doors squeak. The hot water took a long time to warm up too.

The only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have shampoo. Not that they were out, they don’t provide any.

For a budget hotel the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. No complaints! I stayed for 8 days and the only small issue was that someone kept proping the side door open that made me feel less safe. I suggest placing a camera to monitor that door. Overall great stay!

Our experience wasn't so good considering when we checked in the girl started talking about her period to my wife so disgusting. When we got to our room and pulled back our bedding there was hair all over in the sheets it was also very disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone.

Room only had two sliver soap bars, and when I asked for shampoo at the front desk was told they didn't offer shampoo. Boo on them! Places to eat within a half mile walking were numerous. The Hop & Cork pub had 30 varieties of beer and a bar menu for supper. Good prices, too.

I experienced some bed bugs unfortunately it kept me up at a certain time in the middle of the night. Bed bugs have a tendency to make you scratch and scratch and it gets annoying. That definitely needs attention. I stayed at the bottom floor and I am not sure if that contributed to the discomfort. The rest of the stay was fine.

The hotel was clean but its all i can say. I called to reserve a room short notice because there was an power outage at our apt and the first thing i was told there was a walk in rate of double of what it was and i explained Im disabled and needed a room on first floor only to get there and no rooms available on first floor . She put me on the 3rd floor which there was 3 flights of stairs and it was not disclosed to me on the phone other wise i would have went somewhere else by this time it was too late and other places were booked being labor day weekend. I barely made it up the stairs and since then my knees are worse. I literly cant climb stairs. I was in room 327 and the beds literally have springs popping out. Mattresses need replaced. I literally wasnt able to sleep. I had asked to be notified also when a room was available on first floor no stairs and different beds and no one bothered . I feel i should have a regund or at least a partial refund as a result. Thanks Janice Vanzandt

Cramped for four people. Would have appreciated more outlets. Did like having fridge and microwave.

Property was nice enough for a quick layover but the room absolutely smelt musty from the a/c , we had to turn it off and open the windows.
