It was good

The stay was comfortable, quiet and restful. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. It would have been better if there was cable TV, but I probably wouldn’t have gotten as much rest.

Our rooms had roaches in them and the television did not work in one of the rooms. Hotel smelled like marijuana.my wife and grandson had to use their inhalers. Our room had bugs and stuff in between the mattress and the mattress was only on its frame and nothing else.

Had a little pest problem but overall it was good.

I came in due to living far and didn’t wanna drive far I was extremely tired. Booked the room, couldn’t get comfortable, millions of roaches , lights flicker on and off on its own, couldn’t charge my phone cause the sockets too loose, just horrible experience had to stay balled up so a roach wouldn’t get on me and my belongings . Exterminator need to come asap and I want my money back!!!

The tub was dirty with mold, and so was the shower curtain and all the floors had hair on it, as well as pieces of hair in the bed. The white bedsheets had splatters of, what looks like, dried up blood.

The jacuzzi was dirty we had to ask them for cleaning supplies to clean it. The walls was dirty and the size tiles on the wall behind the bed was coming off the wall. The tv remote was missing a battery and the pictures on the website is actually not the color of the room and jacuzzi

The service was okay but the room was rather filthy. The couch needs cleaning and the floor needed a serious vacuum.

Horrible stay rooms was dirty I decided not to even stay in the room I asked for a refund 30 mins after being in the room

Peace and quiet

This place has a very urban external paint job. The rooms come with so many amenities from the fragrance of an abandoned asylum to all sorts of critters who dance upon you while you try to sleep. I highly recommend the uv light package.

The front doors are supposed to be automatic, but they don't work so you push then open manually. Once inside, I pushed the doorbell but no one showed up. A current guest informed me that the front desk clerk was the only employee on staff, and that they were cleaning up vomit on the second floor. I called the front desk line and the employee answered and came down. She was friendly and reiterated what the guest said. There was no house cleaning staff so she had to do all jobs. The room was in disrepair and the paint was noticeably chipped and cracked over large areas of the room. It was about what I would expect for the price point. I was a little disappointed that the clerk placed me on the second floor so I had to walk by the partially cleaned up vomit, but, other than that, it meet my expectations.

This has to be the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in the whole placed smelt like weed and the couch was absolutely disgusting needless to say I won’t be back!

Worst hotel ever

This property is horrible it has roaches and please make sure to check underneath the sheets. It was extremely dirty and look like blood stains. They do not wash the sheets. The door knobs did not work. If I could post pictures I would, but it was disgusting I do not recommend anybody staying in this area, it is not safe. I don’t understand how it’s still open and running.

Other than staff the place was extremely disappointing expedia shouldn't associate yourselves with this kind of company it's concerning

This was a nice stay as we planned a weekend break from family. I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the great service and people that worked there.

I'm always happy with the staff here. They're always smiling and just down to earth with you. It makes your stay so much more comfortable.

The hotel room had roaches in the bathroom and on the table by the microwave I will never in my life come back to this hotel when I come back to visit Atlanta and I will not recommend that

I politely asked for a refund cause I felt unsafe the manager and his front desk host was rude to me. I didn’t give him no type of attitude. Don’t waste your time at this dirty dog sound ac hotel. Then the room not how it is on the picture. Waste of money. They got bad customer service!!!

The property had bedbugs and the bed had stains on it. Was unable to switch rooms due to the occupancy

The only reason why I’m giving this place a 2 star possibly 3 is because of Mr. D in the front who works mornings. He’s probably been the best management help. Other than that this place needs some serious management and clean up! The roaches are ridiculous and when I’ve addressed them to Jameel before he’s blown it off claiming pest control was coming but not once did I see them. The housekeepers who stay there are lazy and inconsistent. They barely want to clean and will half ass clean. The new Hispanic workers they do have they’ll get the job done but you have to translate to them. The washing machines upstairs are broke!! Your clothes probably won’t ring out properly and if you address the front as always it won’t be fixed seriously. If I’m out my room and don’t see housekeeping I can expect them to NOT CLEAN NOR SERVICE IT and then tell me it was my fault for not saying nothing .. but if I leave by 8 and return after 330 / 4 how could I have said something. That’s part of what I pay for. The service fee they charge you for services you won’t get is crazy! The WiFi is terrible and doesn’t work I’ve had to use my hotspot. The TV’s barely work and will go out of service.. I would only recommend this place as a last resort. Yeah the room prices look reasonable but they double the taxes so it’s the same as going elsewhere. No real savings. They need new bedding bad! Some of the beds have mold and other stuff going on in them. Bring own bedding tbh

The smell of urine was pugnacious. The roaches were staples of this property.

I paid for this room it was a icebox the heat didn’t work and when turned off cold air continue to blow the bed was broken and the sheets were filthy

Well first don’t believe the pictures they show it’s a lie! And the rooms are NOT the cleanest… both the chair and mini fridge they had in there covered in rust! And the walls are super thin… you can hear everything! And there was a hint of pee smell in the room
